If you need service on any espresso machine, call Ivan. He knows about all machines. I have used his service for two different machines, most recently my DeLonghi made an awful noise while grinding the beans. I took it to The espresso man and he determined the grinder inside my machine had failed. Although it took a longtime for him to receive the part, not his fault, finally he called to say violla it is fixed. Aww, divine! A delicious cappuccino was made this morning! Get it fixed, call him. You will not be sorry.

It's really hard to come by such a professional people now days. I highly recomend Ivan . He just serviced our machina in our bakery !! I was impressed. Will definitely use his service's in a future. Wow !!!

It is not his day-to-day job. It is in his garage, so be aware he will work on the machine only during the weekend. He is honest and really good at it.

Ivan did a great job servicing my five year old espresso machine that had a boiler leak. Not only did he fix the boiler leak, but he fixed the pop-off valve leak, cleaned all the calcium out of the machine, and gave me more steam pressure than I ever remember having out of this machine since I bought it. Solid service, for a very reasonable price. I recommend him.

I'm handy, but overhauling the boiler on my Rancilio Silvia which was going to require drilling and tapping rusted bolts was beyond me. I found Ivan online. He was responsive to my inquiry and did a great job fixing the 10 year old machine, which included drilling out the boiler bolts and tapping new threads. His charges were reasonable and despite the fact that his workshop was piled high with espresso machines in various states of repair, some as big as my house, turnaround time was about a week. HIGHLY recommended.

Ivan is amazing. He used to work for a large business and went out on his own to give his customers fantastic service at a much lower cost. We used him for our cupcake and coffee shop on a commercial machine and then for two espresso machines at our residence. He is so knowledgeable, honest and affordable.
