Amazing staff and incredible food. The escargot and the mango butter scallops were delicious. Bread pudding for dessert was perfect!

If you haven’t been here it is literally the best place to eat in town. The food is untouchable! A menu for everyone. Can’t beat the price for the quality of food, don’t take my word for it just stop in for an app or a bite at lunch. One of the best wine lists I’ve seen in all of Bonita and Naples. Quality, thought and care in every step. Took my wife here for her birthday and it was an unforgettable experience!

We came this evening had not been here for quite a while. We had DJ who remembered us he was the only server but did an outstanding job and will definitely ask for him when we go back.

We sat on the terrace for dinner on Friday night. We were extremely lucky to get a table without reservation. Our server was great. The food was flavorful, high quality and beautifully presented. The wine was so delicious that we had two glasses each. It's a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. Looking forward to our next visit.

We dine here almost every Monday evening and have had every item on the menu as far as entree's go. they are all spectacular. They have about the best French Onion and Mushroom Soup (Mushroom Soup as a special sometime). Without doubt it id my favorite place for dessert. The staff are friendly an accommodating. We have brought many friends and not one disagreed with our assessment.

We are regular diners at Other Side Bistro (OSB). We have had everything on the entree menu, as well as many specials . It is a place has a high quality wine list as well as fantastic desserts. We dine nearly every Monday, and have taken many food loving friends who have never been disappointed. Make a reservation as they can be busy. Staff are super friendly .

Delicious!! After my 3rd visit I can confirm this is a new hidden gem! The food was amazing, from the mussels and calamari appetizers to the bolognese and veal francese entrees everything has consistently been amazing. This time we ended with the rice pudding, my mouth is still watering!! They also have a really unique cocktail list that I will happily be revisiting soon! We were fortunate enough to meet the owners, Omar and Ali. It is clear why these two went into the business! Their food and service speak for themselves, but these two gentlemen could not have been more hospitable. I look forward to dining at their establishment again and hopefully engaging in more conversation!

We have been dining here often for years. It is among our very favorites. It is a small menu with some Specials. It is as good as anything in Naples for a better price.

This is trying to be a higher end restaurant, but falls well short of the mark. It has white tablecloths and a wine list, but the space reminds me of any small restaurant next to a strip mall. The butternut apple bisque I had was bland, the roasted Brussels sprouts were more steamed than roasted, and the mushroom smothered steak tips were good but not unusual. It was served with unremarkable mashed potatoes. My friends had the onion soup, grilled meatloaf, and sea bass. It’s an adequate restaurant with average food that comes with a higher end price point. None of us thought it was worth a return visit.

Enjoyed our meal here and Sean was a great server.

First time but definitely going back. We enjoyed dinner with a start of fresh baked bread. I had escargot my husband the crab cakes both delicious start. Main entree’s were crispy duck and a spicy seafood pasta , absolutely wonderful flavorful, would have added the 2 pieces of the crostini from escargot to the bowl to soak up the yummy broth. When we heard desserts made in house had to try bread pudding and pecan tart .. yum yum . We will try lunch here too as the menu is a little different , can’t wait to come back. Our waiter was outstanding too.

Had an awesome lunch! Meatloaf if a must, and the blackened shrimp Ceasars wrap was delicious. Great service as well. We left happy.

I have eaten lunch here a few times and it was great. We went to dinner a couple of Friday nights ago and had a horrible experience. We were served by a young ladies who acted like she didn't want to be there. I ordered onion soup to start and was not told how hot it was. After several mins I tried it and it burned the top of my tongue. She did not seem to care when I told her she could of warned me. Then I had to box my meatloaf up and take it home after 2 bites. We were not offered bread like other tables. We had to ask twice for lemons for our water. My husband ordered risotto instead of potatoes and his beef was over cooked. He was served potatoes in error. It was to late to get fixed as we were a foursome.had started to eat and it took awhile for anyone to come and check if everything was OK. My husband ended up not eating at all. Very disappointing. Table 15.

We really enjoyed our dinner in this smallish restaurant. We sat inside but there were plenty of out tables. Definitely recommend making a reservation. Service was probably a 3.5/5 but the food was very good.

Whenever we are in the area, we plan for lunch at The Other Side. Food always fresh and professional waitstaff. Had dinner outside on patio which was delicious. Onion soup, Filet Mignon ..yum! Only suggestion would be fans for outside patio as weather warms. Great food!

We have always had a great meal. The chef is fantastic. You must make reservations. Small place but cozy. Outside seating is nice in winter months. Nie bar area. Only offers wine and beer.

Made reservations and glad we did, even though it was a Tuesday. DJ took great care of us. The bread was served warm and I personally love the balsamic in the oil for dipping. I had a glass of Bordeaux and my husband had chardonnay. My husband had a salad and I shared my artichoke appetizer. His entree was short ribs and I had the triple tail special. We finished with decaf coffee and the pecan tart dessert. Every single thing from the food to the service was spot on. We go here every year while we are vacationing, but this year it's gone to the top of our list in terms of excellence and competitively priced. We spent more at Roy's for less food and wine. We will return before we head home!

Tried to grab early dinner and a drink here, arrived 30 minutes after opening, the restaurant was completely empty and we were told we couldn’t be served since we didn’t have a reservation. The website doesn’t indicate a reservation is required. It’s unfortunate I will not be spending my money at your restaurant due to this very poor first impression.

We were a party of 10. Everyone's Food was excellent. We all had separate checks and waitress handled it perfectly.

Chef Brian and his experienced staff offer extremely creative choices in a calm, peaceful setting. The wine choices are extensive and worthy of any New York restaurant. The prices are quite reasonable and the portions are ample. No snooty attitudes here (as in nearby Naples)---you're treated warmly and attentively. We go twice monthly, and always look forward to each visit. Want a real treat?---Try the French onion soup, NY strip steak and bread pudding---all unforgettable!

PROS: Monica was an exceptional server. She was friendly, competent, kept the meal flowing at an appropriate pace. My short ribs were good. We liked that Monica gave us the option to switch out starches which was not obvious on the menu. The wine list was good and our selection was very good. CONS: The NY strip steak was cooked appropriately [medium rare] but the meat was as tough as I've ever eaten. Monica insisted we send it back but it came back no better, just cooked a little more which it didn't need. This is a fine restaurant but until they buy a better cut of steak I'd go to any other entre but that one.

Very nice diner, we had the blackened fish, excellent. Quite atmosphere and no rush. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay (California) and took it home with us. Waiter DJ is a nice guy too!

This is one of our absolute favorite spots in the area. It's wonderful for date nights and they have a nice little outdoor area as well. The food is fantastic and they can easily (and carefully) accommodate my gluten free requests. Highly recommend the french onion soup - it's 10/10 and can be made gluten free. We always enjoy our meals here!

Not sure what the deal is, there was absolutely no one in here besides one table on the patio yet they refused to seat us as we didn’t have a reservation. Their website does not state it is a reservation only restaurant. They were not rude but not exactly friendly just sort of snubbed us like as if they thought we were not wealthy enough to eat there or something. Very strange.

What a great meal. Escargot, soup, salad, main and dessert were all fabulous. Also made better, by having a very knowledgeable waiter.

First off the pro the food is quite good even if it is on the expensive side. Not a problem if the experience lives up to the expectations. We have gone the last four trips to Bonita Springs but we won’t go back since the only way I can review is saying it was painful. It took 25 minutes before anyone showed up at our table, the first course of soup took 50 minutes, and only after I complained we finally had our meal one hour and twenty minutes into showing up. It felt like our guy server didn’t even want to take care of our table and it wasn’t till two very hardworking workers in other tables took over. Made me regret not having them but by the time they asked if we wanted desert we just wanted to run out of the place. I understand about labor shortages but strongly felt as a non local we were not welcome since other tables were much better treated (even recognize friendly) and would not recommend to other tourists for your own sanity.

You know you have a talented and exceptional chef when everyone orders a different entree and all are fabulous! From scallops to short ribs the meals were top notch with exceptional quality and generous portions. Nice wine selection too!

We enjoyed our dining experience very much. The food was well prepared. My snapper was fresh and perfectly cooked, my request for “light blackening” met. My dining companions had the crab stuffed cod and enjoyed it. I couldn’t resist the creme brûlée and it was excellent too. Our server was DJ and he knows his business. He was attentive but there was no rushing to clear plates while some were still eating, which I really appreciate. It is a service ambiance getting harder to find in our “fast casual” world. The general ambiance of the dining room is good too. It’s a small room but not over crowded. Perhaps a bit heavy on the cork decor but they do have an excellent wine list too, and reasonably priced. The restaurant is highly recommended and we will return.

I have been to The Other Side twice in the past three weeks for lunch and had delicious meals--quiche of the day once and the gilled snapper sandwich on another day. My first visit for lunch, I did not have a reservation, but quickly saw how popular the place was and made sure I called ahead for a rez the next time. Very enjoyable and classy for a lunch spot. Great wine list. Attentive service by I think, Laurie, and good food. Our go-to spot to have a good meal when heading to RSW and subjecting ourselves to airline snacks/ food (?).

I've been to The Other Side Bistro numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The food is excellent as is the service. I had the Shrimp Po-boy yesterday - had it previously, it was SO GOOD that I had to have it again. Superb! Highly recommended.

This restaurant is a jewel. We had Jennifer for our server and she is wonderful. The food was fantastic, our reservation was followed as requested. It was a very pleasant experience and the prices were not unreasonable like in so many other places that claim to be Fine Dining. All in all, this was a win. Highly recommend this place.

The food is a little pricey but it is very good

We met a friend here for lunch. In several weeks I have not had any beef. Today I had tenderloin tips and a beef barley soup. Both were unusually delicious. There also is a pretty extensive line list, which is something of a rarity in this part of Florida. We sat outside under lots of umbrellas. It was a very pleasant day. Good service, good food, good company.

Great reviews but I think the food does not live up to the ratings. I have to admit it was my first visit,but I ordered the special which wasn't so special. It was supposed to get a fish filet,pan seared with a lemon butter sauce. The fish was overcooked and the sauce was no where to be found. Another order of the same in the party was the same. The dinner was quite expensive for the quality provided. Maybe it was wrong dish,but for $32 it should be good! Service was excellent. Wine was ok. I don't know if I would go back.

The other side bistro was great! Like the 1/2 portion entrees. Service was good and a nice atmosphere.

We enjoy dining there with friends. The atmosphere is charming and intimate with real white linen tablecloths and everything is very clean. The service is prompt and polite and they have a varied menu as well as an extensive wine list. Most menu items come in full or half portions. We find the half portions more than enought and don't end up with leftovers to take home. As it s with everything else the food is excellent. Overall a fine, affordable dining experience.

The food and service here is fantastic. I had the bistro salad which was so good with their dressing! The bread with olive oil and spices before dinner is delish. Had the triple tail special with black rice and sautéed spinach. Very tasty.

We made reservations about a week in advance for my 83rd birthday on November 8, this year! We liked our meal and Barry, our waiter was excellent! We eat out a lot because of our reluctance to cook due to our advance age; we somehow have not eaten here before. When we arrived at this bistro, the woman on the front desk, told us that she could not find our reservation; we insisted and when she did find our name, she wanted to sit behind the reception desk hidden from other tables. A woman diner at another table then told her in a hushed voice that it was okay if we sat next to her table, we saw and heard her; it felt uncomfortable! I then asked to be sat outside and there too, the woman wanted us to sit at a far corner hidden from other tables. At this point, I raised my voice and told her that we would sit at a nearby table and we did! After this, the woman apologized and we had no further problem and we enjoyed our meal! I give this restaurant four stars only for meal and Barry! For making us feel uncomfortable and rather very unwelcoming attitude, I would give it only one star. We will definitely go back and we hope we get a more welcoming reception. If not, my next review will be accordingly!
