The worst Cuban restaurant I have ever eaten at. Food was greasy, black beans and rice were bland. Service was ok, maybe because we did not speak Spanish.

I haven't had dinner plates here yet.. but I was disappointed with my breakfast.. My beef empanadas and my cortaito were equal to mid florida gas station quality... Tonight I ordered Yuca Fritas and mariquitas three palms it looked like it was put together by leftovers and canned onions. I tried to convince myself that I would eat this either high or drunk.. and I couldn't fathom it..

The food is very authentic, the service it’s usually great and not a long wait time. I do agree that the outdoor seating could use a bit more of a cleaning, but other than that it’s a great place that will get you out of a pinch!

I'm in Awww. This restaurant is beautiful. My daughters took me here after my graduation. The server Jose was spectacular. I ordered fried chicken chunks with rice and beans. My youngest daughter ordered the grilled pork chops with rice and beans and my oldest daughter ordered the skirt steak with tostones and mixed rice with peas. Our food and experience there was superb. I'm definitely going back soon.

Thank you to the staff at Three Palms!!! Yesterday, we ordered from catering lunch for our 15 member staff from Ray. It was ready at 11 am as requested and the waiter put all the food into my car. Everyone said it was the BEST lunch we ever brought in. The roast pork was flavorful, and 1/4 chicken pieces were amazing. Best chicken we have had out before. Lots of moros rice, black beans, white rice and plantains. The garlic sauce, cilantro sauce and pork gravy was loved by everyone with the banana chips. Will definitely order again!!!!

I give them an Extrella because I can't give them 0, The worst service I have ever received in my life, The terrible service, terrible food and they take too long and in the end the bad-tempered lady literally threw the bag of food at me there, what a situation and what a horrible atmosphere, never in my life have I complained about any bad service why? I know there are days when people are bad but this is the truth, the worst of the worst, I would have eaten tastier and calmed down at any gas station some cheap food

Terrible food, hard rice tasted like day old. I actually got a huge clump of dry rice and chicken always has pieces of fat. Well seasoned but fatty. Stingy with their beans. Eat at your own risk

I never again going to eat that place. I ordered two pan bistec. Give me just one when I asked for the new one. She told me all the price is not for two. It's for one. Yeah, it's your mistake. Now my mistake, you know, I told you to pan bistec you give me one the second time. I asked for nothing and no girl. Tell me. Oh, we have to knock in there. So you can get it. They have bad attitude bad customer service and the place is super bad cuz they they don't treat the customer in the right way.They weren't one girl, they were two girls with a very bad character, and people ask for things the way you want them and they don't give them to you the way you asked for them.

The food is good and very reasonably priced. I live in Miami Beach, and drive there for take out at least twice a month. Unfortunately today they forgot my plantains which I was craving the most lol. Now I know to double check before leaving, but the employees should have too.

The food was good and the restaurant is nice but the food portion sizes are so small, not for adults. We had to order a third plate for two adults to make up for the small portions. Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable but wouldn’t go back just because the small plates.

Authentic, comfortable Cuban fare in N. Miami. Was in area for meeting and just took a chance on the Google Near-Me options. Had a Cubano and cafe con Leche. All good. FarFar preferable to the chain-store-franchise options nearby. Attentive wait staff and comfortable inside/patio tables. Cash preferable as they charge a minor C/Card fee of. 3.5% on check. Que Bueno, Hermano!

My best recommendations. The service is very nice, the food is very tasty. Also, my recommendation is Cuban coffee, try it, it's straight with sugar, I had it instead of dessert. I usually drink coffee without sugar, but this one was very tasty.

The chicken was moist and full of flavor. Everything was delicious but the Maduros were not defrosted. They were partially frozen but the chicken was so yummy that I will be back for more.

The REAL DEAL !!! Great Cuban food !!! 24 hrs!!!! Affordable!!!! Unlike many places who claim to have the best, this place is!!! The Churrasco steak is awesome!!! You get actual sliced pork in your Cuban sandwiches!!! Along with the potato sticks... The Red Snapper.... OMG !!!! Chicken Empanadas!!!! You MUST visit this place for a real taste of Miami!!!

I can come here daily and east the chicken empanadas and the frita Cubana. Probably the best 24 hour food you can get around here. Good thing is there is pretty always police officers around so you feel safer during the night and keeps the homeless from bothering customers while they enjoy their food

Just ordered on Uber eats and EVERYTHING was stale and old food. Not one food item I ordered was fresh or not over cooked. The guava pastelito i ordered crumbled and the guava in the middle so dry it seemed like it was in the middle of a desert. The sandwiches cold and bread stale old and over cooked. The croquettes tasted like it was out for 3 days no refrigeration. Not even a simple Cuban toast was edible. HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST CUBAN SPOTS IN MIAMI. This place is trash for trying to send me old food like that. Uber eats thank god refunded my order. I think a health inspector needs to pass by. AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO ANYWHERE ELSE. All the food went in the trash. Not one item salvageable.

A place where I will go for sure a second time and a third and etc. I am from the countryside and I can assure you that it is the best mamey shake with a mamey flavor and not a mamey ice cream in all of Miami.

I, as a person who is very familiar with this part of Miami, I can confidently say this is THE BEST Cuban place in Miami. Their tostados are my moms favorite to get, and is one of her main reasons to come to Miami. For me, the skirt steak is so good, It is juicy, flavorful, and all in general perfecto! The beans here are to die for, they are one of, if not the best in Miami. This place is the best for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Compliments to the chef!!!

I didn't like the food, the meat was super tough and the rice was pretty bad, the only thing better were the fries.

Empanadas and croquetas are good but the café con leche is terrible - a large styrofoam cup of mostly piping hot milk. Tossed them.

I mainly use the walk-up window for my morning breakfast. Food is pretty good, and the staff hustles the keep the line moving. I wish owners would pressure clean the outside area where tables are located, including the chairs. Tables are usually sticky, and there are stickers all over the columns, which give it a grungy environment. The flooring is uneven asphalt, so the tables wobble so much that you can't set hot drink on them. The parking lot usually has puddles of stagnant, smelly water. I've never eaten inside since I'm always on the go. All negative feedback I've provided are easily corrected with some routine maintenance and / or some minor repairs with a little initiative from ownership.

I am Cuban, most of my life in Miami. I have eaten Cuban food around this town. Oh yes, I have... a lot. I love this restaurant. Excellent food, modest prices, magnificent service, cozy. The works. I highly recommend it. Kudos!!! 👍👍👍Thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Since I moved to North Miami this is my favorite place for me. Everyday food is fresh and every day I am surprised by the specials, especially the broths and beans, I invited you to try them.

So my girlfriend and I had breakfast here this morning. My food was just okay. And my girlfriends food wasn't. She actually got really sick from it. The doctor said she got Ecoli from something she had eaten. Their food was all she had. Not to mention the service was garbage. They need more English speaking servers. I would never go back to this place to eat. And also will never recommend anyone to eat here.

The Cuban sandwich was excellent! This was my first time at the Three Palms Cuban after looking up online prior to coming there. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful to dine in.

Not for me and I wait for my food…it was warm and the rice was not fresh nor the chicken and vegetables.

I believe the pricing in this spot has become a little to ridiculous, I find their pricing a bit abusive. The girls in the window aren't nice either. Two croquettes and an orange juice with tax and tip $13 and croquettes are bite sized

Had food delivered from here.. I had the bacon wrapped plantains and Cuban expresso. The plantains were good however the bacon was double wrapped so only the top was cooked while the second layer remained raw. I would suggest asking them to wrap only one layer of bacon. My friend had the egg sausage and cheese croissant sandwich. She stated the she had to remove the sausage links from the sandwich as she was expecting a sausage patty and that the croissant was not burnt but definitely over toasted. The expresso was good!

First time here. Was in the area wanted a colada. It was really good. The cuban sandwich was tasty. Will stop in again when I'm in the area.

Went in, waited a good while standing (just 2 tables were occupied), we finally were told to sit anywhere we liked and they forgot we existed after that. Another customer entered and was greeted and served immediately. We walked away. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ate here a bunch of times when I lived in The Shores. The food was usually good, depending on the dish, the day of the week and who was in the kitchen. Service is spotty--depending on the day of the week...and you get it. On this visit, we actually had a very good server who was attentive and practiced her English. Most recently I had the Cuban sandwich with caldo gallego, a white bean soup. The sandwich was exceptional made with plenty of ham and pork, with all of the condiments and pickles. Delicious! The soup was thick, full of pork chunks. Wonderful! On a previous visit, apparently I ate something completely forgettable, breakfast platter Cubano with cheap packaged ham. I had cafe Cubano. Pan Cubano. Bring your own flyswatter Cubano. That's all about this place, folks. Sorry. I wasn't into reviewing it.
