Love, love this place. First time for dinner. We will go back. Waitress was great!!!

Food was great! It was our first time and between the food and our waiter David I wish I could get be more stars! David went above and beyond’s Mr keeping our food flowing and very attentive. So nice to see a young and very polite server! We did 3 meats…pork chops, chicken and steak and gravy! Everything was fresh and hot and the rolls were over the top! We will definitely be back!! Our new family style place when we are in town! The property is gorgeous as well! Thanks again David for a very pleasant dinner!

One of our favorite restaurants in the area. We frequently drive over 1 hour to eat at The Kitchen. The family style food & eating experience is wonderful. The wait staff are well trained. Everything about The Kitchen is 5 stars. The only thing missing is Mindy. Sure wish she was still about of the time. She is deeply missed by the customers & her staff.

Fantastic location and great food. Only been for breakfast several times but excellent food and service as well. Grandchildren love the open space with the tractors and pond. Highly recommend.

This place is so beautiful. The food was great we really loved the fried chicken 🍗. We got lucky and went on a tractor ride to the sunflower 🌻 field.

This was a breakfast meeting with a group of my business associates. While the food was excellent the place was immaculately clean and the service was absolutely amazing , there did seem to be an issue with the seating of our group. It seems that we had been set up to have a room and they had seated some people in the room before we got there. In the past I've had no issues reserving a space for a certain amount of people and getting privacy but this seems to be a general issue as of late as this is the third time that this has happened to me where I reserved a space and they tell me I didn't pay for the privacy. This is just a statement for restaurants out there, when I bring my business group to eat at a restaurant and I reserved a room the expectation on your end is that my room will be private without me having to spend an exorbitant amount of money to make it that way. Overall I love this restaurant, I just felt the need to explain the three stars for service.

We heard so much about this place. This was a big let down. The service was excellent. The food not so much. The chicken was dry and hard. The sides weren't good either. The mac n cheese was dry . Nothing had any taste.

The main meal was excellent! And the atmosphere was also very charming and the staff very attentive. I'm giving four stars because the deserts were just not great. I ordered peach cobbler and it was bland reminded me of a quick bisquick recipe....picture included for reference.

This place was awesome for family style southern food. It’s what you WISH Cracker Barrel was :) So clean and open but with plenty of food and dessert. Pulled pork would be a cool add on in the meat department. Also Fried Okra would step it up a notch. No complaints though.

Amazing fresh food in a beautiful family friendly environment. A little on the pricey side but so worth it!! So much food we always leave stuffed! Meat is so tender you barely have to chew it.

Food was awesome and hot.Some of the best tasting fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Steak and Gravy was delightful as well. Our waitress was top notch and she really took great care of us.

Would be great if you guys were open on weekdays, like Tuesday. Absolutely no reason to be closed on Weekdays.

Food mediocre at best.Bland,no seasoning on anything.Reorder portions too small for family of 6. Catfish no seasoning, fried chicken (good), pot roast no flavor. Desert portion too small. This was my third trip, I don't plan on coming back. Also closing on Monday and Tuesday????????

The food and service were amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially with my little niece who has stomach issues & allergies and can’t eat certain things, the staff and manager went out of their way to make her a special plate. It is beautiful at Grace Meadow and very clean. The best overall experience we’ve had with a restaurant. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

The price you pay the food should have been better.$131 dollars and get up the next day sick to my belly this morning. The rost didn't have any tast to it,the Mac and cheese was to thick and none of the food had Glover to it.The only thing that was good was the rolls.For the price 22 dollars should have been better,and to charge a 11 year old full price is ridiculous

My family took me there for Mothers Day. My son and his wife had never been there and they were very impressed. My husband and I love this place and look forward to the next time. The food was delicious and plenty of it. We didn't wait on anything. I am disabled in my feet and legs and can't get around very well. The staff was so very nice and helpful and made my visit enjoyable.

What a beautiful location! We had never been there and the grounds were so pretty. The restaurant is big, attractive and has a nice gift shop. We really wanted to like The Kitchen at Grace Meadows and had invited friends with us. The service was fine for family style. Sadly, the ribs and pot roast tasted overcooked and mushy. The sides were as well. The desserts were ok but ordinary and small. At $21.95 a person (not including drinks) we were not pleased with the quality.

We always love the fried chicken, if you don't like breast meat like my friend and me, you can ask for just drumsticks. The new steamed broccoli was delicious, it was so fresh and light with all the heavier foods. Tried the new blueberry pie this time and it was probably the best dessert I've had there, so far!

Our Vist on 3/28/24 was my 2nd time here. Im from out of state so both visits were with family and it was great. I highly recommend The Kitchen at Grace Meadows Farm for the food, atmosphere and service. Our server was excellent. She went above and beyond to give my 4 year old grandson special attention. Even getting down at his level and drawing a special treasure map on his placemat. Just the two of them at a separate table, lost in conversation for several minutes. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name but she was so sweet and I did snap a picture of them. Afterwards we went out on the lovely property for some family photos and the treasure map, of course!! (I posted 2 photos of them in the photos section)

It's really just 'meh'. I had higher expectations when I went - mainly because of the huge crowds that swarm the place when it's open. It's great for groups and the food is cafeteria quality at best. The MacNCheese had the texture and taste of some really dry cardboard. The rolls and the fried catfish were superb.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday with friends from church. The food was awesome. Had a good time.

We had called in carryout that we had bought for our Pastor and his wife. When I saw him opening the Small Single Serve Cups of Potatoes and Green beans which there was 1/2 of a Single Cup Of Green Beans Of Which I Have Seen More On A Childs Plate at Restaurants. Plus The Creamed Corn Was Like The Green Beans 1/2 Of A Single Serving Cup! There Should Have Been At Bear Minum 1 Small Single Cup Per Individual Order Per Person! Then I Looked At The Chicken and Fish And There Was 2 PIECES Of Chicken And 2 PIECES Of Fish! As Much As They Charge For Carry Out You Would Think You Would Get Your Money's Worth! My Advice is Go Inside And Eat But DO NOT ORDER CARRY OUT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TAKING IT TO SOMEONE! IT IS A TRAVESTY THAT A PLACE WOULD TAKE PEOPLE"S MONEY AND GIVE THEM ALMOST NOTHING FOR THEIR MONEY! WE WILL NEVER BUY CARRY OUT FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND NEITHER WOULD I ADVISE YOU TO BUY FROM THEM EITHER !

Frequent here on Saturday morning for breakfast. Consistently good quality. Love the omelette, not the traditional rolled, rather the toppings are on the top. Great drop biscuits

Great country feel when you walk in. Friendly folks to welcome you in, get you seated and service was very good. Farm to table is the deal here and everything is farm fresh, and cooked just right. Lots of choices to pick from, something on the menu for everyone. On the way out, stop and shop from local vendors who have made this place a hidden gem in Jonesborough. Very well decorated and inviting, you will feel right at home here.

We had purchased tickets to a Dolly Day event. The whole week was horrible weather with snow and ice. The day of the event, ice and snow were all around and ice was in the forecast heavily for that night. The event was 5:30-8:00 PM. Schools and numerous businesses were closed due to this fact. Event wasn’t postponed and we were told “our parking lot is clear so it’s fine, we’re having the event.” No refunds were given and so we lost $66.00. Won’t be back if this is how they treat customers safety!

The Kitchen at Grace Meadows Farm is a hidden gem of Johnson City. The place is very spacious, tables are very well spaced. The place is clean and organized. Once you order food there is no wait, your food will be served to you in a couple of minutes. You can pick 2 meats and several sides.Must try pot roast! You get as many dinner rolls as you can eat and at the end dessert. You can't take leftovers, but you can take dessert to go. I really enjoyed my dinner there. We definitely will be back. Just to add, at the entirety of the restaurant there is a gift shop store. You can get a trinket or a gift for your loved ones.

Everyone says it's better than Farmers Daughter but it's not. Plus it cost much more

We enjoy going here every so often. Great barn / farmhouse atmosphere. Service is usually very friendly and extremely efficient. For the amount of guests and the amount of food they send out being family style, it's an impressive operation. Some of the food is great such as the fried chicken. A number of the other entrees and some of the sides are not necessarily to my taste, but they're not bad, and can obviously find enough to satisfy your appetite. And apparently enough people enjoy it because they are always busy, just my taste. The rolls are awesome. My one wish is that they would have fountain drinks instead of cans of soda with no refills. Otherwise, definitely worth trying at least once, and I can't say it's bad because we've been there numerous times.

I have been here a couple of times for different occasions. Went once for dinner with the family. It was wonderful. We've gotten an order to go as well at a different time. Most recently, I attended a Christmas party for my life insurance company, and it was an amazing experience. The inside was decorated beautifully, and the staff was great.

Took some friends tonight for their first time. They said they will definitely be back also. Everything was outstanding, service and food was amazing and atmosphere is absolutely breathtaking.

We drove from Knoxville today to visit the Davey Crockett birthplace and googled top reviewed restaurants in the area. We decided to go here. What a delicious place to eat!!! Our server, Nolan was phenomenal! He was so friendly, attentive without us having to flag him down, wonderful personality! We will definitely be back!

Parking was easy, food was fantastic, and service was top-notch. Big thanks for hosting us! Definitely a 5-star experience and highly recommended.

Beverages Should be included in the one price, even if they must go up a dollar for the total price. The Farmer's Daughter is $20.00 and that includes all beverages and dessert. That is very reasonable.

As a retired chef, the rolls, cornbread salad and corn are great. However, the pot roast and steak n gravy was bland. The fried apples lacked......cloves...spices and fried.

If the atmosphere isn't amazing enough, the food will knock your socks off. Met my childhood friends before leaving the country and it was the perfect visit for conversation, pictures and our meal. So many wonderful photos ops. Loved this place! Stop by if you get a chance.

We took my very special friend there. Who was celebrating her 60th. Birthday! Everything was super!

I know, I know 3 stars, however there are some valid reasons. The amount of dust and dirt when you first walk in, I would prefer to hold my own door and see 1-2 hostess and the rest wiping and sweeping and bussing tables, we were seated after a pack of wolves and the floor had napkins and food all under the table we had to stand there while other people were people instead of walking us back and seating at another table. 3 trips all different waiters did not bring s single refill and the last time my hubby was about to choke from lack of sweet tea, these waiters need to really up their game and stop depending on that white gadget thing to tell them when we need a drink, my suggestion is to limit the number hostess and make about 2-3 of them drink people to walk around fill the beverages. Also would. E nice to have one set price for drinks, meals and dessert like Daniel Boone Inn does it. The price online does not match the price inside when checking out to pay so they need to keep up with that internet page. The Thanksgiving meals last year was very rushed and we arrived 2.5 hours early to have a 20 mins and the waitress very pushy to get the next people in. For a place to be a barn home style one would think slow eating and constant asking what we needed every 5 mins like can I just chew and swallow before you come back but when you did you didn’t bring refills we had to beg that time too.

It was busy but we were seated immediately and the food was on the table within 5 minutes. Best cubed steak I have ever eaten in my entire life. Delicious! Can't wait to go back! Especially enjoyed walking the farm afterwards and enjoying the sunflower fields. Thanks for an amazing family day.

I had heard good things about The Kitchen at Grace Meadows, but I think the good word I had heard was not sufficient to describe how good the food would be. I was thoroughly impressed and delighted. Give this place a visit!
