I have been taking the motorcycle here since they first opened. It is nice to see a place that has clearly invested in itself. Parking has expanded over the years as the place has grown but at peak times it still gets mobbed. The motorcycle parking always has a couple spots if not all available and conveniently located to the left of the building when you pull in.

A great place to bring the kids to burn off some energy. Lots of games and their is a corn maze in the fall. Fun times.

This is a great place to grab an ice cream and play a round with mini golf. After you visit, you can work off your calories on a short hike at the nearby Purgatory Chasm State Park.

Ice cream prices are outrageous

I got Oreo ice cream with rainbow sprinkles on a waffle cone, absolutely fantastic. Also, for $2.00, stellar value. Great ice cream and a ton of dessert. Looking forward to trying out their mini golf and farm shop!

This is one of my favorite ice cream places, might actually be MY FAVORITE. The soft serve is out of this world and they give you such a good portion. Anytime I go home to visit I have to stop here for an ice cream and waffle cone.

It’s just perfect for a quick family day! Ice cream, lots of fun barnyard games, right off the highway! It’s cheap for a day out and the fun is pretty unique. They have mini golf, a rubber ducky race, tricycle racetrack, hay bails you can climb, a cow train ride! Found them during Covid and just kept going every summer and fall! Ice cream is amazing and pretty cheap - we love it and can’t be happier it’s so close to home!

came for the ice cream flight and stayed for the vibes! we loved visiting the animals with our pup and strolling around the area… she loved her pup cup! will definitely be back 😊

My boyfriend and I visited West End Creamery tonight, and we had an awesome time. We did the mini golf, and it was great. We came on a Tuesday night so it wasn't crowded. The course was fun, and the property was beautiful. After mini golf, we got some ice cream. I got the Brownie Sundae with German Choclate Cake Ice Cream, and my boyfriend got a root beer float. They were both amazing. We saw they were doing "ice cream flights" as well, which is a super cute idea. The views from the back deck were great. I will definitely be back.

We love this place so much whether it’s summer or fall it’s so worth it. Once you pay entry fee you have access to all the grounds offer unlike other places you’d have to pay extra for tractor rides or the bouncing mat etc. I think during the fall only the pony rides were a few dollars extra. Something to do for big and little kids. Ice cream selection is big and delicious. Cant wait to go back.

Last year, I played with my nephews at the jump, this year, 2024, the employees didn't let adults play. It's not because the equipment doesn't resist, it's an unfounded rule. In short, dear, I took your children to the water park. Bad experience. I no longer recommend it!

An absolutely stunning spot with plenty of options for the whole family. They have several allergen and vegan friendly options to choose from in addition to most of your usual suspects at a creamery. The staff are very nice as well! Highly recommend giving this spot a try.

Was expecting something decent with the name “creamery”, but nope. Disgustingly sweet, artificial colors and flavors. Won’t be back. In addition, they make you order from outside windows in 95 degree heat. Why? There is a perfectly fine inside counter! Why can’t we order from there?

LOVE the variety. Husband with lactose intolerance and my son with a walnut allergy have many options. They always make sure to keep their orders safe! Love their summer play area. Worth the extra cost to get into. You can spend a whole afternoon playing there . Mini -golf is great too. Even their pretzels and kettle corn are delicious

Arrived for 1st time with a friend on Memorial Day Weekend!! It was Very busy at ice cream barn but moved quickly!! Loved the atmosphere, very clean, everything looks so new!! Great Hours too! The lights outside near the metal picnic tables were beautiful! Great Ambience!! Mini golf was fun, couple of the holes were very challenging! Had to get my ball out of the water few times. Sherbet was delicious and my friend had bubble gum and blueberry pie (which she suggests need more blueberries). Highly Recommend and I'll continue to drive 30mins to go!!

The mini golf is not open during the week. Would be best to advertise this under the mini golf section on your website. It looks very nice though.

We like it, we plan to go back whenever the whim hits but be warned, on a hot day the crowds come out at night! Aside from that there are some attractions for the kids to play bit I've never even looked, there is a large field behind the ice cream spot and a huge deck with a nice view, can be buggy in the summer but it's summer so don't complain :) Prices aren't ridiculous nor are they reasonable but because of its location to us, it's more of a treat than an every week sorta thing. Recommended.

We came upon this place by accident, drove by, and turned around to visit. Very well kept mini golf course with real flags ⛳️ Fantastic ice cream and really cozy atmosphere in the parlor.

I drive 40+ minutes to go here all the way from the Lowell area… it’s that good! Haven’t had a chance to do the activities but the ice cream is SOOO GOOD!!! and atmosphere is so homey and waiting in line is so worth it. Blueberry pie ice cream is my recommendation! Waffle cones are fresh and so good! Also saw some donkeys!

What a great place. Right off the highway with plenty of parking. Mini golf was really nice. Variety of different holes. Fun for whole family. Very clean and updated. The ocean cream “barn” is awesome. Tons of ice cream options, iced coffee, everything appears homemade. Soft serve, waffle cones, plenty of topping options. Milkshakes too! The inside seating area has a rustic feel to it. Even has a train running around the border of the ceiling. Lots of happy customers. Fun vibes!

Ice cream is expensive but hey what isn't these days.

For those who are interested, they serve Richardson's Ice Cream. It's local to Massachusetts but not exactly homemade. It's available at many ice cream shops around the state. Because of that I am only giving them four stars. The ice cream is good and they have every Richardson's flavor. The cost is a little high for the amount you get. The raspberry lime Ricky is pretty good. The line moves at a decent pace and the farm grounds are a nice place to sit at a picnic table and eat your ice cream. All around a good experience.

Its a great icecream place. We tried pistachios, maple walnut & 8 other flavors. Pistachios & maple walnut was kinda less flavorful & different. Everything else was just great. There is a long queue. Parking is plenty & the location is just beautiful, overlooking to a lake. Lush green lawn & lots of seating area

We stopped for ice cream on the way home from Purgatory Chasm (awesome by the way). This place is so awesome. Didn't have enough time to play mini golf or do any of the farm adventure games, but would make a trip back just for that

Its great for ice cream and mini golf. It could be so much more if they offered food. Big beautiful buildings that scream food. If they don't want to run a restaurant they should lease out space for someone. I don't think you could loose. Updated after response, Thank you!

Showed up, and the line was crazy and it was only 45 degrees out, that tells you how good the ice cream is. The extreme chocolate, cake batter, and crunch-a-saurus were all really good.

A very tasty ice cream place A wide variety of flavors and ice cream desserts. They also have a fairly large and pretty affordable play area with mini golf and other kid centric play equipment It makes it a bit crazy and some what comersalized and can be hard to say "no" to kids if you go

This is the real deal ice cream place. I am not even the biggest fan of ice cream but I would make my way back here when in the area. Don't forget to ask for a free sample of any flavor because the selection is mind blowing and who can choose correctly on an empty stomach :)

Took my wife here to get lost in the corn maze. We haven't been here in several years. I was amazed how much stuff they added for kids to do. They really did a good job updating the farm and making it a fun experience for families with kids.

This place has a lot to offer to adults and kids alike. I think this is the best creamery in the western MA region. My personal favorite is the brownie Sunday with kahlua flavor and cake batter. Grab an ice cream and stroll around or play mini golf and chill with an ice cream, this place is certainly worth a visit. Expect a long line during busy summer weekends and evenings

Fall festival is great for family Day with kids

I'm a little disappointed that we paid almost $40 and most things are for little kids. This is also my fault for not researching enough though. Pretty good ice cream! If I have a child in the future I might be back.

The absolute best ice cream place there is. West End has an incredible variety of flavors, including seasonal flavors. The staff is always friendly and fast. There's always a line but you're never waiting long because the staff are efficient. Despite it always being busy there's never a shortage of seating. Lots of activities for the family to do. I will always go out of my way for West End.

Great activities for kids of all ages during the fall and a huge play area and plenty of parking. They also have great ice cream and next to it is mini golf!

A great place for the family,and very reasonably priced,we highly recommend it.

After hiking at Purgatory Chasm I decided to stop by the West End Creamery right down the road. The area was very vibrant and clean. I got the Dole Whip pineapple and raspberry soft serve and it was absolutely delicious. It also has no dairy! Recommended visiting as they also have a big outdoor seating area and mini golf.

Thank you for continuing to provide a perfect family fun day. We went today to celebrate a nephew’s birthday. Ice cream was delicious as always, bathrooms were sparkling and the grounds looked great! We were very impressed with everything included with the adventure farm and cannot wait to come back to enjoy all the Fall festivities! Highly recommend to all ages for a great day of memories!

I was a really hot day, I took my family that was visiting from Canada to play mini golf. My nice was feeling overheated so she went and sat on the bench, shortly after a staff member had given her a nice cold bottle of water!

Delicious ice cream with generous portions! They gave me basically an entire KitKat for my KitKat pieces topping! Fun atmosphere. Depending on how busy it is when you come you may have to wait a little while. There's mini golf and a bounce pad type thing for kids. Both you have to pay about 15$ each for. The animals are behind a big fence so you can't really say hi to them or pet them. Understandable though as I can see how it'd be stressful for the few animals out on display. Great experience!

Went a few weeks ago on a cold and rainy Saturday so it was kind of Empty. Ice cream was good and atmosphere was quiet. Looked like a lot of activities available when weather was better.

Great ice cream, tons of flavors. Love the coffee Oreo! They have Dole whip (current flavors are pineapple and raspberry) and some other dairy free options too! They have nice covered deck seating overlooking the pond and a nice indoor seating area (that's air conditioned!) with a fun train running around the perimeter of the room, much to my children's delight. They do have a single serve unisex bathroom too, much appreciated as well with young children. The mini golf is fun, nothing too fancy but was a great time on memorial day weekend. In the fall, don't miss their Fall Fest, with a huge corn maze, there were so many things to do we could have spent hours. From go carts, to a climbing mountain of tires, to skee ball, to a huge obstacle course, and cute cow train ride, my kids had a great time.

Love the ice cream and the grounds and the atmosphere but my husband and I have played at multiple different mini golf courses in New England and this one definitely needs some work. The greens need to updated as they make play challenging due to them being so flat and worn down. The flag poles for the numbers also need to be removed as they prevent the balls from going in the hole on the first shot often and they are a pain to hold. Also the stagnant water needs to flushed or filtered as retrieving the ball is gross. But overall we like coming and will be back.

Love the ice cream here. The wait time can be a bit much, but it's worth the wait. Decent prices and huge portions make this a great spot.
