My wife and I sat at the bar and we were greeted immediately. We were able to order our drinks and food with no issue. The bartenders were helpful and attentive to our water and paid drinks. They answered our questions with some great recommendations. The food came out quickly and tasted great. We had no problems with our food or drinks, we will be back.

Dined here last minute for a nice date night and here are my thoughts: *The baked Brie was delicious!! *The scallops were very good but pretty expensive considering the overall portion. I guess I was expecting more sweet potatoes along with the scallops. Presentation was beautiful. 🥲The pesto fusilli was not that great.. a bit bland for my taste. I don’t recommend this dish. *The chocolate cake was delicious!! *The service was ok. I think our waitress may of had too many tables *The cocktails were good *The atmosphere was upscale yet also a bit casual. Everyone was dressed differently— some very casual (in jeans) and others dressed up. The environment is very loud inside. Overall it was a nice last minute date night

Cool, upscale atmosphere, friendly. welcoming, and competent staff. Modern American food with a creative international twist, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. We had the tuna tartare, steak with fingerling potatoes, and the burger. Good wine and beer menu. It was a 100% lovely experience- we will be back.

The best dinner out in a long time. The food is fresh and full of amazing flavors. We will definitely come back.

A solid 4 ⭐️. It's nice to have a fine dining restaurant without going downtown. We ate here with another couple. My thoughts: Cocktails are weak. I had 2 different gin drinks, one from their cocktail menu and a GT. Though tasty, there was either very little gin or it was diluted. 2 drinks are my limit, but I could have had 4 before feeling any effects. At $14 and $9, I felt like I drank juice and tonic water. The food: Brussel Sprouts Salad was amazing 5⭐️ Burrata Salad 3/4⭐️. The tomato wedges were weird. It would be better with roasted heirloom grape tomatoes. Tuna Tartare: 4⭐️ Prawns: 4⭐️ Salmon: 4⭐️ NY Strip: 4⭐️, fingerling potatoes were bland, a different carb would be better Halibut Special: 3⭐️. Overcooked Burger: 2⭐️ below average Fried Pound Cake: 4⭐️ It was deconstructed, which was a bit weird. The taste was good, but the deconstruction wasn't needed and made it more awkward to eat. Atmosphere is nice, but it did get warm inside. Waitress was great!

When going to the one expect to have food that is food and drinks that provide a fusion of flavors. The service was good though I felt having the bartender being my server did change how the service was for. I would say the food is worth trying but for more of a fine dining experience the elevation from the seasonings/sauces was not there. The drinks were also something I didn’t really care for to the degree of a cocktail bar experience I desired.

Our waitress, Jess, was AMAZING!! She was so sweet and polite. Her suggestions for food were on point! She made the experience very pleasurable!! We will be visiting again and requesting her area!

This was our fourth time at One5. The food and the table service have always been excellent, but the reception is almost rude and dismissive. We made reservations two days ago and when we arrived, we were offered a table two feet from the door. We asked politely for another table, and after some deliberation, we were given another table and told we would have to be finished in an hour and 15 minutes because a regular was coming. Two weeks ago, we came as a party of four with a reservation, and as we were waiting, another party of four behind us was taken to their table because “they were a regular”. I guess we need to check the number of times we need to come to be treated politely by the reception. That being said, the food and table service are excellent.

Me and a girlfriend came in for a late lunch. The restaurant was NOT at all busy but we stood there for like 10 mins before finally being asked if we had been helped. Then he walked away. Stood there another 5 mins before finally the lady with the curly hair working the bar sat and served us. She was not at all friendly, and was very slow. She didn't ask us about entrees until probably 30 mins after our apps were done. The food was beautiful and absolutely delicious. However we both got sick later that night and threw up. We had the tuna torture, prawns, and the NY strip. We both felt that service wasn't good due in part to our casual clothes and observing service at other tables better dressed. We spent like $300. I know it's a popular place but we won't be back. Very disappointing.

We visited the One 5 to celebrate my friends birthday and we had a great time. We have been to this restaurant a few times for lunch, and this was our first time for dinner. the food is consistently good. Everything we ordered was great. As an appetizer we had the baked Brie and blue cheese chips, the Brie is a favorite of mine. My husband ordered the special of the night, the halibut with scallops, it was delicious. I had my favorite dish, the Brussel sprout salad. At the end of our meal, chef Nelson brought the birthday cake to my friend and lit the candle as the whole room sang happy birthday. It was very special! Great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent customer service.

Excellent place to get some gourmet French cuisine! Certain drinks are great and the food is great overall. Always an excellent experience!!

Like the food, the atmosphere and the service. The only thing I find a bit strange is the locale itself, not very inviting.

It's rare when there is not one thing to criticize in a restaurant. This is one of those rare times. Every portion of every meal was absolutely delicious. The brussel sprout salad is to die for, and I don't even like brussel sprouts! Our server, Adrian, was outstanding! Friendly, energetic and full of great suggestions. We met the chef and his wife, and they certianly have a product to be proud of. We will be back!

Wings and Prawns Pil Pil at One 5 Restaurant in Greenville I recently dined at One 5 Restaurant in Greenville and was blown away by the wings with soy glazed sauce and the Prawns Pil Pil. Both dishes showcased the chef’s exceptional talent and creativity. The soy glazed wings were incredible, with a perfect balance of sweetness and umami that complemented the tender, juicy chicken. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors, leaving us craving more. Equally impressive was the Prawns Pil Pil. The sautéed shrimp in a rich tomato broth with garlic slices, roasted chili, and grilled bread was a delightful combination. The sauces in both dishes were delicious, though we didn’t have time to take photos. If you’re in Greenville, don’t miss these dishes at One 5 Restaurant. They’re a testament to the chef’s skill and a must-try!

My girlfriends and I had an early dinner around 4:30pm. One of us had an Amaretto Sour and the other had a Mule. They both stated the drinks were pretty weak. However the food was awesome! We ordered the roasted vegetables with chicken. beet salad with soy chicken wings and the brussel sprout salad with salmon. It was plenty. Our waitress did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Its worth a try!!

First time here everything was great

My husband and I decided to come here for dinner while we were staying at Hotel Hartness for my birthday. Everything was great! I really liked the Rose Sangria. The chef came out at the end with a lovely decorated Happy Birthday dessert that brightened my night. We'd love to come back when we're in town.

Here’s something new : this restaurant now adds a 3 % surcharge for using a credit card to pay, who carries cash these days? This is more gouging the customer and I will reduce my tip amount in the future

Our absolute favorite place to celebrate some of our family's special moments- The food is consistently delicious and the drinks are some of the best! What really sets this restaurant apart however is their customer service. They always make you feel special and go out of their way to ensure your occasion or celebration is a special one. You would expect this level of service and quality of food at a much more expensive restaurant but The One 5 is well priced and delivers an awesome experience every time. Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, graduation or just a girls night out on the back deck listening to live music- definitely recommend checking out The One 5!

First the pro part of the meal We were a party of 10 and no forced gratuity Okay we ordered almost the whole menu , burgers were supposed to be medium well, all three were raw, I didn’t eat mine, not one bite, but still had to pay for it, the men ate most of theirs despite being unhappy Waiter actually argued with me that ALL cappuccinos, No matter where they’re made include chocolate. He was rude, dismissive and almost never checked on us. The food was subpar at best, I liked the menu options but the delivery was a failure. Maybe with a different waiter we would have had a better experience

This was our first time here but we will certainly return. The atmosphere was very relaxed inside and there was plenty of covered space outside on the patio. I thought the portions were very much aligned with the pricing. The broiled mussels and tuna tartar was a great start and the did a perfect bronzino along with a grouper special that my wife still talks about. The service was perfect and we never waited on anything. At the end of the meal, a live performer was playing and it was a great ending to a great meal.

We cannot get enough of The One 5. Our most recent experience was a birthday celebration - we reserved a table for 7. The staff did a wonderful job looking after us. The food was excellent and the head chef even personally brought the birthday girl her dessert. You cannot beat the food, service, and ambiance at The One 5. Best value in Greenville.

I love this restaurant and my family does too. We are foodies and drive from Spartanburg to eat here. I have been blown away by the food. You must order the focaccia. I am always excited to hear what the specials are for the night. They have the best bartenders around too! Everything is lovely, go and enjoy!

We were a party of 6 celebrating my wife’s Birthday . The food was vibrant and delicious with many healthy choices. The service was impeccable and always on time. The atmosphere was very pleasant with live accoutic music. We had a very enjoyable experience and will be returning!

Very nice dining experience. The fried Brussels sprout salad with salmon was delicious and we greatly enjoyed the desserts. Kevin was a wonderful server! Highly knowledgeable about the menu, local history, and spots to visit around town.

My husband had the halibut, he said it was the Best halibut he has ever had. Jo Jo was our server, she did a wonderful job. They have a separate vegan menu. I had the focaccia bread and strawberry salad with tofu. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Enjoyed our first experience at The One5 tonight, everyone ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees. The food was great, the drinks were superb and our waitress Jess was excellent and very helpful. We really enjoyed and will certainly be back again soon.

This place is an amazing oasis on the east side of town. The chef is amazing and staff is top notch. Can't say enough about the different dishes and the overall experience.

Amazing food, dining, and staff. Started with the wings and oysters...DELICIOUS. For main course got the Pesto Fussili with shrimp, very good. Went for a friend's birthday and they made her feel so special.

I’m a bread junky and the focaccia was INCREDIBLE! It’s enough for at least 4 people but dining solo I ate for 4! The accompaniments are exceptional! Couldn’t choose a fav. Roasted chicken with succotash was so dang good! Chicken was tender and the whole dish was incredibly favorable. Great atmosphere and drink selection. Highly recommend!!

This was a wonderful dining experience! My husband got the Whole Branzino, I got the Roasted beet salad, oysters and we shared the baked brie. We were celebrating my Birthday and I got the lemon cheesecake. It was so special they wrote Happy Birthday in Caramel around it. Service was phenomenal! Every bite was sensational. Wonderful addition to the East side of Greenville. Chef Nelson has curated a thoughtful & well executed menu. The bleu cheese chips are delicious & my salmon was spectacular. The stand out, however, were the oysters. They were some of the best charbroiled oysters I’ve ever had. Service at the bar from Ryan & Anna is always attentive & friendly. We will definitely return!

Absolutely the best restaurant in town. The food is excellent, the service is above and beyond. We celebrated my 70th birthday and I couldn’t say enough about this experience. After our dinner the main chef brought out an amazing desert to our table, with a hand written Happy Birthday Joanie on the desert plate. The entire experience was adove and beyond our expectation's . This is a five star restaurant 👍🏻👏❤️

Chef Nelson is one of the most talented Chefs in our area. He has a true passion for cooking. His restaurant is beautiful. Service is wonderful, atmosphere is so nice. This is such a gem of a restaurant and if you haven’t tried yet please do yourself a favor and go right away. If you have tried, hurry back because places like this need our support so they can stay around for a long while. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Love this place.

Stopped here for lunch for our stay at Hotel Hartness. Foods were amazing. Our favorite was the tuna tartare served on the seaweed chips. Fried chicken sandwich with the upgraded beet salad was excellent. Chargrilled oysters were on point, nice touch with the creamy butter sauce. The spinach arugula salad topped with grilled tuna was a perfect combination, although they forgot my arugula. The host came over to apologize & made some offers. We said it was fine. Can’t wait for dinner.

The best vegan/ vegetarian restaurant I was looking for all over the place. With a special menu for vegan/ vegetarian plates and also gluten free. Everything is delicious and tasty. The fresh vegetables are just delicious. Hard to find place and hope the owner can open a few more in the future. Greer/ Greenville needs More places like this.

My husband and I went here on Saturday for the first time and it was one of the best experiences. Our go-to restaurant may have changed after our lunch here. The drinks were delicious, I had the Berry Spitz and my husband had the Mule. The brussel sprout salad is phenomenal, easily the best I've ever had. My husband has the burger and fries and he loved both. We'll absolutely be back and could see this becoming our new go-to.

There on 2/3 for #41 Anniversary dinner with daughter and a wonderful eve it was at the One 5. Wife had roasted vegetables topped with shrimp. Daughter and I had the fresh catch of the day (blackened halibut). Both were delicious along with appetizers and butternut squash soup 😋. Waiter Kevin was excellent too.

Nice local restaurant with a limited but interesting menu. We had sandwiches for lunch and a glass of wine. Not inexpensive, but reasonable for the food and location.

This is a nice place that I was referred to by a co worker! I've only had their brussel sprout salad, but it's amazing. Highly recommend! They have a nice liquor selection as well with some hi end options!

I was very excited about this place when I first saw their menu. I ordered the fish special of the evening. It was the most delicious dish!! Every friend of mine who ordered the same cleaned their plate, as I did. I ordered a glass of wine, and that was also tasty. Service was good. I wish they had more red wines by the glass available. They only had one that night. I won't ding them for that, because the food and atmosphere was so great.

Came here for lunch with my family and it was phenomenal. I’m from Nashville and am use to an upscale lunch with amazing food and this was very on par with some of the best casual restaurants I’ve been too.

Really great place for lunch, such a cute concept. We had the hot Brie for an app which I inhaled in 3 bites and barely left any for my friend 😂. The beet salad was good, but my friend had the fried Brussels salad and that was even better. Can’t wait to come back here and try it for dinner. Parking is easy, there are some EV charging spots too.

Enjoyed the food with great service. Pleasantly surprised the pricing of the food while the alcoholic beverages were a little pricey. The restaurant was rather loud as we had booked for a group which made it hard to talk and hear each other

The One5 is great for a date night or work lunch! The tuna appetizer is amazing and they have the best steak in town!!

I picked up a margarita flatbread for takeout/lunch today. I loved the overall flavor of the flatbread. Salted and seasoned nicely. The mozzarella was fresh tasting and melted nicely. The tomatoes were also enjoyable. Great service too, I was offered a drink while I waited for it to cool. My only issue was the seed oil used on the pizza bread (canola/soy/etc.) I am very health conscious and avoid vegetable/seed oils. Regular butter is much healthier and less inflammatory. Switch out the seed oils for butter and I'd order daily!

Great experience overall. Chill atmosphere with good vibes. Food & drinks were excellent. Charbroiled oysters were spot on, tuna tartare was delicious.

One of the best restaurants in Greenville.

The One5 is the gem of the Eastside of GVL. The food is exceptional, the ambiance is nice but not stuffy, and above all, the service is delivered with a warm and friendly touch. There are various ways to enjoy their food. We've done takeout numerous times, and it's consistently top-notch. They've also catered for our team events, and each experience has been impeccable. Our multiple date nights here have been memorable. Words can't express how much we value your establishment. Thank you!

Yes! Last nights dinner was legit and redeemed a couple of prior poor experiences. It seems they have all of the kinks worked out in the new restaurant… the food was amazing, the service was great. My wife and I treat eating out like a sport, last night was great compared to anywhere in Greenville

First time at the One 5 since it changed from Village Kitchen. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a reservation online, so we tried walk-in. Opted for patio seating as it would have been 90 minutes before a table opened up. There were no fans and the heat was oppressive. I could have handled that as it was to be expected, but then the flies attacked my food and started biting me. Finally had our food boxed and moved in to the bar to finish our drinks. The food was great, service good, and I loved the neighborhood vibe. I just wouldn’t recommend sitting outside until the weather cools off. Hopefully they can figure out a better patio experience.

One of my favorite restaurants. Had a group lunch today with 20+ ladies. Service-excellent, food-excellent, environment-open and bright. They have a vegan/vegetarian menu. They offer gluten free options. Indoor/outdoor seating and plenty of parking.

First time experience with friends. Bottom line we were rushed to turn our table. Series of rushed to order appetizers, dinner and desert. 1st last straw requesting desert order while we were enjoying entree. 2nd last straw desert and check arrived simultaneously. Hand crafted cocktails! A broad menu with something for everyone (gluten free, vegan, kids etc.)! A welcoming atmosphere! Whether it’s girl’s night, a business lunch, or dinner with the fam, the One 5 does it all. It’s location inside the Hartness community is also convenient due to its proximity to Woodruff Rd. You need to try their broiled oysters, tuna tartare and whole branzino fish. the friendly staff really takes the cake as well. I’ve yet to be disappointed and will continue to return as often as I can!

Wow! Absolutely fabulous place! Everything was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was spectacular. Everyone on staff was attentive without being overbearing. Jason and Pierce were especially wonderful. We will be back again and again and again.

Had a reservation for 6pm. Were told when we arrived it would be a 15-20 minute wait, and the table we were going to sit at wasn’t quite ready. That table hadn’t received their food yet. Decided to get a drink at the bar while we waited. Stood at the bar for 15 minutes and the bartenders never even made eye contact with us. Went outside to wait. After waiting fifteen minutes we asked how the table was doing, and they put us at a different table. Ordered appetizers, dinner, and drinks. Appetizers were delicious. Drinks were fine. When dinner arrived we had to send back two dishes because the meat was either undercooked or the vegetables were bad. The waiter was fantastic and removed one of the dishes off the bill for us. Ultimately was an okay experience, unsure if we’d come back.
