Went here because I wanted a healthy option, as the truck stop doesn't have many lol I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing and quality of the food! Everything tasted scratch and fresh, they have plenty of options for spice levels, I had them load me up with spicy options to the point that they were concerned haha but it was absolutely perfect 10/10, would recommend and will be back whenever I'm in town.

This place is so good! The food is so flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend trying it out!

Delicious. But I mostly want to shout out the incredibly joyful and informative young Jamaican man who works there. Absolutely made my day with kindness. Shout out to this place and it’s delicious seasoned food.

Wonderful concept, one of the staff his name is Akeeb is beyond welcoming, helpful and full of positivity spreading around! Clean restrooms and restaurant. But that man, Akeeb, well i wish there are more people like him working with customers! I am coming back for sure with my family and friends to see Akeeb and eat the tasty food. Another thing, there is no raita, would be a good idea to add it to the menu as it matches with the different variation of sauces they have.

Super fun combination of Mexican and Indian in a quick Chipotle style ordering. We got four menu items that were all fantastic. Tried the vegan chicken which fooled my hubby into thinking it was real chicken. Would definitely eat there again.

If you’re reading this review - GO EAT HERE. As an Indian food lover, I absolutely love the idea of being able to get Indian food in a Chipotle taco / bowl sort of way. The flavors are bold, unique, and vibrant. The service here was so warm and friendly. I came with my wife and daughter and we had planned to eat in the car - but they encouraged us to come in and spent time interacting with my 4 year old daughter the entire time. She had a blast. We absolutely loved this place, and will be back many times over. Thank you so much for welcoming my family, and for also making such amazing food!!

I have never encountered such friendly staff at a restaurant before. It was a fantastic experience for both my daughter and me! The employees were incredibly patient with us as first-timers and even took the time to interact with my toddler.

Ordered the Chicken Biryani and the tikka Masala wings and both were amazing! The wings were some of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Great place if you are looking for bowls and wraps with an Indian touch. Their smoked tikka curry is out of the world. It’s one of the best (and even better than many other Indian restaurants in town). Great place for vegetarians and they have paneer available in each of their options. And not to forget - their samosa and mango lassi are a must try!

Went in for the first time this afternoon. Was passing through town and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and gave me good suggestions. I had a bowl with a garlic taco shell on the side. I highly recommend everyone to go try it out, you will be impressed!

I normally dont like the authentic Indian food because of the spice... but this is great because perfectly just a hint of spice that i desire. I love majority of the food. My wife eats every weeks. Very good food!

Customer service by tall male made the experience a total 5-star. Food was fresh & quickly prepared & place meticulously clean. Our family tried most everything they offered & we especially enjoyed the boneless goat & Chana masala. Vegan options also were available. Chai was disappointing (think gas station instant mix machine) but their mango lassie is a MUST! Easy access off I95 makes for a healthy way to eat when we travel this way. Will be back!

This place is BOMB. The food always tastes SO fresh and flavorful. It’s a family favorite of ours. We end up coming and eating here at least once a week. We usually get the curry bowls with rice, black beans, and there is some spice to it. I love the added fresh jalapeños! Don’t skip out on getting the Mango Lassi! Tikka Bowls does not disappoint!

WE LOVE TIKKA BOWLS! We live three hours away but have friends in St Johns. After finding Tikka a few years ago, whenever we are in this area we schedule travel through so that we can hit Tikka for a meal. This time we are here for 4 days dog sitting and we are sure to go to Tikka at least twice-that's how much we love it. The food is fresh and you can taste all the flavors. The workers are personable and enjoyable to deal with. Cannot say enough good things about Tikka. The atmosphere is simple but clean and enjoyable. Don't forget a mango lassi!

I got the vegetable somosas, paneer biryani and gulab jamun - all delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back and I highly recommend!

This is my second time eating lunch here. I had the three Tacos. Ackeem was a delight the moment I walked in. He helped me build my tacos when I asked for help. What a welcoming and helpful person. Such an incredible place to eat. The food is amazing!!!!

In late to post this and forgot to take a picture of my food but I was so excited to try out this family owned quick spot after seeing it online and I was not disappointed !The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Great variety of options and the garlic naan is not to be missed! Will definitely be taking the trip back for this one!

Tika Bowls and Tacos was a pleasant and delicious surprise! I had a bowl with paneer and chana with curry: YUM! So many flavors and spices! The garlic naan and samosas are a must-try. Don’t forget to get a side of cilantro chutney!

Couldn’t wait to eat my Naan tacos so I didn’t take a picture. Fresh ingredients that you select yourself. It was our first time here and we WILL be back. I got chicken with the tomato curry sauce with mango pico with the sweet & sour along with the spicy sauce. Oh MA GAWD!!! Sooooo good. Reasonable prices for lunch. Not overly crowded. I see why this spot has 4.9 stars!!! Yay, new lunch spot!!!!

Server was very nice to me and my mom. They explained everything my mom asked about in detail without any discouragement towards her. He didn't want me to regret getting spicy so he put it on the side and it was very nice. They checked on us a few times just asking about if we enjoyed it and they seem like they really enjoy what they were doing, as their conversations with us felt genuine. I really enjoyed my lunch here! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with deciding what to get in my bowl so the flavor turned out amazing! I’m vegetarian and the plant based chicken was great! My dad had the paneer and enjoyed his bowl very much too!

Oh boy oh boy, tikka bowl, where do I even begin. The food’s delectable taste combined with the amiable employees offers a dining experience among the greatest in St. Johns. Every meal leaves me satiated and satisfied, wondering when I will come back for more. I could not ask for anything greater, yet Tikka Bowl continues to impress me, everyday, and every bowl.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Samples were offered (and taken) of the sauces to test flavor and spicy heat level. We got the bowls; chicken and brown rice and steak/chicken. The Pineapple guacamole was the star for me! It was so fresh and full of flavor. Delicious! Also of note were the variety of sauces. From mild to HOT; curry, cilantro, sour cream, tikka masala, and sweet heat. Bursting with flavor! Highly recommend.

Beat fusion of Indian and Mexican over had hands down. So much flavor in the food, and very ready to customize to your taste buds. Think of it like an Indian version of chipotle. I tried the burrito (customized with goat meat, Tikka curry, and my toppings that I wanted),Mexican samosas chat and naan churros.

As a huge fan of Indian food and eating g primarily vegetarian, this place hits the spot. When I described it to my husband (who is Indian) as being Desi chipotle. His initial reaction was meh when I told him but when I finally got him there to try it, he now often wants to drive the 40 minutes across town each way to have it. If they had one on our side of town I’m sure we would be there once a week at least.

Great service, clean place to sit and eat, and my burrito was big and tasted amazing. Fountain drinks are $2.50 but you can get refills so it’s a fair deal. Would recommend!

We ate here for the first time last night after our kids got their haircuts next door at Sharkey’s and we had the best experience! The most friendly and cheerful guys behind the counter who were quick to answer our questions, came to check on us while we were eating despite it being more of a quick service type restaurant, and even helped us get sorted with a highchair. On top of that, the food was delicious! We will definitely be back. I wanted to leave a review simply as a thank you for such a good family dinner!

Came in for a late lunch and had an amazing bowl with goat. All the ingredients were so fresh from the guacamole to the mango salsa! The two workers were helpful to help me make the best bowl and there was so much I have leftovers and I am do happy. Can’t wait to come back.
