Wine still delicious. Grounds have really gone downhill. Disappointing and sad really

The winery tour (tasting class, tour of the vineyards, processing, and storage, and a walk of the grounds) was amazing! We stayed for the B&B too. The restaurant was delicious, the room was cozy and beautiful, and the other patrons were fun to engage with as we passed them on our nightly walk. I loved the Ivory Ports of Call, but no longer made. Before they stopped producing it though, the staff created a label and put it on a bottle of that deliciousness that read, "Sarah, will you marry me?" I proposed a few months later with that bottle. And yes, we are married now!

We were absolutely blown away by how gorgeous and relaxing a place to stay this was!! We stayed in the Marie Antoinette room (highly highly recommend - it has a large bathtub and a beautiful balcony view of the trees and of some of the fountain, and it is on the top story). We absolutely loved our room, the amazing wine tour, the wine tasting, and the delicious coffee and breakfast each morning (all are included in the stay!). Thank you Messina Hof for helping us to recharge our batteries!!!

Neat place to stay. Get the upper room if given the chance. Enjoyed the history and stained glass.

My husband and I stayed here our wedding night and were showered with lovely service. Our room key was easy to pick up, the whole villa was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding and included mimosas and sunrises (cranberry and champagne). Jean, the keeper, was very helpful and even offered us a later check out since no one was checking in after us. The free tour and cheese and wine tasting is a really nice touch too! Will definitely go back for our anniversary O:)

The rooms have its each individual character. Love it. Very quaint and cozy. The only thing i would change is i would update the TVs. Too small. They should at least do 50" TVs. You can get a 50" now for $250.

We stayed here and it was great! Best parts are you get to explore the grounds after hours, they have after 10pm quite hours, there isn't a lot of noise transfers from room to room. Make sure you dont book on their "prime" weekends, there is an additional charge. Prime weekend would be A&M graduation, certain holidays, ext. Just call and ask, they are very good about getting back to you quickly. Over all highly recommend! Be sure to do the wine tours and eat at the restaurant. They have all inclusive packages that we did and it was a great weekend. All get a gift basket in your room with 3 different items.

The perfect place to relax and spend quality time with you family! I made a mistake on my reservation and their manager (Teri Ryan) went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with Expedia. I will be back.

I went to the wine and Roses festival and their half marathon. It was a beautiful winery. The grounds were very nice and the staff was very pleasant.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful to interact with. I would definitely recommend Messina Hof for your upscale event.

There were 11 rooms to choose from each with different experiences. Location is in the middle of no where which is expected from a winery. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff here is amazing! They are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. Fresh cooked breakfast in the morning is amazing! The grounds are beautiful. I would highly recommend it here!
