The margaritas were watered down and the enchiladas were soggy. I've definitely had better more authentic Mexican food!

Bella is stunning. The best Golf Club House in the United States with an unparalleled, gorgeous golf course. Other amenities such as the pool, restaurants, tennis & pickleball, landscaping, etc are flawless as well. A must see destination for leisure or even better, a wedding!

We were exposed to rabies at a wedding held at BC and the venue staff refuse to pay for any of our $3000 bills despite being filly aware there were bats as stated by the staff. Beautiful venue, horrible customer service and you or your guests- who did NOT sign a liability document -may get rabies. Shame on them for not taking accountability.

This place is beautiful. Deena at the 19th hole was a delight. Spa is gorgeous.

What a beautiful location. The grounds and building were exquisite, at least for central Florida. I attended a small luncheon hosted in the wine room. The food was very good, possibly the best catered food I've had in recent memory. I am thankful for the experience.

Espectacular place, beyond beautiful

Just got a massage at the Bella Collina Spa. The structure is absolutely gorgeous, the environment is very calming and soothing. Vera was my massage therapist today, and she did an amazing job. From beginning to end she was very professional, with a gentle demeanor, and proved to be a very skilled massage therapist. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Pro (Golf course) : beautiful layout, hills (rare for Central Florida), great driving range Con (Golf course) : houses very close to fairways, some holes under construction Pro (Club house) : best view in Central Florida, great facility/amenity, make you feel like you're in Toscana Italy Con (Club house) : the food is not top-notched

My recent visit to Bella Collina, intended to solidify my dream venue, turned into a rollercoaster of emotions, thanks to a stark contrast in the service provided by two sales representatives. Initially, Melanie Halusek, the Director of Sales, had been a beacon of warmth and kindness. Her enthusiasm encouraged me to consider Bella Collina as my dream venue. However, when I arrived for a scheduled tour during Melanie's lunch hour, Tatiana Thompson, an admin sales assistant, stepped in, and the experience took a disheartening turn. From the moment Tatiana walked in, I felt judged by awkward looks and an overall lack of professionalism. The discomfort was palpable, and it seemed as though she had already made assumptions about me based on my appearance, ethnicity, or budget of 10k. The repeated comments such as "this is the price for the food minimum regardless" throughout our conversation left me feeling as though the venue was automatically deemed above my budget, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. What struck me the most was the fact that I drove over there for a proper tour and left without seeing the venue as well as her apparent disinterest in selling the venue. The dream venue I had envisioned quickly crumbled as Tatiana's unprofessional demeanor overshadowed the positive impression Melanie had initially made. Had Tatiana approached the situation with a genuine interest in showcasing the venue and professional manners, I might have continued with the booking process. Unfortunately, her lack of effort and judgmental attitude left me with a heavy heart and a strong conviction that Bella Collina has a long way to go in ensuring consistent, respectful customer service. In the future, Bella Collina may want to reevaluate its sales approach, emphasizing professionalism and inclusivity, ensuring that every potential client, regardless of appearance or budget, feels valued and welcomed. The dream venue remains a dream no more, marred by a disappointing encounter that overshadowed the positive impression initially created by Melanie.

Beautiful venue, but didn’t book here due to the extremely strict rules about every thing. Also there’s no getting ready room for the bride and bridal party… huge let down for the price they ask for.

I only give my opinion on the restaurant and the place. Magnificent place and very good value for money for the meal. Very friendly staff.

Challenging course, beautiful fairways, lots of sand and elevation changes. Rolling fairways make getting a flat lie difficult. Highly recommend playing here. Theb19th hole was fantastic as well. Great service!!

One of the best weddings I’ve ever been to. The grounds are magnificent! You dont even feel as if you’re anywhere near Orlando. In fact you actually feel as if you're in Tuscany. Beautiful photo opportunities. I was lucky enough to be invited to a wedding here. Everything was amazing. The setting was beautiful, the food was incredible.

Bella Collina is incredible! I photographed a stunning wedding there recently and could not say enough positive things about it. This place is a photographer’s dream! Beautiful, sophisticated wedding venue with a very unique European architecture that integrates style and nature. I was just there as a bridesmaid but I can’t wait to be back as a photographer! Everything from the service, decoration, the planning, the food and even the last minute ceremony location change (because of the weather) was flawless. The staff is very attentive and organized and the whole experience makes you feel like you’re not even in Florida. I can’t wait to be back!

I was hired to work at Bella Collina through a staffing company. After working there for about 3 weeks, Chef Hugo told me he wanted to speak to me outside. When I walked out with him, he told me I would no longer be employed by Bella Collina and escorted me out of the building. He did not provide any reason for my abrupt termination. Workers need more protection. Employers should be compelled to give a reason when firing people.

Stunning golf course and club. The course is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The club house looks like Chavon or Florence Italy town. You will feel like you are not in Florida. The course is in excellent shape. Lots of slopes. It plays in a good pace. The practice facility is excellent. Greens have lots of slopes, and play fast. Really fun.

What a beautiful place . With a flare for the Italian and food that is top notch you can't go wrong. The golf course looks amazing although we didn't play. We attended a wedding and it was spectacular. Enjoy this wonderful venue if you're looking for an Italian exerience.

Took my husband here for our anniversary. Get your camera ready, the landscaping is phenomenal. We enjoyed the Couples Retreat. Customer service and professionalism was excellent from the time you arrived til you leave, everyone is pleasant. Every area is clean. Don't skip the head massage unless you have a weave lol. Also check out the tester lotions. They smell yummy. Only dislike was the temperature of the tube. To cold for us to relax in but we're also from up north so we like our water burning hot. Will return again! It's giving soft life.

Exquisite Italian architecture with acres and acres of beautiful golf courses and home sites by Lake Apopka. The club house is beautiful on the hill top overlooking the lake.

A lovely family friendly place. The architecture has nice stonework and the views are gorgeous. Plenty of room and well kept grounds. Highly recommend!

Just got home from a magnificent afternoon at Bella Collina for the I SAID YES meet and greet event and WOW! What a fantastic venue! The grounds are breathtaking, the main house is immaculate and beautiful and the food was really good. The beef appetizer was so tender and succulent I could have eaten that as a meal. The salad was the BEST salad I have ever had the pleasure of eating and the key lime pie cheesecake is so delicious it should be a sin. I felt very welcomed and relaxed at this wonderful gem of an establishment. Highly recommended!

Feels like you’ve left Orlando and gone to Tuscany! My husband is a golf member and we consider Bella Collina our oasis. Great pool area as well as pristine golf, spa, and other facilities.

I'm a wedding photographer (Jessica Bellinger Photography), and this is one of my FAVORITE wedding venues. This is clearly one of the most beautiful wedding venues we have here in Florida. The staff is great and every event I do here runs so smoothly. I can't brag enough about how beautiful it is. You never run out of options for photos here. Truly magical, feels like you are in a different country.

The best course I have played in Florida.

Spent over 120,000 in January 2022, must not have been enough money for this ran down, musty dungeon, unorganized filth pit! They didn’t even have enough decency to post a picture of the wedding after being contacted by the bride and groom several times. #notworththemoney

I tried one of Bella Collina's restaurants back in February (they make monthly menu changes) for a late family dinner during the week when the restaurant wasn't that busy. The premises itself is very beautiful to walk around and is a different experience during the day and at night - it definitely does not feel like you're in central Florida. Service was friendly and the setting was actually pretty chill with golfers grabbing dinner/drinks and even a family in their pjs. Food wise, everything was overall satisfying, but I did find the calamari to be overcooked, the complimentary bread, charred salmon and artisan flatbread dishes were all particularly well made, and I absolutely loved the banana cream shortbread dessert! It was served with caramel, which was unnecessary since it was perfect on its own (and not disgustingly sweet). I hope they bring it back to the menu. The shortbread cookie, made with almond flour, was seriously amazing, special shout-out to the baker if it was made in house!!

Bella Collina is INCREDIBLE. We hosted our wedding at Bella Collina in October 2021 and had a flawless experience. Every step in the planning, the venue, the staff, the food - I could go on and on. Every dollar we spent was 10000% worth it. Bonus shout out to Danilla from catering - she is a gem and made sure we were so happy. Thank you Bella Collina for the best wedding ever!

I recently went to a wedding at this venue. As at most weddings alcohol was served and people got drunk. I understand that when people get out of line actions need to be taken but the way the employees handled the situation was absolutely unacceptable. They let a drunk man wander off their property and he was missing for over 5hrs. The police had to be called and a missing persons report on was filed. I have worked in several facilities that serve alcohol and the facility is responsible for making sure everyone is safe and gets home safely. If a guest seemed to be to intoxicated, we’d stop serving them and call a cab and make sure they safely get home. The employees watched this man who they believed was to intoxicated to stay at the venue on their security camera leaving on foot with no shoes go through a guard gate and leave the property. They then said that he’s off our property so we can’t do anything anymore. They knew he had no cell phone or wallet and was in a town he knew nothing about. How can anyone in good faith let this happen. What if something had happened to him. I can only hope that in the future the employees at this venue will handle situations like this in a different manner.

My husband and I toured and considered at least a dozen wedding venues around Central Florida for our January 2022 wedding, and now that it's over, we could not imagine starting our happily ever after anywhere else. Our entire experience with Bella Collina was outstanding, from beginning to end. Not only was the Senior Catering Coordinator, Danilla, always incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, but the big day was absolutely stunning and stress-free. Everyone on the catering and bartending staff was extremely professional and attentive, and the food was spectacular! We are thrilled that we were able to spend the best day of our lives at Bella Collina, and we guarantee that you will be too!

The best way to describe your experience at Bella Collina is being transported to Italy. The architecture and the scenery was so breath taking, I really did have to take a moment to pinch myself that I wasn't dreaming. By far one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the United States.

I’m amazed from this place! It feels like you’re being teleported into a classical Italian villa, they paid attention to every little detail, the colors , the buildings, the statues, the landscape, everything is well thought. I’m just blown away. The course is great, well groomed, the fairways and greens in excellent shape. The rounds are challenging, with a lot of wide sand bunkers, some water hazards, sloppy hills and a few blind spots. It’s challenging and a lot of fun. The staff is professional, the locker rooms are nice and clean. The food is perfect. I’d definitely recommend this course.

We were all completely blown away by Bella Collina! It felt like we had traveled to Italy and got married at a Tuscan resort- absolutely luxurious venue, amazing team, unreal sunsets and weather, and delicious food. The entire grounds from the locker rooms, to the golf course, to the event lawn, atrium, and reflection pool were just perfect. Our day felt like a fairytale and Bella Collina set the scene. We would choose this venue again and again and I highly recommend it to all future weddings and events!

What a beautiful course! I was only able to squeeze in 9 holes during my short trip but I am already planning to come back to play 36-54! The amenities were very nice including the locker room. The TP could use an upgrade but it was fine. The 19th hole was a great way to end my day. Excellent food and the staff was very attentive.

The scenery was breathtaking, the staff was so detail oriented, and the food was delicious. Every single corner of this property is stunning and every single staff member we interacting with was friendly and helpful. The catering team and cake designer were excellent and we were so impressed! Trevor rang the bell for ceremony and was super kind and helpful when he escorted us and the photographers around the property for wedding pictures. Overwhelmed with how perfect our experience was! Fun golf course, greens were crazy

The place was beautiful. Just absolutely beautifu, from the views and scene, to the people who greeted us. It was fantastic. But the wow... The price is out of this world. 1st the realtor took us to view the 1million dollar + homes. We actually just came to talk about a plot because on realtor.com it was listed as available and for 350k which we could have bought and slowly paid off. Then sold our house and bought a new house to our style and price like they tell you can do. But she never took us around. She took us to the million dollar premades. So was kind of waste of time. But the place looks beautiful.

This is a beautiful venue inside of a beautiful community. You would have to experience for yourself.. I'm usually here as a vendor/dj for weddings. My experience have always been positive. From the front gate security guards to the staff who are there to serve and give top of the line service

So, here we are, the day before my baby daughter's wedding enjoying a relaxing spa day. We never expected such a warm welcome from the friendliest people ever! A special room became available so they offered it up... WOW! Our massages were among the best we have received and my mom's facial was amazing! We were worried because it was the day before the wedding and didn't know if her sensitive skin would be red. They were so gentle and used all organic products - she glowed! Thank you so much for relaxing us before the big day!

Got amazing service, from everyone throughout my visit. Was late for scheduled time due to traffic on the Turnpike, they still gave us our full massage time. Massage and facial were excellent. Haven't had a facial in 5yrs she did wonders for me also included samples for me to take home. Great pricing as well.

Staff was extremely helpful, caring and professional. The place was clean and beautiful. The only thing I wish I could change was assistance when it came to parking and entry into their facility. Besides that, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
