Very kind staff and ice cream is amazing!

So so yummy! We each got 2 split scoops, so it was like having a flight of 4 different flavors! There were many unique and delicious flavors to choose from, and we were able to sample a few before deciding.

PAY FOR RELIABLE HELP put it in your budget, your business plan doesn't work if you can't take your customers money. Just gave them another try, and I was standing there and the only one in the place for 10 minutes, and nobody asked me anything.. Slow........... And it's just o.k. Sorry, I wish it could be more stars. I waited over 20 mins. It wasn't busy and there were three people working. Ended up not even getting Oreo in our mint Oreo shakes. This my neighborhood ice cream shop. 🤷 What do i say.... o one cares that i wrote this and nothing will change.

Really fun and different flavors! We got the charcoal and balsamic strawberry stratiatella, both very delicious! The chocolate chip cookies were also amazing, they warm it up for you and melts in your mouth!

Please make one more varieties that don’t have soy,corn,gluten, dairy, oat, our go to has always been black ash coconut and the blue one so we’d like to try something new without these allergens but delicious Thankyou!

Always had a lovely experience here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't paying attention when the staff member told me the Mint Chip was vegan, but it was wonderful!!! I paired it with their coffee flavor icecream. They have many options to choose from and both vegan and regular flavors are delicious. I live DTO and love that it is walking distance from my home. You scream(ery), I scream(ery), we all scream(ery) for The Greenery Creamery!

The best dairy free ice cream in town

Had very nice ice cream here. The Triple C was a delight with a kick of coffee that thankfully was not too sweet. The cone too was of good waffle quality. Will def be back. They had some nice Asian-influenced limited flavours as well. Friendly and great service. Street parking is a little hard to find even in the evenings.

Every time I'm in Orlando I must stop by Greenery Creamery to get some Black Ash Ice Cream. It's the best, never disappoints. There Cookie Monster is also amazing. Baby approved 🤩🥰

Try something unusual like Rose Pistachio or the Blueberry Lavender or Black Ash Coconut! It’s all good!! Highly recommended.

The vegan ice cream in this place is to die for. From the shakes to soft and hard serve is just delicious. A little pricey for the amount of ice cream though.

There were so many interesting flavors from which to choose! I sampled the gochuchang caramel (tasted more like caramel than gochujang) but ended up settling on blueberry lavender and ube pandan on a black ash chia waffle cone ($7.93 total). The scoops were small delicious. The lavender definitely overpowered the blueberry, but I loved how fragrant it was. Likewise with the ube pandan, ube was the dominant flavor, but I love ube, so I’m not mad. The cone was tasty as well and had a nice chewiness. I also loved the greenery decorations inside.

Delicious ice cream that has natural interesting flavors of cones and creams like coconut, ube and lavender as well as other baked treats as well. I love that it’s open late til like 10pm which is cool for an ice cream shop especially if you get late night cravings. The decor is cute and chic (ig worthy). It’s not hard to get to either as they have street parking all along the way. If you have to park a bit off the grid it’s ok you will just burn some of the calories you are about to consume! It’s worth the short hike.

Wasn't sure about the whole vegan ice cream thing at first, but tried anyway. They have non-vegan & vegan options, but but everything I have tried has been really really good. Cones are legit addicting. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Hopefully on my next visit, Mykel is there to assist me with selecting flavors. She was wonderful!!! (Give her a raise or I will steal her to work with me lol.) I got the rum raisin and it was absolutely delicious. My friend got the black ash coconut which was also very tasty.

Meh. Sub par service and sub par ice cream. Had the weakest selection of cones as well. Disappointing.

I haven't tried anything that I didn't like. The service is always great, and I find the prices reasonable. I love that they have dairy free options and state other allergens on the name card for the flavors. My favorite item is the cookies and cream milkyshake.

I HIGHLY recommend going here! I love the variety of flavors monthly and their constant flavors. I absolutely love this place the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I love how they have vegan and dairy flavors. I originally went here because of the black ash cocnut flavor which is plant based and the black cone because black is my favorite color!

The best dairy free ice cream! It's a great experience each time I go. Always a hit whether I go alone or with family and friends. The fresh brownies always smell delish when baking. I haven't tried the brownies yet because I try to be good and lay off the sweets sticking to my dairy free flavors.

They always have gluten free options, fun flavors and great staff. It's one of my favorite places. I wish more of their stuff was gluten free (like their ice cream sandwiches and any oreo type flavors like their cookie monster/cookie crumbles) but they offer more options than others and the staff goes out of their way to avoid cross contamination for those like me with Celiac Disease, if you let them know in advance. The picture shows a gluten free cone with a scoop of cardamom rose ice cream and a scoop of their strawberry ice cream topped with rose infused sugar crystals.

this is one of my favorite ice cream shops in Orlando! their ice cream tastes so fresh and wonderful! they have a lot of great dairy-free and vegan options for anyone who is lactose intolerant or any other food restrictions! They have a cute outdoor seating area and the employees are always really kind. I definitely recommend if you are in the downtown Orlando area and need a sweet treat!

Super nice place for a delicious ice cream after walking around the area of Lake Nona. Been here in 2018 and the place is still super cute serving delicious ice cream dairy free and vegan. Black ash coconout my favorite!!! Just something about the texture of the cone: it could be improved as it sticks to your teeth and could be a little more hard and crunchy.

I gotta say I do recommend this place. The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient ! I ended up actually getting one of the milk subsitute options over regular because it tasted better to me. I was happily impressed. They have about 10 flavors of each ( dairy free and dairy ). Often times I go to local ice cream shops and its a decent experience but I have to say I am quite impressed with this one We came here in the evening and there were just a few people in line at a time so wait times were low even with a steady flow of people. Prices were decent, around $6 a person for one scoop with cone I would sayparking may be tricky but South Eola garage had spots, though about $12 parking.

This is the BEST ice cream store with vegan options I’ve been to in the US. The flavors are unique (highly recommend blueberry lavender with basil crystals). And the waffle cones are vegan, too (which is so rare to find!). Wish I lived nearby so I could come here more

Happy we finally made it to The Greenery Creamery. What a cool spot! Plenty of both vegan and dairy options. I had a vegan scoop dropped into a very tasty waffle cone. We enjoyed the sweet treats at the outdoor tables. Can’t wait to come back!

We were downtown and decided to stop by here. Normally, I just don't eat ice cream because I can't handle the milk. I had a mocha coffee oreo shake and was surprised that it was made with soy milk. It was actually awesome. Tasted great and didn't make me feel sick. My wife had a mint shake and it was amazing also. Lots of milk alternatives and vegan options. Totally worth the stop. Young lady working was exceptional.

The best treat during my visit in Orlando!! Liam and Avery were so helpful and amazing!!! Highly recommend getting a warm cookie with a scoop of ice cream and ube drizzle. There are so many options, especially for vegans (perfect also if you have a dairy allergy!).

What a cool ice cream shop in downtown Orlando! With unique flavours and so many combinations of toppings to try, you have to stop here on a hot Orlando day. Rileigh's friendly service really was the cherry on top.

We tried the dairy sweet cream and brownie, and the vegan soft serve with strawberry coulis. Overall quite disappointed. The person who served us most definitely did not want to be there. The ice creams really had no flavor, and the brownie was very dry. My partner is a brownie and ice cream fiend, and barely even ate half.. Cute shop and nice outdoor seating area.

I ordered a heart shaped ice cream cake with black coconut ash ice cream, an Oreo bottom, chocolate ganache, and Oreo topping for my partners birthday—we love the Greenery Creamery and also the color black, lol. This hit every nail on the head! It was just as delicious as every ice cream we’ve had at this location, and their Sanford spot. It was more than enough for 7 of us, with a big slice to enjoy later, too. Their customer service was incredible and very responsive. The price wasn’t steep either, charging a fair $37 for the cake. I’m excited to continue this new tradition of ordering our birthday cakes from here!!! This is the best ice cream spot in Central Florida, hands down.

I am not a huge fan of icecream, but this shop has changed my perspective forever! They have a large array of vegan flavors that are well -thought and flavorful. Those who are dairy-free will not feel like they are missing out at all! The customer service is always on-point, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Want to have some really good ice cream after a long walk around Lake Eola? Here's the place. My favorite is the coockie monster, blue colored vanilla ice cream with crunched oreos, it do looks different from the norm, but is really good.

This is another business that continues the perplexing and uniquely American phenomenon of tipping employees whose service doesn’t warrant tipping. The owner should pay their employees for what they are worth, which is likely more than the wage they are earning.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter who has a dairy allergy. It was delicious and you would never know it was dairy free. The customer service at pick up was excellent.
