I cannot say enough about how well they run their drop off programs! My 3 year old did a handful of weeks this summer and he loved it. (He was usually tired at pickup too 😉) When my kid comes back that tired, I know they worked his mind and he was cognitively stimulated. Drop off and pick up goes super smoothly right at the door and promptly at the times stated for the program. I also love the emailed photos after the camp session. It is clear, there are seasoned teachers/owners running the drop off learning programs. We’ve also done the open play before and it’s a good mix for 0-5 in my opinion. And whoever is there working is usually cleaning or tidying up the whole time anyway. (Alll the little pieces and toys get cleaned is what I’m getting at) Again, cannot praise LadyBug Play enough. They have a great facility and are doing wonderful things for the littles!!!!!

I love Ladybugs and I'm so sad my kids will be aging out of play places like this in the next few years! We have had all of their birthday parties there because they do SUCH an amazing job. We love to go for open play too! Both of my kids have done camps there every summer, and my youngest is going to be too old for them next year! Alicia and Jessica are the sweetest humans on the PLANET and are so incredible with the kids.

Can I just say… as a parent… how wonderful it is to have people recognize that children are unpredictable. My son got a horrific stomach bug the day of his non-refundable party. We figured the other party-goers could go enjoy themselves without the sickly one. The manager called me and offered to reschedule the party so we didn’t lose our money AND most importantly our son could enjoy his party. Excellent customer service. Beyond that, the play area is amazing, well maintained and offers some form of entertainment for every kind of child! Highly recommend!

It's actually a perfect setup for a kids party. My only issue is that they don't have cold drinks available for adults to purchase.

Amazing place for kids and all my nanny families

Bright and clean. Large parking area. Two large bathrooms located within the playarea. Lots of Play options, well enclosed, with separate area for young toddlers. Affordable. Main playarea has a climbing structure with slide, ride-on toys, reading area, lots of pretend play and dress-up, and more! Some snacks available for purchase; small seating area to enjoy snacks and drink.

We had our sons 1st birthday party here! It was perfect! Our host was very helpful and kind!

We booked our twins 3rd birthday party here. Alicia greeted us at the door and helped bring everything in from my vehicle. As soon as we were settled in, she was ready to get to work! She asked me about my vision of how I would like it to look. It was as if she was a fairy godmother, within 30 minutes everything was set up and ready to go. She took care of laying out all the food, cutting the cake etc...everything felt stress free and well taken care of. As a parent I was able to enjoy all the children playing and I actually had time to eat and talk with our adult guests! The facility was emaculte, bathrooms were stocked with all you would need for diaper changes, potty training seat etc. At the end of the party our boys got to stamp a leaf on the tree mural they have. Oh the little things!...book this place you will not regret it. Will be back for more fun at ladybugs play!

Great place to take the kids and get out of the house! My four and two year olds had a blast. They were both very tired afterwards and napped well. Very friendly and accommodating owners.

Took my grandson (2yo) last week. He had a lot of fun. My only suggestion would be to rent out the adjoining space so the wee folks can spread out. It was a bit tight to use the Little coupes and trikes.

We had our son’s second birthday party here last month after coming many times for open play. It was wonderful and totally exceeded my expectations! All of our guests raved about the cleanliness and how easy it is for the parents to relax and keep an eye on their kids without having to get up every two seconds. We chose to bring in our food. We had two staff members (Kimberly and I can’t remember, sorry!) who took care of everything we brought in—setting up decor, the food, gifts, etc. They were so helpful, kind, and professional! I got to just be at the party and didn’t really have to do anything. We chose an extra half hour of party time and the two hour total was perfect. Many thanks to all and we will be in soon to play!

Ladybugs knocks it out of the park! It’s truly one of a kind. I have yet to hear one negative thing. But tonight’s party was just next level amazing. It was easy on me (which I am not used to) and the kids had an absolute blast! It is so clean, and perfectly set up. The party coordinator is amazing and kept the flow and was so great with the kids. I just wanted to say thank you, it was just SO WELL DONE!! Now can you guys open something for bigger kids in this area and run it like this? LOL BRAVO!

We had my son's birthday party at Lady Bugs and it was perfect! We just showed up and played, they took care of everything. The facility was clean, organized, and spacious. It was the perfect size for toddlers because you could see the kids from anywhere. Everyone had a great time and we will be back again!

I wish there was a 10 star option!!!! We had my daughters 2 year birthday party here and it was nothing short of AMAZING!! Everything was perfect! It was great for all ages, the toddlers could toddle, the kids could be as active as they wanted, the teenagers could help and take part and the adults could chat. It was SO wonderful! We love the open concept! The communication was easy and the replies quick. They made it effortless, fun and memorable! Thank you Kimberly and owners! We love your play space!!!!! We can not say enough positive things!! Everything was PERFECT (and this day and age that is difficult to say!) Thank you again! We will hold these memories near and dear forever! :) Also they have the birthday child put a personalized leaf on the tree painted on their wall, they get a birthday balloon, and trip to the treasure chest to pick out a special birthday treasure. It is the personalized touches that show they go above and beyond! Forever a fan of Ladybugs Play!!

Probably the best of it's kind in the Rochester area. Consistently clean, safe, and stocked full of things for children to do. The price is fair but even better if you sign up for a play pass which earns a few free admissions. The staff are very nice and tidy up the room regularly. Also cafe with snacke and COFFEE are always a nice bonus for parents. My only issue is that it does tend to get a little busy at times and feels crowded, at no fault to the business. Most importantly, the kids LOVE it here!

We had our son’s 3rd birthday party at Ladybugs Play and it was perfect! Alicia and Jessica answered all of my questions and made the party seem less and easy. I was worried about arriving 30 minutes before the party stated, but Jessica and our party host, Kimberly, took charge and set up everything perfectly! It was so nice to hand things off and not have to be making decisions and stressing. I got to grab a cup of coffee and enjoy some quiet before guests arrived! I also loved all the little touches for the birthday kid. A special leaf on the wall, balloon, ringing the bell, and trip to the treasure chest - my son felt so proud and honored. There were toys for everyone and all the kids found MULTIPLE things to do/play with throughout the morning. Would 100% recommend this place for an stress-free, special birthday celebration!

We scheduled our daughter's 4th birthday party at Ladybugs Play, and it was such a fun experience. They were so communicative and helpful with setting everything up (both before the party and during). It was a stress-free experience, gave our daughter and her friends plenty to do for the duration, and they even handled cleanup after the kids made a mess with cupcakes. The 1.5 hour party length is also perfect for toddlers! Would definitely do it again!

I have been here for open play many times and my kids absolutely love it. It’s very clean, you can see the kids from anywhere, the bathrooms are well stocked (and quite frankly more child friendly than my own). The staff is always friendly. I also had a party for my daughter here and she absolutely LOVED it. The price is very reasonable and I loved how I was able to customize it. Alicia and Jessica emailed me about a week prior and helped me work out all the details and were very organized. At the actual party, Kimberly was there to keep everything running smoothly and made it so my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger. She was incredibly attentive and just wonderful. We will be back for sure! Cannot recommend enough!

As a first timer it was absolutely amazing!! The kids had a blast and the young lady that was with our group was wonderful and very helpful! I would definitely book another party in the future. I wish I could give more ⭐️ stars10/10.

From the moment we contacted them to inquire about rental to the moment we left there after our 1 year olds birthday party, they were all amazing. The kids all had a blast (ages 1-7) and there was a perfect area for the adults to sit and watch or converse. The woman that was with us during our party made the time so much easier by taking care of all our needs the day of. We will be reaching out for our next birthday as well as recommending you to any of our friends who needs a place for a party. Thank you so much again!!

Highly recommend for birthday parties! We had a party for our 2 year old with children ranging from 6 mths to 8 years old and everyone had a blast! The staff is very kind and helpful and did all the busy work while we enjoyed our guests. The space is clean and organized and very family friendly!

Great place to bring young kids on a cold day to get them out of the house. Very clean. Staff is super friendly.

My kids (3 and 1) had a great time at ladybugs. My big guy still remembers playing with the blender toy in the kitchen area, making smoothies for us. And My little guy loved climbing up and down the stairs for an hour. I liked that I could visit with my friend, but still see my kids while they explored the whole facility independently. For me, the admission is a little high to come regularly, but it's a fun treat. It got a little crowded on the day I visited, which makes sense since it's a great place. It would probably be more crowded if the admission was lower, so there's the trade off, I suppose.

Wonderful private party... everything was perfect...

I highly recommend their Little Learners drop off program. It is really a high quality preschool program. As a former teacher, I am so impressed with the sensory, fine motor, and literacy activities. It takes a lot of work to provide such a developmentally appropriate, cohesive curriculum for 2.5 hours two times a week. Of course there is a lot of play, but it is learning through play. I love the weekly e-mail which details the activities and all of the photos. Of anything COVID changed, I was most sad it took away the 2 year old preschool program my older boys went to. I am so thankful these ladies filled the void, and my youngest can go to Ladybugs instead.

We had a birthday party there and all I can say is bravo! Every single thing was thought of, the place is very clean, the toys are new. Very happy with my choice! Keep up the good work.

From start to finish, my daughters first birthday party here was a huge success. These women understood our every need and left no detail overlooked. The place looked clean and new from the moment we first walked up to the front door. There is plenty of space for both kid/baby playtime and adult hangout time. When we arrived with all of our snacks and decorations, the team wasted no time helping set everything up perfectly. They honestly made me feel like a bride on my wedding day asking what I needed and how I was feeling! They facilitated a seamless transition from play to food then back to play and ending the party on time. They helped us break it all down and pack it all up. I will never forget how perfect this experience was, I could not have been happier!

Amazing play facility that merges a Waldorf type curriculum with STEAM activities that are perfect for toddlers’ development. Alicia and Jessica are class acts and wonderfully nurturing with the children. I arrived during off hours when they weren’t expecting anyone and “caught” them sanitizing the facility to the nth degree - confirming that it an incredibly safe, secure, and exciting place for your children to flourish and play! We are so glad this exists within a 15 minute drive and can’t believe they don’t charge more for their services. It would still be a steal at twice the price.

I’ll never have enough good things to say about this establishment. Today we had my daughters 3rd birthday party held here and usually I would wait before I wrote a review but I wanted to do this right away to share how amazing they are here. Alicia and Jessica made us feel comfortable and stress free when it came to everything. Always cleaning and always accommodating. Their personalities let alone are the reason I keep returning. This is one small business I will continue to support and I urge anyone else to do the same. Thank you guys

Clean, friendly staff, unique play items. Both my 4 year old and 18 month old found lots to keep them entertained. I appreciated that staff kept tidying up throughout our time there.
