Love love love this shop! They are always super nice and their doughnuts are delicious and huge. Very good value. I will be coming back here. They have drinks, but I have not tried them.

I have been here quite a few times and, I must say, the experience is usually great. I don't really like yeast donuts so I love that they have good cake donut options. On occasion my donuts have been raw in the middle (specifically sugar cruller). However, everyone makes mistakes sometimes and when it's good its REALLY good.

Old school donut shop with fire donuts baked at great size. Coffee was meh but that’s not why I came 🤷🏾‍♂️

Tried this place today for a midday snack. Very quick and polite service. The doughnut and apple turnover were both very tasty. Would recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting or in the area.

went on a Sunday morning so there was a big line but it was absolutely worth the wait, fresh and delicious with a huge variety at a reasonable price

They should fix the schedule so that people don't waste time and gas to get there and find the place closed. But on their page it says open until 10:00pm.

First time visiting— the donuts are great and the cinnamon buns are the size of my giant orange cat.

Don't let the mini-mall location fool you, these are some of the best donuts in the country. Fresh is always best, especially when eating these donuts, because they stale in about a day. My glazed & lemon glazed were simply outstanding! Soft, fluffy, golden brown and generously glazed these donuts are insanely addictive. The original 1968 shop is on Williamsburg Rd. Tearing into your dozen as soon as you get in your car is always a good idea. Enjoy!

Tried this place today, 10-10 recommend!! Very pleasant service and the donuts are delicious. Highly recommend the peach filled glazed donut.

I eat too many donuts. There, I've said it. But, life's too short for bad donuts (especially if you eat too many of them), that's for sure, and Country Style is up there. Great choice. One day, I will finish one of their apple turnovers on my own. I may never eat again afterwards, but it'll be worth it. Some of the best donuts in town.

Best donuts in Richmond. BUT....do not attempt to order using their online menu. It is wrong....they have it posted but not updated. They have been advised of this but, nothing has been done. You just need to be aware their actual pricing is more than double what you see on the menu.

The young man who served us was very friendly, charismatic and attentive. The donuts are a delight. I loved the plain cake and the glaced cake. You have to go if you like country style donuts!

We love country style! The kids love the Boston cream, cake of any variety, and guava with cream cheese icing. The coffee is good too. Not bitter like DD.

Williamsons Bakery in Dublin, GA. will always be my favorite, but this place took me all the way back home! The flavors are almost an exact match and the size of their donuts are on par. Their cinnamon rolls are as big as hubcaps and apple fritters are ginormous too! Their donut holes are crack in a bag and may I suggest the cinnamon sugar ones! Absolutely delicious SO glad I found this place!

Can't say enough about these donuts. Big big donuts and even bigger cinnamon buns. My favorites are the powdered lemon filled and the cinnamon bun. Reasonably priced. I drive 1.5hrs to get them so if that says anything. They have long extended hours and outside seating

1/16 I called from short pump va. The sweetest, upbeat guy answered the phone and said yes the store was open and everything was fresh and good and he would be waiting on me. Just unbelievable fantastic service...the voice and the words u want to hear whenever u call a business. He was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. I look for donuts in every city I visit... This is a must stop spot. Fair warning, they are kinda on the heavier side so prep the belly but they're definitely delicious.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I decided to stop in as we love coffee and a REAL donut. We were not disappointed. Went back today for their delicious ice coffee and started chatting again with the owner. I told him we were in town for NY Eve and he asked where we were staying I told him. Well long story short he gave me a huge box filled with donuts for the Staff at the Hilton. Not only that, a very nuce young man (his son) helped me to my truck. Okay…. These are the best donuts I’ve ever had. We got a dozen after I ran the Richmond Half Marathon 2023 and I was completely blown away. Service was quick. Donuts are fresh and yummy! Highly recommend. These donuts blew me away.

Hands down BEST DONUTS EVER! Original glazed are my all time favourite. Been going at the east end branch for 20+yrs and since the west end branch opened im a regular customer. Keep up the great work!

Great donuts. However, prices didn’t drop back after eggs, flour, and milk prices dropped. Guess $18 for a dozen donuts have become the new norm.

Stopped in for the first time2 weeks ago. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a genuine smile at 6:15a.m. The selection was great and the quality was even better!! Bought 2 dozen to share at work and everyone loved them! Would recommend, I will be going back!

Actual donuts. You can get frosted fry cakes too but they have real donuts, with filling and powdered sugar or glaze. Closest I have come to the donuts I grew up with in Buffalo.

The store is always very clean, I picked up a dozen donuts to take to my Drs office, they always have a huge selection and they are the best in Richmond in my view, The only thing that has gotten bad is the price I think a dozen donuts were $17.00 I am thinking that other donut shops are inline with that price too 👍

I like to service and doughnuts at country style and young man works there! I had young waiting on me Nat try belittle me this morning because the coconut doughnuts felt hard to me. She tried to be smart mouth and I told her she need to work on customer service skills. I always have pleasant experiences when I go there but not this time.

I have always loved country style donuts, but never did a review. They are the best in Richmond. However, I had to do a review because the guy who's always there, Brody, is one of the most pure, warm, kind, wonderful humans. The donuts are always great, but he is what makes this place special.

Our favorite dessert stop in town! Incredible donuts and a great variety of types and fillings. Everything we've tried has been delicious. The custard filling is particularly good. And the giant apple fritter is memorable! Really good and very hefty. Easily fed four adults a normal dessert portion.

Great cake style donuts! Chocolate cream was just awesome. I would give 5 stars but when I came in it was a long wait to order. The customer ahead had some problems which took too long to fix.
