Celebrated my Birthday & my Mom's Heavenly Birthday on 8/23/24. A place was set for my Mom and (as suggested), I placed a picture of her as if she was with us! We watched birds feeding through the window, listened to sweet music, our lunch was so delicious & the freshly brewed tea was out of this world. Creme Brulee is my favorite! What a magical time, I'm ready for another visit! Let the Village Tea House take you away! Loved Meg & her staff!

Our 1st Tea House experience and it went above and beyond are expectations.

Jen and her team were absolutely instrumental in helping me plan my bridal shower from 3,000 miles away! Growing up in Lansdale, I knew I wanted to host my wedding events close to the people I love, doing an activity I enjoy. The Village Teahouse was the perfect venue for my shower, allowing me to spend a delightful afternoon of tea with my favorite ladies. We played games, laughed, and savored a wonderful selection of teas and treats. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything came together perfectly. From the exquisite food to the exceptional service, every detail was meticulously attended to. The decor was absolutely stunning, perfectly capturing the Bridgerton theme I had envisioned. I couldn't be more pleased with how the day turned out. My guests couldn't have been more thrilled. If you're looking for a charming and memorable place for your next event, I highly recommend The Village Teahouse. It's truly a hidden gem that will exceed your expectations. I know I will be visiting the teahouse every time I am in town. Cheers!

Visited for the first time for my friend’s bridal shower and had a great experience! The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The food and tea were delicious; I am vegan, and the women here were incredibly attentive and made sure that I had plenty of options throughout the event. The atmosphere is super cute and was perfect for the occasion. I will definitely be back!

Super whimsical and fun and cute. The food was great. They were serving a peach and nutmeg scone when I went and that was DELICIOUS.

This was my second time there. This is a very quaint place. Serving English tea. The scones are to die for. They had cold strawberry soup that was amazing. Definitely will go back. There aren't many tea rooms around anymore. It's worth the trip to Lansdale.

This is a hidden gem of a teahouse. The food was lovely (especially the scones). The staff was so kind and attentive. There was a wide variety of flavored teas. And the sandwiches were so tasty. ALL in all a great day!

We brought my mom here to celebrate her. What a wonderful experience. Jen, the manager, came and checked on us. The Summertime tea was amazing. All of the food items were delicious. Really loved the sweets!

I visited for a baby sprinkle and it was the cutest venue. The strawberry mango black tea was delicious and the tea sandwiches and desserts were just perfect. I’m already planning a visit back with my mom and sister.

Always a delightful and delicious experience. The Teahouse is decorated so nicely changing themes often. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Such a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends. You do ENTER AS THEIR GUESTS AND LEAVE AS THEIR FRIENDS!

My second time here and it was just as good as the first. The staff & owner are some of the friendliest ladies ever. The whole experience was amazing. The chef did a wonderful job at accommodating each individual’s dietary restrictions. You definitely leave full, as the portion sizes are perfect. I enjoy the gift shop afterwards and the fact that I can purchase the teas that I enjoyed. The decor is delightful.

I went here for a family event and cannot say enough good things about the staff and service. They were so gracious and friendly, opening the Teahouse on a Sunday to accommodate us.

We're a family of 4 and decided to take our daughter (a tea enthusiast) for her 16th birthday and it was a HIT!! The food was fabulous, tea was spot on, and everyone was so lovely and inviting! Even offered a chance for my daughter to join the Teahouse family in the future. Theres definitely going to be a repeat visit!

Can’t give 5 stars to the sandwiches (the roasted potato with ham was odd), but the ambiance, the teas and the delicious scones more than made up for that. The staff make you feel so welcome, it’s like visiting with friends. A local gem for sure, I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first time visiting The Village Teahouse and wow was I blown away! Not only was the staff very accommodating and friendly but the entire atmosphere of the teahouse was so inviting, warm, and unique. The food, tea, and service were all absolutely incredible and the wide selection of different teas means I will definitely be back to try more.

A BEAUTIFUL place to share a wonderful tea. The decor and decorations were spectacular……such a cute idea in the Tea room, The Madd Hatter! From the moment I walked in until I left the experience was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and the food was excellent!! The service was terrific….our server Monica was Great…..very friendly and attentive. The great little gift shop as you enter allowed for some fun shopping and beautiful gifts. I’m sorry I didn’t get the woman’s name at the front but what a nice and welcoming person. The owner Meg was so kind and welcoming too! The food was delicious……oh the scones….delicious and the tea sandwiches and desserts…Yummy. A variety that were all so fresh. The tea was so good and served Hot…….So many varieties but I don’t think you could go wrong. I know we will be back. If you want a relaxing and delicious tea…don’t miss it. 💜

My first time there and my waitress, Monica , was such a sweetheart. The atmosphere was cozy and the food was amazing.

The entire experience was fantastic!!! Met up with two friends for our first time here and we had a fabulous time. The decor is adorable. Everywhere you look is something else exciting. The tea selection is on point. I got a flight where I got to pick 4 flavors to try a decent cup of then I got a pot of my favorite. Bewitching brew was my favorite. The Mac n cheese quiche was delicate and delicious! I also had the oyster soup and apple blue cheese salad which were tasty. The scone was very good and the apple compote was a lovely accompaniment. All the sandwiches on the tier were tasty and adorable. We were excited for each new look and flavor. The desserts were phenomenal. I loved the cranberry mousse and stuffed date. And the best part was the guest service from the first phone call for the reservation to checking out and making a small purchase from the beautiful shop. All the employees introduced themselves and helped make the experience memorable. Jen was fantastic! She's very patient and helpful. Great time!! Thanks!!

My friends and I went to The Village Tea house the Saturday of New Years weekend. We all ordered the full tea. We thoroughly enjoyed each course. They also accommodated my inability to choose a tea by allowing me to order a sample sized pot. All in all it was a lovely experience. I will definitely be going again.

More varieties of tea than I have ever seen in one place. All of them were good. The food was all delicious! We had a full tea with scones, quiche, petite sandwiches and dessert. We couldn't stop saying yum!The decorations and atmosphere were very fun. The people were very nice and the service was good. Would recommend it to anyone who likes tea. Great place for a ladies day out!

This tea house provides an excellent experience for a price. The variety of options makes this place special along with the atmosphere and staff. If you’re at peace with spending the amount of money it costs, then you won’t leave disappointed.

Afternoon tea at the Village Teahouse was a wonderful experience. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the varieties of tea available which are considerable! The atmosphere was comfortable with large Windows providing plenty of natural light. It was a leisurely luncheon with wonderful finger sandwiches, scones with lemon curd and Devonshire cream and lovely small desserts.

I have fallen in love with this tea room! Usually I find different elements at each tea spot I visit that I like but there is always something I would change, but not here. The house is gorgeous, the menu delicious and the servers and owner so friendly and welcoming. I feel like I have joined a family in coming here. I don’t know how the chef does it but her quiches are like fluffy egg clouds and I love all of the flavors I have had along with the seasonal vinaigrette’s on each salad. The scones are moist and also come in different flavors each month/season as well as the curds to go with the scones. I could go on and on about each little detail that makes this tea room the best I have been to (including the ones in Newport RI at the mansions) but honestly you just need to come here yourself. ❤️

My daughter and I went for a special day. It was truly an epic experience from the delightful food to the Alice in wonderland theme. My only recommendation is that you make reservations as they can only accommodate a certain amount of people. Worth it!

It was my first time I decided to come for my birthday and it was wonderful! Rosemary was a wonderful server and the teas were phenomenal!!!! So happy I decided to try I will definitely be back ! Thanks for making my 30th birthday so special ❤️

This is, hands down, the most charming place I have ever been. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful and the women were so kind and welcoming. I came with my mom and we spent nearly 2 hours enjoying tea and lunch, chatting and browsing the shop. Highly recommend and will most definitely go back!!

Tiny portions, small space, wall painted yellow which I find very old and depressing, not worth the price at all, friendly staff though.

My sisters and I have been going here for years and today was the worst experience I’ve had. The server was so lovely and my sisters and parents and I had a great time. However, upon checking out, the owner took it upon herself to tell our father how bad she felt for him to have three daughters. To shame our entire family like that after celebrating the birthday of his oldest daughter was something misogynistic and diminishing to all of us, who were standing right in front of her. We are all 23+ years old and heard it all. It effected us deeply and we will not be coming back. Which is a shame because we thought that something so catered towards women would have appreciation for the customers that support this business.

We took my mother here for her **th Birthday!!! She always wanted to be apart of an actual tea party. Meg and her staff are superb and such gracious hosts. Everything was simply elegant, classy and chic. I would recommend this estabishment to anyone who wants to feel like royalty for a fair price and for a couple of hours, you won’t regret it at all.

Very low key and cute spot where to bring your girl. Place is decorated with grandma style, very characteristic, very British. But also very very dusty. That's why the 4 stars. If you are allergic to dust, you'll start sneezing after a while. The decorations all around are clearly not clean and have accumulated a lot of dust. Price is on the expensive side, but service, food and the overall experience are good, so I feel it's fair. They have a policy of no "troubling kids allowed", something I support and like. The atmosphere is very gentle, almost refined/posh, low voices, family feeling. Definitely a place to visit again.

My wife and I took my Mom and my Aunt to The Village Teahouse for lunch. We had a fantastic time! The teahouse is so well decorated. There are so many teas to select from and each one that we had was excellent. The mini-sandwiches and deserts were excellent and perfect for lunch. So much fun. I highly recommend!

A wonderful tea shop. Had a delightful tea party with my granddaughter and even invited some of her "stuffy" friends. Meg and her staff were so accommodating and made our high tea truly memorable.

Such a cute place! I had surprised my mom and took her here for her birthday and we had a lovely experience for our first time there. It provides a nice intimate setting, perfect for connecting with loved ones. And to top it off everything was absolutely delicious! We most certainly will be back.

Not the best experience or food. The food was edible, but not great or anything to write home about. Definitely something I could have made at home. The Devonshire cream tasted sweet for some reason, as if they added sugar to it. We had our reservation from 10-12. At 11:30 they placed new place settings on the table and by 11:45 we were asked to leave because other people were coming in. We were told with a laugh to next time to not come on a Saturday. We had a reservation that had been put in almost a week in advance, so we didn’t just pop in, so I was confused by that comment. The tone was a little condescending. As a first time guest I was a little stunned by the attitude which I didn’t think we deserved. My friend and I didn’t complain about anything, we weren’t being loud or disruptive, yet we were treated like we were intruders. I won’t be back. I’ll make the drive to Taste of Britain next time we want a tea party

I give 5+ stars for ambiance and service. The location is adorable and it starts on the street with teapots on the fenceposts and delightful vintage porch decor. The restaurant itself is in a 126 year-old Victorian house with it's small rooms furnished with tables for guests. My expectations were high. Our waitress came out with a big teapot of a lovely, tasty tea as soon as we were seated. The two other varieties of tea we asked for were excellent. When I saw the menu prior to our visit, I thought the prices were low for a tea. Afterwards, I realized that the prices were appropriate for what we were served. This was not a meal but a light afternoon tea which focused mainly on style over substance. The sandwiches were disappointing. One was a sandwich of subtle ingredients. The others were open-faced shapes of obscure contents. I did recognize the cucumber and tasted tuna along the way. It seemed as if all of the open faced savories had been made early in the day, giving the bread a soggy texture. The scone was mediocre. One sweet was a shortbread cookie shaped like a gift tag but with a tea bag string and label attached. The cookie was dipped in what tasted like unsweetened baking chocolate. Another sweet was a mini tart. The crust was not a pastry crust. It was filled with a tasty jam with a squeeze of whipped cream on top. The third sweet was a chocolate mousse in a small narrow plastic cup. The mousse alternated with layers of cream custard. That was very good. I have to admit that I've had teas at some of the finest hotels in Great Britain. This tea was very underwhelming.

We love The Village Teahouse! Such a quaint and sweet little hidden gem! The staff is wonderful, very attentive and kind. We celebrated a birthday today and they made it very personal and special. The teas are exquisite! Lovely and large selection. The food was also perfect. Definitely one of our favorite spots for special occasions!

My daughter and I did a tea at the Ritz Carlton 2 years ago….The Village teahouse is the one I will be returning to. The service was great too! I love how the owner comes around and introduces herself to her customers. ❤️. Just a wonderful experience.

Charming teahouse in West Point, PA, thoughtfully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed our tea in the Polar Express Room. Victorian vibe throughout. Extensive tea selection. The most delectable tea sandwiches, sweets and scones! Today's scobe flavor was eggnog...YUM...World class customer service. Was delighted several times during the course of our two hour tea. Highly recommend for an event ( birthday, anniversary) or just tea.

I have been by this Tea House many times and always wanted to stop. Well I am SO glad I finally stopped. It is a charming spot with GREAT food and attentive and friendly people. The owner stops by to visit everyone. There were so many tea choices I will be back soon!

LOVE this place! I'm not just rating it 5 stars but 500 stars! I took my daughter there on Saturday for her birthday and when we were shown to our table, they had a birthday napkin and birthday glass set on the table for her. Our server (sorry can't remember her name) was exceptional! The owner greeted us and shook our hand when we entered the tea house. From start to finish it was a phenomenal experience! So worth the 50 minute drive and will do it again many times over. Thank you for making my daughter feel so special, thank you for such a welcoming cozy atmosphere and the food (we got the high tea, think it was called Margaret's) was delicious! We will be back!

Perfect spot for a date day, outting with girlfriends or any other pal/partner in your life. My sweet boyfriend knew I’d been wanting to go and secretly made a reservation for us. [Definitely make a reservation prior! They have a few rooms but it was a full house!] They have SO many tea options and service was very friendly. The space gives the vibe of a Victorian home and currently has wintery decor. They also have a vintage shop in the front with jewelry, teas, signs and other antique-esque items. Prices were fair given that you are paying for the effort to make perfect little foods. I got the “Martha’s full tea” option which comes with a little cup of soup and salad or quiche, little sandwiches and petite desserts as well as unlimited tea, all for $38. Perfect winter outing :)

I absolutely adore this place! The tea selection is incredible and the food is always delicious! The fall scone, maple nut, is perfectly scrumptious. I highly recommend getting the Margaret's fare tasting to get a sample of everything they offer - trust me, you won't regret it.

I took my niece there to celebrate her birthday and they made it special with a birthday cup, were so kind to her and had other patrons sing happy birthday when they brought out a mini cupcake! The owner and waitress were friendly but I've been here before and they are always welcoming!

Spent the day there for a Halloween themed tea! Had a great time dressed up with my ladies, and enjoyed Halloween inspired teas and treats. Everything was beautiful. The food was delicious as always!

Adorable atmosphere, FANTASTIC tea (plus a huge selection!), and the finger food and desserts are all delicious. FYI The little finger sandwiches almost all have mayo, but even if that's not your cup of tea, still come for the unlimited tea and scones. Nothing is too sweet, and it's all high quality and delightful. A++ highly recommend

If you are looking for a fancy atmosphere and staff that treats you like family, this is the place to be. The food is delicious and the tea is great! They had so many flavors of tea which made it impossible to choose from.

Took my 13 yr old granddaughter and her good friend for a special treat at the Teahouse today. We enjoyed a delightful time, sharing our scones, quiche, little sandwiches and desert. A special star for the warm bacon dressing on the salad. A relaxed time where we got to exchange stories uninterrupted while listening to soothing music.

Wonderful tea, food and experience

Attended the Gatsby themed Murder Mystery Dinner- it was BEYOND amazing!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Atmosphere, food, staff were awesome, friendly and EVERYTHING was SO authentic! Thank you all! Can’t wait to come back!!

Just showed up because when I drove by the place looked amazing. I asked if I needed a reservation or could I be seated. I was alone so Rosemary checked with the kitchen to see if they had extra. Everything is made fresh that day for the amount of reservations. WOW!!! The owner, the Devine Ms M, came and sat with me because I did not look happy. My Mommie would have loved this place and I missed her not being with me. The owner came sat, talked, and prayed with me. I left with my spirits lifted up and will definitely return for the atmosphere and friendship. The waitstaff was wonderful too. Rosemary was spot on with what she thought I would like. I will be frequenting this TeaRoom to continue the positive vibe that I get there.

Great atmosphere and the service is always good. I love the mocha black tea which is a tea coffee blend. Devonshire cream makes everything better.
