Best buy best sandwiches best donuts I've ever had in my whole life I would never buy pumpkin pie donuts and bread anywhere else

Great place to get spelt berries and gluten free options.

First time I've ever been. The doughnuts are amazing and so are the fresh hot pretzels. Specialty Hot Late was also excellent. Definitely will be back

Unique grocery store, offers everything from furniture and home goods to homemade foods. The hot bar food items are spectacular! The jalepeno wrapped chicken and baked beans are a favorite at our home. Wide selection of home made foods, hot, refrigerated and frozen options. Their gluten free desserts are outstanding.

Really enjoy walking in the home place you just you feel right away the hospitality that a home grocery store should have the food is excellent we really enjoy their donuts that are made they're not like any other donut place they're using real good ingredients to fry a man to make them lot of different varieties there breads are homemade they have local honey they have a deli they have a hot side where you can buy hot lunches ribs excellent place to go anytime of the year thanks again home place we love it Once again ev err nothing and more at the Homeplace the name says it all! This place has alot of great Amish type foods and handmade products available. Prices aren't too bad at all. Check them out on ur way through Georgetown ohio

Update: April 2023 Two more visits and each time I had the Beef Brisket and it is a Wonderful Sandwich. Very happy and based on my last several visits I have updated the Stars from 3 to 5. Nice store shows well but too pricey for this old timer. Purchased a Reuben Sandwich the other day and was very disappointed. Bread had no substance falling apart and difficult to eat. The amount of meat and Sauerkraut was so little the flavor was hard to detect needless to say won't be ordering it again.

Store was very busy on Saturday afternoon, but we enjoyed our visit. Panini with roast beef and provolone on sour dough was delicious! If you prefer mayo rather than miracle whip, note it on your order. Have fun!

Lots of great deli sandwiches. Very terrific glazed doughnuts, so sweet. Their cookies, baked goods, salads are very delicious. The hot deli looks great. Their daily specials look delicious. Busy, hopping business. The foods will probably be fresher that way. Wonderful canned pickles, jams, pantry foods. The frozen meats & dinners looked terrific. I haven’t tried them yet. Their furniture, book racks, home decor, cooking utensils, etc. make you want to browse and shop. It’s awfully pretty. This is one nice business.

Prices are very high,lots of products they have brought in bulk and repackaged with their name on food products,sale on lunch meats are average,furniture is made in Homes county, oh. Shipped down here but very high in price.if buying furniture, I would go to homes County in Ohio as millersburg,Walnut Creek,you will save a bundle of money.

I stop here once or twice a week for lunch meat and my salt rising bread (this is the only place I have found my favorite bread). Prices on deli meat is comparable to big name stores and they are usually having a sale on one type or another. Also their donuts are huge!! They have jams and jellies and a large selection of baking ingredients.

Great variety of food, everything from fudge to deli. I purchased ground buffalo, homemade sage sausage, and chicken salad. All were really good.

Pretty nice little Amish ran store with decent prices and amazing donuts

I have purchased many items in the baked goods section and was always very happy. Today I got one of my favorite items; the lemon bars. They were downright awful. It seems to me that recently they have changed their ingredients to poor quality to save money. I should have known when I looked at them since they didn’t look as nice as before. When you pay top dollar for baked goods you should get top quality products. The lemon was chewy whereas before it was smooth and soft. There was an odd taste of bitterness as if they had been way over cooked. The crumb bottom was not as good as before. Very disappointed.

A great place for Amish goods and delicious baked items. They have seasonal items like pumpkins in the fall, produce in the summer, etc. I particularly love their cheeses, and pretzels. They have donuts! A great place to find gifts as well. They have a new coffee/ice cream bar as well.

Decent menu, items are tastefully prepared and consistent.

The best knives I have ever used, extremely sharp and hand made. Everyone there is very friendly, great meat selection and huge Pretzels, hand made quality you don’t find anymore.

We enjoyed going to The Home Place. They have the best deli meats and cheese products their fried pies are so delicious. I stock up on my spices when we go there. My husband enjoys getting his favorite donuts.. custard filled hes happy 😋 We highly recommend you to go visit their store!

They have the best homemade ham salad N i never have ate in my life cuz it was pink but the home place is amazing

Amazing place they have alot of homemade jellys and other food items. Also have some beautiful furniture. The fresh Made sandwiches are so good.

Great place for amish goods. Sandwiches are great! Baked goods are even better. Staff are very friendly and helpful! For me it took about an hour and a half to get here. Might be a good day trip for you. Come see for yourself. You won't be disappointed!!

Always has what I'm looking for

First time that we bought something that was bad. Pimento cheese spread tasted soured. Have bought it other times and it was okay.

Absolutely love this place there food is great and we normally order for about 16 guys at a time and never once have they messed up our order and its always ready on time. NOT to mention the best bake good around.
