Best vegan breakfast burrito i’ve ever had. they only had on the weekends! I think it comes and goes off the menu tho (i wish is was permanent <3) love me some chilly banana

been going here shamelessly everyday for lunch. it’s truly so good. very unique. if you have a sweet tooth i recommend going here. you leave satisfied without the heavy feeling regular ice cream. nana ice cream is refreshing and still sweet and has the same consistency. best spot for the summer!

Who knew Vegan could be so tasty? I love getting something whenever I'm in the area.

This is so Nymphia Wind-core!! The atmosphere is so cozy, and the food is so good. The campfire jam had a strong banana flavor that surprised with how well it went with the graham crackers and marshmallows. It was smooth and creamy, and not overly sweet. I definitely recommend this place!

It’s such a weird little place. When you walk in it feels like you’re standing in front of a house, the doors to the inside were closed so we placed our order at the window. But had we not caught the person standing there, we would’ve easily assumed they were closed. The desserts were decent, expensive for what they are, and the menu on the wall was hard to read as it was scattered mess. I feel like they’re trying for 90s charm with the small TV and VHS collection, but it ends up feeling a more like a rundown spot than anything else, especially with the chairs and table folded up and the area in front of the window so disorganized and messy.

Service is super friendly, the bakery there Rae has had AMAZING chocolate chip cookies. The Chilly Banana has the freshest dessert, it made me feel good after enjoying it which is what we all want. Obsessed.

Always wanted to try this place and didn’t realize I was walking right past it yesterday. Amazing! The banana mixture is super smooth, the guy was so nice and friendly, and it’s a mom and pop small business- support them for sure!!! Really cool selection of choices that are not the usual run of the mill. Will be back and you should try this place for sure!

I had the vegan Chicago dog. It was very good. If I hadn't already known, I wouldn't have been able to tell it wasn't a real hot dog. Not sure if it's always like this, or just when I went, but there are only a couple of tables out front. The area had an old tv playing VHRs which was a nice blast from the past. It seems more like a quick bite or take out feel though...I'm not sure if there's a public bathroom (I only noticed because I needed to go!)...but in case you're coming from out of town just for this....2 hour street parking in the neighborhoods around it

Cool spot and the chilled banana's were good. Portion sizes were 2x what i needed.

A must stop if you are in Philly!!! Kevin's creations are incredibly delicious. Put down the cheese steak and go grab some tasty vegan, gf and dairy free options. Dessert=a meal. Back-to-back visits made us super fans!!! Pls open up a place in J-town!!!

The Chilly Banana is one of the best places in Philly!!!! Perfect treat for any day and flavors to make anyone happy! Even though I’m not vegan (and am a huge ice cream lover) I would pick their banana whip sundaes over most any other kind of ice cream any day 🍌 Their partnership with other Philly-based vegan treat places makes it somehow even more perfect - pick up some South Philly Jerk jerky, Lil Yentas babka, and High Fidelity cookies to round out your trip. All of them make truly delicious snacks 💚 I can’t say enough: the banana whip here is UNREAL—we were so excited to get our sundaes today that I only have a photo of the empty cups (and delicious Lil Yentas snacks for later) ☀️🫶

OMG! I absolutely love this place! It's super cute and retro on the inside and they have a lot of different sundae options made with BANANA WHIP!!! So much healthier than frozen yogurt and/or ice cream! This is a fabulous treat for the summer! Definitely will be coming here often! Absolutely delicious!!! :)

Super yummy food! Brunch is available on the weekend and it is fantastic and fully vegan! The ice cream is to die for as well, and most of it is vegan. They've also got candies and baked goods

Such a cute spot and had no idea they have vegan breakfast sandwiches! We tried their vegan hot dog and the rainbow road - both yummy and would definitely come back for a lil treats :) also a pup cup for your dog!

Phenomenal experience - Chicago style hot dog was incredible - owner made us personal pink ice cream to satisfy an off menu request - delicious food, fun atmosphere (a CRT TV played Princess Mononoke on VHS in the background lol) - you can really feel how much they care about the experience - also crayons and coloring books were available

This may be my favorite place in Philadelphia. I can't stop raving about it to everyone, and I am on a mission to convert everyone to a Chilly Banana superfan like myself. Just go here, eat their food. You won't be disappointed.

Choco PB Crunch for the win! I make banana whip in my food processor at home and for some reason it’s nowhere near as good as this!

Set up is very covid-safety-conscious. Lovely, funky shop, a few chairs on the sidewalk. Good-humored server. Gluten/dairy-free banana ice cream sundaes I'd love to eat daily (but they're closed Monday/Tuesday). Local mosaic muralist has enhanced their public face.

Guilt free dessert is right! Hard to believe it’s made of bananas because it was SO yummy. Can’t wait to go back

We were walking to Pat’s and saw this place…I’ve had bad vegan ice cream, this place is great!! Give it a try. I love stumbling onto something good while walking a city.

Super happy experience!! I got the homey breakfast wrap and was blown away by how good it was!! It definitely satisfied my craving for a filling, flavorful, and savory vegan breakfast. It did take about 10 minutes to make but the wait was well worth it. I can’t wait to come back and try the desserts, you can definitely tell they care a lot about the food they’re creating and it is much appreciated!

The Chilly Banana has wonderful and friendly staff and their desserts are sinfully...healthy (well at least healthier than your average dessert)! Their banana whip is insanely delicious (and dairy-free) and can be topped with a wide variety of plant-based offerings. Highly highly recommended!

Wonderful banana whip/nice cream! I got the chocolate peanut butter toppings on the delicious banana whip and really enjoyed it. The banana nice cream's texture is super thicccc and fun. I paid $8.64 for this sundae, and I gotta say that it felt a little steep. Ultimately it was a great healthy vegan option for dessert, but just a little high on the price range when you can get vegan pint(S) for the same cost.
