Couldn’t remember if I rated or not but had them cater my son’s 1st birthday party and was blown away. Great communication, great pricing and great food!!! I had guests asking me the entire time where the food was from. My husband and I have always loved this place, great food and doesn’t hurt your wallet so I’m so happy we were able to use them for an event. Would definitely do it again!!

Very happy with my experience here. Been wanting to try for a while and was not disappointed. Ribs were fork tender, wing skin was crisp while the meat stayed juicy, hush puppies had a ton of flavor, and the bbq grilled cheese was stellar. The passion in the food, including the dry rubs and sauces, is undeniable.

The bbq here rocks. I tried it for a new lunch and within a couple days I had my family coming back for takeout for a big meal. I loved their house sweet and spicy sauce. I’ll try to come back here every time I’m in town.

Ordered 2 pulled pork bbq meals, smoked burger w/2 sides and hush puppies. Originally forgot to include the 2 sandwiches and had to wait for them. Pork bbq and fries were fine. Hush puppies were dry, no butter or sauce provided. Coleslaw was unseasoned, bit sour like it was old. Burger was pretty bad, like a dry, frozen tasteless heat and eat burger. No condiments or sauce at all. Ordering online left no place to requeat ketchup, sauce or utensils. Maybe dining in is different, but I won't order from here again. Food and tip came to $41

First time visiting, I love trying new BBQ places. The ladies were so great service was top notch. Brisket sandwich was great, burnt ends were really good. The wings not so good, not enough smoke could not taste any smoke on the wings.

A laid-back BBQ joint. Great food, their Honey Dry rub and Sweet Heat Sauce together are a perfect match. I had the Brisket Sandwich, while my wife had their loaded fries with pulled Chicken. Juicy and Delicious. They're big supporters of Pennsylvania Wrestling, which is a big plus.

Came out here from South Jersey for the Ford Nationals. This place nailed it! The BBQ food was amazing

If I could make this zero stars, I would. We ordered ribs hours before we wanted to pick them up. I am having ten family members for my husband’s 65th birthday. Fifteen minutes before we were ready to pick them up, we received a call telling us they were out of ribs. I spoke to the manager and there was no excuse except they just got the order that was actually placed three hours ago. The only compensation was an “I’m sorry “ Now I have to figure out what to do with ten people for dinner

NO RIBS? We ordered online at 2pm, so we would be assured that our order, including ribs would be ready at 5pm. Sounds easy enough, received text saying our order would be available at 5:10, and even charged our credit card, but at 4:55, we received a call that they sold out of ribs. Were they out of ribs at 2pm?

The chicken on the steak roll is HUGE. Came with a pack of bbq sauce and seasoning. Side portions for a single order are super tasty. I've got enough on one order to have 2 big meals. Great service and our new favorite wing spot!

The ribs were done to absolute perfection. The best I've eaten since living in the Ga mountains.

Trying to start conversation owner walks in the room and acts rude. He's a very egotistical man. The guest service was not good not even a smile from that man the woman behind the counter great funny gets the job done. Pay 60 dollars for a wide range of sides and 2 main portions, the all of the food was old the Mac and cheese was bland and came home like a brick the baked beans are not baked there BBQ beans just tastes like BBQ sauce the ribs came dry only part of the meal that was tolerable and the the pulled pork sandwich was mostly fat and cold the green beans were good they tasted amazing and the sweet heat BBQ sauce was good definitely worth buying a bottle of you interested in that. I definitely will not be coming back

Previously gave another Bar B Q place a 9.5 for their ribs. Had to knock that down after having Official's ribs. Ribs, brisket and burnt ends are the best we have ever had. So glad they're in our back yard. Go check them out.

What a cool spot to chill out and eat some brisket. I always eat mine with the Mac & cheese.. mmmmmm

Atmosphere is very comfortable. They make you feel like apart of their family. Food is perfect flavor and sauces are the wow factor! Best part is , it’s reasonably priced and you wont leave hungry!

I stopped here to get takeout for the first time today and I will definitely be back! I got 36 smoked wings to share and they were amazing…cooked perfectly with great smoke flavor. The dry rub and sweet heat sauce were packaged and placed in the bag. They added to already great wings. Service was very friendly and the seating area looks inviting and relaxing. I look forward to trying other menu items!

Stopped by for dinner while in the area for the weekend. The great reviews of this place are not inflated, it's the best BBQ I've ever had. You can tell the owner puts his heart into the food he makes. We got the smoked wings and motz sticks for starters, both of which were delicious. The highlights of the meal were the half rack of ribs and burnt ends, both of which gave us the meat sweats by the time we were finished. The sides were decent, but the meat is definitely the star of the show. The serving sizes are good and the atmosphere is laid back. We'll definitely hit this place up again if we're back in the area.

Delivered from Door Dash. My daughter choked on Hugh sharp bone that was in barbeque sandwish. They did not refund all of her money just part nor compansate in anyother way. She could of died. Very very poor customer service. Check your pork good before eating it.

The overall dining experience was fantastic! I haven't enjoyed meat this much in a while. The sliced brisket melted in my mouth like butter – truly exceptional. The cornbread and mac and cheese were equally outstanding. My partner devoured the pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, and mac and cheese before I could capture a photo. He nearly finished everything – a testament to how delicious it all was. Definitely recommend checking out this place; it's truly amazing.

Worth the 10 min detour and then some. We tried the food on a whim and was blown away by the taste and quality of the food. The brisket was excellent and melted in your mouth and the fries were crisp to perfection. Will be returning if we’re ever in the area again

Awesome chicken barbeque! We dined in and also had take out pulled chicken barbeque for a family get together later on Everything we ate was absolutely delicious... from the sides, leg and thigh special and the pulled chicken. Owner was nice and helpful. Glad that I lucked out and found this unique place!

Great place to get BBQ in Carlisle, PA. Food was good, customer service was even better and atmosphere was awesome.

Stopped by the other day to try the Grand Amplitude burger which is a smoked burger with sliced brisket, cheddar cheese, coleslaw and crispy onion straws. It was delicious and very filling. The owner Aaron is very friendly and great service. Looking forward to coming back to try more of their food highly recommend. Also if you haven’t tried or got yourself some of his Signature Sweet Heat seasoning you are missing out it’s awesome I put it on almost everything.

I had never heard of this place before. I was in a pinch and I needed some burnt ends for a cookout. Everyone at the reunion was praising those burnt ends. It hurt my heart having to admit that I didn’t make them myself but I gotta give credit where credit is due. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly service. Great food. I will say, the price was a little more than I was expecting, but you definitely get what you pay for with these guys 👍🏼

We got official bbq for our rehearsal dinner and they did a great job setting up at our venue, communicating beforehand, plus the food was excellent. Would recommend!

We were looking for a new local place to eat and decided to give it a try! The service was great, the owners were very nice and made sure our meal was just right. The food was really good and we left full! We definitely will go back again and you should give them a try!!

Our family, with three young kids, stopped in for lunch to break up a road trip, and feel like we struck gold. The food was spectacular… fresh out of the smoker, perfectly seasoned, and great sauce and rub (deemed “magic BBQ sprinkles” by our kids). Service was very friendly and fast. Staff was attentive, and owner took the time to introduce himself and what he and the business are about. Everything was very clean. Great attention to detail and making visitors comfortable. Wish we lived closer; we’d be regulars!

Delicious barbecue! Coming from Kansas City, I know good BBQ, and this was it! Very tender pulled pork and brisket, very flavorful. The homemade rub seasoning and fresh cut fries made the perfect dinner! The inside could use a little help, but overall it was clean and had what we needed. Service was great and the owner was super nice! We will definitely be back!

What an amazing restaurant! I felt welcomed upon arriving and served with care. However let’s get serious here, their food was incredibly delicious, I have never tasted wings and fries this good EVER! I consider myself quite the foodie and the chef did not disappoint! We're still talking about how much we enjoyed the BBQ for our family reunion. The food is amazing (pulled pork, brisket ends, fries) and everyone raved about it!!! Plus, the service / customer care made it so easy and convenient for us. I highly recommend Official BBQ for any event...or for any meal for that matter! So delicious..so convenient!

This is a great spot that just feels like the heart of America. The casual outdoor seating, the smoker running and filling the air with pure delicious mouth watering aroma, the down to Earth easy going owner, good lunch specials, and great smoked wings (a favorite of mine). It's hard to say what I enjoyed the most about this little BBQ shop, but if I had to pick one it would be the food. I'll be sliding thru anytime I'm in Carlisle for certain!

Absolutely AMAZING food! We chose to eat in (outdoor and indoor seating now available) vs take out with a party of 7. Our food was out in less than 10 min! Shared a family meal (36 wings, 2 lg sides) plus a full rack of ribs - we are our fill and took home leftovers! We will definitely be back!

Official BBQ catered an office dinner for us and the results were unanimous….delicious! I highly recommend for quality and ease of doing business. Great job!

I cook bbq and learned to cook from the best pit master in Texas (no it’s not Aaron Franklin). So trust me when I say the pit master here knows what theyre doing. I personally prefer the central Texas style on brisket. So the burnt ends I got were cooked well but I’d prefer a menu option for the point with no sauce. The sweet heat style goes really well on pork and ribs. So that’s what I’ll be trying when I’m back. Overall one of if not the best bbq place in central pa. Mops the floor with Redds. If I have any feedback. Close the damper a bit more cook slightly dirtier fire. Maybe add some picnic tables to eat at. Overall Loved it. I’ll be back.
