The mead old fashions are beyond delicious

We just came for our first time last Friday! Everything was wonderful. From the mead, food, merch,staff and lovely outdoor area. We will be back again soon!

This is an amazing, family-owned and operated, mead taproom. We are extremely lucky to have them in our community.

The Hive Taproom is my favorite place to visit and drink mead. The atmosphere is relaxing and the mead is refreshing and thirst quenching. The owners Tim and Ayla are awesome as are the people that work there. I highly recommend and will return often because I really enjoy getting out and drinking mead when I can, don’t hesitate go find out for yourself what the buzz 🐝 is about. You won’t be sorry 😊

This is the place to bee! The Hive Taproom has this great vibe to come as you are, put down your phone, and strike up a conversation with the person next to you or with one of their friendly meadtenders or the owners. It's always a great experience!

The Hive is a great place to go for MEAD. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. They have a great outdoor space for when the weather is warmer.

The Hive is the epitome of a community-centric business! Through all their events and offerings, community and intentional encouragement of quality time spent with others remains their central mission. As someone with a gluten allergy, the ability to go to a place and not have to worry about finding something to eat or drink safely is invaluable. Not to mention, feeling great the next morning due to the ingredients! Go check out the Hive, you won’t regret it.

The Hive was an amazing place to work! Extremely professional, clean, family oriented, and fun. If you're looking for a part-time job, I highly recommend. Otherwise, bring your friends and enjoy the atmosphere!

Stopped in for 1st time. Busy and they handled it so well. Explanation of drinks and everything that went into it was awesome. Drinks were special and completely different than what we were expecting. Just planned to do 2 flights, ended up getting two more full pours and trying two mixers. Excellent. You have to visit and try

This was my first time having mead and I was made to feel so welcome by both the staff and the regulars. The space has an incredibly inviting atmosphere that made it a great place to catch up with my family. I really enjoyed everything I tried and can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in town.

Nice taproom featuring homemade mead. The mead is very good. However, the ones I tried had a sparkling water element to it. Very friendly and helpful

If you like mead and complex flavors I would suggest this meadery. The service was friendly and the mead options were plentiful. They also serve food although we did not partake due to having other food plans already in place. Depending on your phone provider you may or may not have service here which was the case for us. There was also no wifi so just something to keep in mind.

Cool place! We tied all three Mead flights. Loved the seasonal choices, especially the Oh My Gourd! Try the Almond Paste dip- its gluten-free and delicious. Live music added to a festive mood.

First time at the Hive Taproom ! This place is awesome ,. The mead choices were spot on , the flatbread pizza was amazing , get it ! Emma our server was outstanding. Very friendly place , great atmosphere. We will be back very soon 😊

Great mead. EXTREMELY SLOW service. 4 people behind the bar, one drink poured per minute. Not sure how they make a profit on busy nights.

A very nice venue 🙂 Beautiful landscaping .More of a honey Mead than wine than beer. We enjoyed it very much 😄 Outside patio and stage. Live bands. We recommend it!

Lots of seating that could be great for a before or an after dinner drink. Several options where everyone in the group found something they liked.

Went there for the first time this week. Unique drinks, and cool space. The owners and staff were super friendly. We got the 2 flights, which was a fun way to sample a variety for first time mead drinkers.

I knew Ayla (one of the owners) from her Veterinary Career, she was a favorite at our barn. An extremely genuine, smart & kind person. I was sad when she left to pursue this venture with her husband… But WOW! They have created such a cool & unique space that is welcoming & refreshing. I finally got out there to check it out & I was amazed to say the least. My disabled son even felt comfortable & that’s saying a lot. The mead is fantastic. With so many different flavor combinations to choose from, you are bound to find a favorite no matter what your taste preferences. Mine is definitely Queen’s Brew’d with a few others in close second. I bought a few extra cans to give as unique gifts for some wonderful friends. Amy the bartender was so patient & helpful while we decided which cans we wanted to buy.

Wow! What a gem this place is! Met the owner while there. They were so nice and accommodating. You can tell they genuinely want to help you find the tastiest mead for you. Super clean. Great vibes. A must if you’re in the area!

My favorite place to drink in the area. Their mead is unique from any mead i have ever had. It is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend The Hive to anyone.

Went here on a whim and was not disappointed. Need to go back to try a different mead as mine was a little bit different than I hoped. It was good and I am interested to try more! Great atmosphere and super friendly bartenders! Plus dog friendly and live music! Cannot go wrong!

First time there. The service was outstanding and very informative. As we were not very familiar with mead. She did a great job telling us about the product. Everything was delicious and the decor was very well done. The food also smelled amazing. It is a must stop if you are in the area.

Really good place and the people are so nice

Excellent time hanging out here trying a variety of meads. They weren't all my thing but that's the beauty of tasters! Clean indoors and a nice spot to hang out outside has been developed. Plenty of room to find a place to chill away from everyone if it gets busy outside.

Great, unique place to chill. Highly recommend if you love mead or have never tried it! Flatbread and Spring Rolls are excellent as well.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Hive. The staff was cordial, knowledgeable, and flexible. They knew their menu, and were able to direct me to a few meads that were comparable to my tastebuds. I was even able to sample the product before purchasing. The ambience was astounding and exemplary. I believe I've found my new "chill" spot. Keep up the amazing vibe, I will be coming back!
