I was excited to meet my cousins there and splurge on high tea for three. Made my reservation weeks in advance in Seattle on the phone but we got the table closest to the setup counter and it was not as relaxed as the other tables. Also had to flag my waitress down twice; once for more tea and then for more sugar cubes, even though she passed by many times without making eye contact. It seems there was training going on because the owner was instructing the girls and it was a little stressful. Then when I went to pay the owner rang me up with my Target credit card as I added two books for sale written by her friend so I spent $150 all told. Later that afternoon, I got a call saying that she had forgotten to return my credit card but I was unable to return to pick it up. I called and asked them to please drop it in the mail to me with a piece of paper wrapped around it in the inside the envelope and was told that wasn’t possible, even though it was the cost of stamp. I complained about it, and I haven’t heard a word back- to my knowledge they still have my credit card in their drawer!

I love traveling to GB and yesterday it was a short sweet trip to English culture. Big THANKS to the Creamery team for the hospitality and great experience! So happy our Pensacola has this amazing place and by the way , the great sweets !!

Hope was awesome. My grandma was visiting us from Honduras, and Hope heard us speaking in Spanish and heard me translating things to my grandma. Hope proceeded to straight up just start talking to my grandma in Spanish which not only helped me immensely, it also made my grandma feel very welcome and happy. Hope is actually going to Honduras soon and my grandma even gave her her phone number in case she needs anything over there haha! Thank you Hope, and thank you Olde English Creamery.

Service is fantastic with very friendly staff. The food is delicious with a wide range of teas to select from. Space is a little small, especially when there are children parties happening. Overall, it is a wonderful place for a fun experience.

My husband planned a surprise birthday luncheon for me and 2 of my friends at this restaurant. It was absolutely beautiful and wonderful and one of the best birthdays I have ever had. This was truly truly a wonderful experience. I had a great time and the owner was exceptional and so gracious to us.

A little more good for the price would be nice. People are nice . Cute place.

When We arrived, I said we have a reservation for 6 but 1 person at last minute could not make it. I was basically scolded by the employee, a thick, chunky girl with black hair in front of my family. If you have only 5 you should have called to let us know, we expect you to do this. We are preparing food. VERY EMBARRASSING! Well all that food they were preparing we didn't even get till after 45 minutes of sitting there. Which consisted of tiny sandwiches, which were mainly bread very little filling. Some sponge cakes, scones and other small desserts. It's a cute idea but for the expensive price you pay, it's just not worth it. But, the top reason we won't be back is your rude employee.

We had a great time here! We love scones with clotted cream and jam! It was a great place to sit outside. Make reservations for your table!

I’ve been here a few times already and wow the quality of everything is always past phenomenal. The teas and even the custom mixes are out of this world, try the Lady Charlotte with two lumps an a splash of milk. The food is always top notch and fresh even the bread on the sandwich’s super soft and super fresh. try the egg salad sandwich and the jubilee chicken, out of this world yummy. Everyone is so nice and courteous here and friendly to the max lol. I can definitely say I’ll be coming back for more and more amazing English tea lunches.

This place is nothing short of perfection. I have been twice and enjoyed myself immensely.

This place is the cutest and the food is absolutely stellar!

Sausage rolls cut into potato chips you get 6 slices. cucumber sandwiches with hardly any cucumber but dollops of cream cheese on stale bread, all sandwiches were as tiny as you can get the other 2 varieties were unrecognizable on stale bread, scones were dry but clotted cream made them edible meringue was like chewing gum. The Victoria sponge was good. The chocolate mousse had way too much cocoa and the tea was not hot. Way too expensive for the very little effort they put into it. They need to make them fresh and use fresh bread. All 3 of us were so disappointed. $40.00 a head for next to nothing.

I just wanted to send a note to the owner. My sister and I reserved for high tea with a high price. But apparently landed on a day when there wasn't enough ingredients and things didn't seems fresh. The little sandwiches were unidentifiable (I think it was supposed to be egg and chicken separately, but we could not tell or barely taste the filling). The amount of filling was so skimpy, they obviously tried to spread it as thin as possible. The cucumbers on the sandwiches were thinner than tiny pickles, yet there were 2 thicker cumcumber slices separately on the tray (I wondered if other guests didn't like cucumbers and so they decided to barely put any on those.) My British born friend with me was sadly disappointed that they had some (again a small amount) of cream cheese on the cucumber sandwiches, which is not English. The sandwich portion of the tray had about 4 tiny spinach leaves in the center for decoration/garnish & one 1/2 of a grape tomate by itself. Surely this isn't the usual presentation. (Again, I felt surely they were short on their ingredients.) I am NOT British or very good with food presentation, but for the money it cost per person, this was very pathetic. Nothing special at all. It is lovely to have a tea room option downtown in a historic district, but the price for what we got today was absurd. The jelly offered was about a tablespoon for 3 of us at the table. The clotted cream same. The Victoria Cake was very good and passed the standard of my English born friend...sadly, that was the only thing. The scones were dry...perhaps day old? My friend actually believed all of it was old. The chocolate mouse was fine, but again about 2 tablespoons each. The tiny piece of meringue was crewy, not soft, and there was something on it or with it that was such a tiny piece of something that I couldn't tell what it was. When the servers who were cordial, asked how it was, my British friend, calmly said, "It's not very good, the sandwiches seem stale and tasteless, the sausage slice (which is supposed to be served in a roll, English style) was overly seasoned. She responded politely and said she was sorry, but offered nothing in the way of discount for the what I hope was an usually poor day in their inventory and prep. And we were still charged $40 a piece. Perhaps it was a bad day. Perhaps they skimp on the fillings because they have high overhead. I am not sure what it wrong, but the extra care for a special and costly event was definitely missing. At the end, we also discovered that we each had bagged tea in our pots, even part of the appeal was that they serve authentic loose teas. I don't understand not having some explanation offered for that when they make a point of saying "Our selection of fine loose teas" on their menu. Very strange. And the servers did not come back to offer to take out the bags, or provide a place to put the bags to keep the tea from getting too strong or to offer more hot water. No water glass was provdied or juice of any kind. Nothing but hot tea. The serving even for high tea (the most expensive) was on a tiny saucer for each of us. It got full pretty quickly with muffin paper and there was one tiny napkin even though we are eating with our hands. I sincerely hope they will improve! It is a lovely idea, but the quality and experience today was extremely lacking. If they had offered a discount for the small servings and fillings, that would have helped; but I realized the young women working there without an owner or manager couldn't make a decision like that, even though it was necessary. I don't expect the owner to be there everyday or even on the weekend, and again, I hope they can improve and really put some more into this experience so that it can remain part of downtown.

Came in at 3. They asked how they could help and told us all the seats were full. We asked if we could order something or purchase dessert or anything still. We were told the kitchen was "too busy" to even do that....? Wasted a trip here. Left completely empty handed. I guess if you want any service you must reserve a spot out.

A quintessential tea shop, very charming. Service was efficient considering how incredibly popular the place was and full. We had full tea, and the food was absolutely incredible. Best egg salad I have ever had.

This is a tea house gem! Not many places give you a tea experience, but this one certainly does. It's small, so reservations are helpful. I take myself out for tea here whenever I can!

This place is darling! Priced amazingly for full tea. So many coffee and tea choices. The crumpets are delicious. I love to dress the part for this delightful experience!

I went with several other ladies. Today was a full house-with two other parties of 4 or 5. One sweet group with mother and 2 princesses. Room was full. Tea hot! Finger Sandwiches made fresh! Scones warm! And dessert creamy. Owners are charming!

I'm vacationing from out of town. Made a response by email over a day in advance. She was fast to respond. I will dream about this place. The tea and food was so good. I HATE cucumbers and ate that sandwich so fast. The meringue cookie was my favorite. The oolong tea was great. It was such a cute place. The owner was very attentive. I loved all the mismatch glass. If I ever come back to Pensacola it's the first place I'll come back too. You can park for free at the old brewery. It's like a min walk away not even. I will say I am allergic cats. I know she would have removed her if I asked but it didn't bother to much. Once a cat occupies a space it's usually to late for me. So if you are deathly allergic like some of my family members this is not the place for you. Luckily I'm not and other than that I absolutely loved it. I'll dream of that cookie. :)

A lovely afternoon tea destination in Historic Downtown Pensacola. The cottage setting is absolutely quaint and beautiful with many neat activities nearby for before or after your reservation. It's no wonder reservations are required- the sandwiches, scones, and treats were all delicious! My personal favorite was the sausage roll, although I also loved the pavlova (dessert)! The owner is sweet and knowledgable, and the tea selection is distinct and classic. I recommend the Buckingham Palace Blend, it's a bold blend of black and green teas which packs a punch, but leaves the dainty taste of jasmine behind. I love afternoon tea and have done them all over the world, so if you are wondering if the price is too expensive, IT IS NOT. This is a good deal for 1. the food quality & quantity 2. the tea quality 3. the atmosphere and location. Enjoy!

Had a mother daughter day trying new teas and had such a great time.

Full High Tea food and tea were great, service was excellent. Location was good, parking right out front was available. Only detractor was that the table covers were sticky/old/needing replaced and the chairs were a little uncomfortable. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Such a charming place! We did the full afternoon tea, and EVERYTHING was wonderful, and the staff was so helpful. I highly recommend the Godiva tea 😋. We will be going back again!

Ok, it’s a shame that I go to a tea spot for food but in my defense I was pregnant the 1st time I visited. I was walking by with my dog & saw sausage roll on the sign and let me say it was the best sausage roll I’ve had. It is a very charming place and I have since visited with my husband and baby and he enjoyed the salmon croissant.

I've been here 3 times and loved it every time! I have had the Shepherd's Pie lunch special, the light lunch and the Downton Abbey lunch with trivia (as pictured). All the food is perfect, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is the best part. Reservation is recommended but you can pop in on a Friday for lunch usually.

Beautiful place with delicious food! The brunch was amazing. We had the Salmon Croissants sandwich with salad and the ploughman lunch. Paired with a refreshing Sparkling Elderflower tea on ice! You guys need to try!

Brought my girls here for. “Tea Party”. The food was scrumptious and service spectacular. I was thrilled when I saw that they had Keto friendly food. Such as the Ploughman’s Lunch ( minus the bread of course). My girls ordered the Light Lunch Tea, Shepard’s Pie, and Crustless quiche. There was nothing left!! Everything and everyone was so nice. We will certainly be back soon!

Such a cool place! I bought some scones with clotted cream and they were tasty. Never had clotted cream before. It tasted like creamier, slightly sweet, unsalted butter. I liked it! I wish I could have stayed for the whole experience. The tables were full of customers enjoying cups of tea from fancy tea sets. It felt like I was in a little British tea house or something. Very cool.

Charming. We had coffee though. Very friendly old worldish style tea shop. Visit it and enjoy the atmosphere.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I took my nana to their special Christmas tea they put on every year and it was so nice. The tea set was beautifully detailed, and the tea and assortment of sandwiches and pastries were outstanding. The owner Tanya was also there and made an effort to greet and care for every single guest. Would highly recommend for any special occasion, or to stop by for lunch off their restaurant menu. Will definitely be back!

I had a bridal tea for my granddaughter today at Old English Creamery. The staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. The tea was so flavorful and of course the decor was beautiful.

Awesome little tea house nestled in Pensacola. I’ve had afternoon tea all across the US and Europe and this little place rivals them. It’s not the most tea place I’ve been to but the quality of the food and tea make up for it’s. If in Pensacola enjoying a nice beach vacation and getting tired of the sun. Take a half a day enjoy some tea and this cute little tea house.

We absolutely LOVED this place! The whole experience was phenomenal. Reservations are required and thankfully the owner (who was SO nice) was able to get us in next day. For the teas my husband had the Lady Blue and it was delicious. I had the Buckingham Palace Blend which is their most popular and then my kids had the Yummy Berry (it's caffeine free and truth be told, I even had a couple cups of it because it was delicious!) My 4 year old daughter LOVED her tea, sticking out her pinky while drinking it too. She felt like a princess. We did their full afternoon tea which is a pre set tray made for you so you don't have to worry about making the hard decision of what to pick. The tray we got was beautifully orginazed and everything and I mean everything tasted wonderful! Thank you for making such a memorable experience for us from start to finish.

What a treat! I am sad I didn’t take a picture of our pretty plate of tea sandwiches, sausage roll and scone (I think it called the light tea lunch). We stopped in without reservations (must have reservations 24 hours in advance for their high tea). They did have a free table so we were able to have their light tea tea lunch. I had the Buckingham Palace and my husband had Lady Londoner. We both think ours was best! Everything was delicious. This was as authentic of a tea service as I have had in the United States. The historic building adds to the experience. The young lady that waited on us was sweet and very attentive. We took scones and clotted cream with us to enjoy for the Wimbledon final. They were yummy heated with the wonderful clotted cream. Will definitely return if I am in Pensacola. If you go to visit - plan ahead (I called twice and the phone wasn’t answered - also reached out on Facebook messenger) so you can get a table for tea. You won’t regret it!

Even fully opened this place gets reserved and sold out quickly (for good reason). We have enjoyed their Full Afternoon Tea a number of times, whether for celebration, treating out-of-town guests, or just because it's fun! Their current price is $33/person, but gets you a rather surprisingly filling tray of finger foods and treats. It also allows you endless tea! I would encourage anyone to try them all, but my favorites include the Lady Blue and Lady Londonderry. My wife always orders the Lady Godiva, Lady Lavender, and Angel's Dream. If the full tea is not your thing, at least try their Lemon Sage Sausage Rolls. They are out of this world!

If you're a tea lover, you'll never look back after sampling their menu. While seating is very limited, you can easily make a reservation or grab some tea and treats to go. Their scones, sausage rolls and finger sandwiches are flavourful and pair perfectly with their teas. They also carry seasonal flavours that are delightful. Stop by for and nice afternoon tea and a walk along the downtown area. I will definitely be planning a nice visit with some ladies from church.

I have now been here twice. The first time with my 3 year old daughter and then again for my mother in laws birthday. Both times the tea was wonderful! Their Angel tea and buckingham palace are divine. They also have a delicious fruity tea that is great if you like fruity teas. For the birthday we made reservations so we could have the 3 tier for the afternoon tea. They do sandwiches on the bottom, then scones and a cupcake of some sort on the middle layer and the top had some sweet treats. Such a sweet experience! They were kid friendly and the experience is worth the money!! Would definitely recommend.

It's excellent every time. Loved the tea service. It's a great selection of very enticing teas. Also, the blood orange sorbet is my favorite sorbet.

I’ve been wanting to come here for months. Finally did and it did not disappoint! We had the full afternoon tea. The Angels Dream and Buckingham Palace tea were amazing. The gentleman serving us was so knowledgeable and very kind. We’ll be back!

I moved to Indiana several years ago and was in town visiting my mom and sister. We were supposed to be in England but our trip was cancelled due to COVID 19. My mom suggested that we go have some tea at the English creamery to soothe our disappointment and we looked at their website to see if we had to have reservations. The website indicated that if you want full tea you needed a reservation but if you just wanted a pastry or biscuits with cream and tea it was ok to walk in. Obviously this is a very tiny place and with the limitations on seating it slipped our mind that it might be a good idea to call ahead- that part is our fault however, upon entering the establishment and asking to sit down and see a menu the gentleman at the counter was very rude when asking us if we had a reservation. He suggested we take a table outside but he was short with us and left us all feeling like our patronage at his establishment was unwanted. I don't have patience for people that are rude, especially not when they are rude to my mom. We won't be back, which is sad because we love tea. This seems like a very cute spot and it may have very authentic English tea, but there is a lack of southern charm and manners. We understand being told that there isn't room especially when there are extenuating circumstances and we would have not been hurt if that communication would have been relayed with more grace and kindness.

Loved this place and for the price compared to other tea places I’ve been to previously, their menu selection and quality is extremely affordable. We met the co-owner, and he is not only knowledgeable about the tea selection, but a really nice guy. Will be back every possible opportunity I can!

Always incredible service and food. The place is more than a meal, it’s an experience! Afternoon tea is my absolute favorite. They are open during the Quarantine! Order a few sandwiches and take them home! So so so so good. 12/10 would go to war with England again just to keep them around.

Food is a little slow coming out, but very well worth the wait. The shepherds pie is phenomenal, almost as good as my Welsh grandmother’s own recipe. Good selection of teas and a lovey atmosphere. Everything was served hot and the staff is incredibly friendly. My only complaint is I wish it was wheelchair accessible. My disabled brother would love to come when he visits if there were ramp access. Lovely job, will be returning

My family and I absolutely love afternoon tea, so when we decided to come to The Olde English Creamery we were not disappointed! It is small but it has so much charm and the pastries are out of this world. We will be coming back again and again.
