Delicious food truck!! Really fantastic, satisfying veggie options and friendly folks.

My partner and I were greatly looking forward to “The Hunter’s Table” supper club Jen and Erick recently hosted (at their home) and they did not disappoint. Their passion and ability to bring things to life truly comes together and through. Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere, amazing and what a great date night! We had not come across their food truck previously and wow, what a way to experience their food & drink concoctions while meeting & making new friends. If you dabble in music making, know that they have instruments you can pick up and cozy up to the fire with. If you don’t drink (I don’t), know that they make the most amazing (mock)tails I’ve ever had. I usually stick to just water but was absolutely delighted with every sip they put in front of me. Looking forward to future supper clubs! (Did not take many pictures as I got caught up in the moment and was so greatly enjoying the food and convos.)

Everything here is damn right delicious. They have their food truck at Archies a few times a year and the poutine, sausages and gumbo are so amazing. 10/10

Not your typical food truck! I got the chicken poutine, it was great!

This truck was awesome! The guy who took my order was really cool and when I got my Brisket Po' Boy the first bite was mind-blowing. The beef was unbelievably tender and surpassed my wildest expectations!

Oyster mushroom po-boy was so good I ordered it twice.

I recently had the pleasure of having The Gilty Pig food truck at my daughter's school's annual fundraiser. Jennifer was fantastic to partner with to work through the logistics and create a menu that would please both meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike. The food was incredible and all of the parents, teachers, and staff raved about it long after the event ended.

They did a great job accommodating my gluten allergy by putting a po’boy on a bed of lettuce!

I had a mushroom Po’Boy from the Gilty Pig Food Truck last night at the Royal Palms & it was THE BOMB! I am from NC & I’m Always looking for tasting vegan AND southern-style food & it was perfect! I honestly barely take the time to write reviews unfortunately but I had to. Soooooo good!

This truck was parked outside of Central Park Bar and the poutine made me wanna cry tears of joy. I’m salivating just writing this review seriously these people will be at my wedding serving poutine. Eric and Laura are gonna be my kids godparents. Please eat at this truck amen.
