Really long wait in the drive thru, coffee is always just Ok and the ice is always melted when I get my iced latte. Bagels are so chewy they seem stale.

A Drowsy Poet location that serves acai!☕️🫐 I had been wanting to stop by this location to get a taste of their acai and get a coffee! Atmosphere: The space has a variety of seating with the barista station taking up the left-hand side! Service: The worker prepared my coffee and acai bowl quickly. I was the only one in the shop, but they had a line at the drive thru. Menu items: I got an iced honey cinnamon almond milk latte, and it was the perfect level of sweetness (I don’t like it too sweet)! The acai bowl was what I was most excited for, and it did not disappoint. The blend was smooth, flavorful, and the perfect consistency topped my favorite toppings: banana, blueberries, and granola. We have a few Drowsy Poet locations in town with their own take. This one is more drive thru focused and has an aesthetic exterior!

Always love them! I joked with the amazing server that I would write a review if I didn't like the drink, I took a second thought and had to write one! Butter scotch is pretty damn good in a coffee! ♥️♥️ Been here like 6 times, always kind, and always make a perfect drink! Recommend!

As long as they hear your order correctly it's great! Need a new speaker in drive through.

I've been going to the one on navy for close to four years daily, sometimes 2 times a day! And always tip btw And over the last 8 months or so literally every other time I go something is wrong. About 3 months ago I just quit buying there coffee and now just buy there Expresso beans, and make my own at home. They even have stickers now telling them it's supposed to have extra shots, ECT, yet miss it. Pretty frustrating they can't get simple orders right for the price they charge. Went and got my beans this morning and decided to give them another try and yup, no extra shots in either drink.

Great place to relax, have coffee and catch up on Inn news paper.

Every single time I come here it's a problem, either half my order never gets made, is wrong, all the staff in their but one guy is rude and utterly useless or now today my favorite one sitting in their drive thru being made to wait with my window in the storm because it's apparently to difficult to take an order with one car in front that also waited an unnecessary ammount of time, when they know full well they can't be heard through their speaker on a good day. So thanks for the wet interior of my truck my soaked shirt wasted time.

As I was sitting there waiting for my coffee, the sky opened up and it started storming So the cashier never came to the window, and I assumed because it was storming, which Was fine I understood The number one issue is that the overhang is damaged or something above the drive-through and the water from the roof just poured into my car all over me in the driver seat So I’m telling the cashier this and they have no expression they are very blocked. Don’t seem to really have any care for the job. Hands me halfway melted, frozen drinks Meanwhile, I’m being flooded I will not be back to this location

Miss the coffee chain from back home, but this is a nice substitute.

This location has potential. At present, it's not a quiet place to have a conversation or get any work done. It's not decorated very trendy. It could be so much better if they decorated it with some panache, tightened up the attitudes of their staff, and cut out unnecessary busyness and noise by having deliveries come through the back and break down boxes outside.

The service was efficient and friendly. The area was clean. Very nice atmosphere.

One of the best coffee shops in town, overall, however, when management is talking about terminating an employee while you’re getting coffee at the drive-thru because she was an hour late that day, things become extremely awkward and you don’t know how to react. Take that to the back office, not the drive-thru, please.

A nice little spot to hang out while enjoying a coffee. I enjoyed the iced latte I ordered. The quality of the coffee was obvious, and it wasn’t too sweet. I’d recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t tried it.

I love this place. This place is better than Starbucks like the prices are cheaper. The food is better you get bigger Porsches it’s just great.

Everything here is awesome and I love the workers. They make the place what it is. I have never had a bad experience and once asked for a new thing that wasn't on the menu and they gladly obliged and even took the time to ask me how it was. They always seem to like their coworkers and work in symphony. It's quite nice to see as opposed to going somewhere else and hearing someone yelling at someone else for being on their phone. Also look at this cute Christmas design they made on my cup!!! I love this place. I come here almost every weekend and spend a couple of hours if I can.

Ordered two lattes, and both of us agreed that they were weak/watery. Almost tasted like made from a self serve coffee machine. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, so that was good.

The people there are so friendly. There are a few that go out of their way to remember you and what you love to drink. Super insightful when I was indecisive on whether it's not, I wanted lavender.... I didn't like it🙃it's mine and my husband's most favorite coffee shop!! It's an everyday kinda stop😁

Usually I have a great experience here. I go every week! The staff is great, the service, speed, everything tastes good, etc… today was my only bad experience. I went like at 6:05am (so right after it opened) for my usual drink. As I was finishing it I felt something in my throat and tongue. Pull it out and see it’s a long blonde/whitish looking hair. My husband and I are both dark haired. Safe to say I’m taking a break from the place for a while. It woke me up but it definitely was not a good start to the day. It’s not a bad place but sometimes there’s these off days

Small time coffee shop located close to Pensacola Naval Air station on Navy Blvd. These folks are some of the kindest folks who make awesome drinks and serve local pastries in their store. Amazing place with amazing people.

I normally Drive about 25 minutes to get to The Drowsy poet, and while their menu is delicious, I was very disappointed because they filled the cup up with 90% ice and very little actual drink. This photo is after I took four sips total, and there was no drink left and you can see that the cup is absolutely filled with ice. Just a little disappointing because the drink cost $5, and if you tip a dollar on it which I did, then you're paying $6 for a cup of ice with four sips.

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. Don't order specify drinks often and was provided a descriptive explanation of flavor that was on point and helped me make a sound decision in my jet-fuel purchase.

I was 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘺 surprised and impressed with the price of two drinks and a muffin. I was expecting to pay $20 but barely paid over $10. Wow, Starbucks has been robbing us the whole time! 😅 The barista gave me recommendations when she observed me deciding, that was nice, and when a good song came on they even turned it up and started it over for me! 😆 That was awesome. I've been to Drowsy Poet before, but long ago and never this location. I'm definitely going to be tempted to swing by whenever I'm around since it's so inexpensive and also great place to chill down and relax.

Don't accept half&half in your coffee if you want it to taste like the creamer you choose cuz it won't taste like it at all. Better off with plain coffee with whatever sweetners & cream or milk you prefer without paying more for the watered down results you get otherwise. We gave them 3 tries and learned it's not the place for a flavored drink.

I wanted to call in an order. they don't have their number posted. i have to have Facebook to get the number. its 2023 get with the times. I will never stop at any location because the lack of management.

Always good coffee! Love their drink specials they have every month and that they give military discount. I come here often.

The service was friendly and very fast. The environment was welcoming and comfortable. They have plenty of places to sit inside. The parking lot has ample spots and is easy to get in and out of. We ordered two coffees and a bakery item. They warmed my bakery item and brought it over. Items are not baked fresh in-house but it was still good. The coffee was a little weak for me but I did order it with 1/4 the sweetener than the recipe calls for. Prices were reasonable.
