The best ice cream you will ever have... but please bring back the Unicorn Dreams flavor!!

Delicious ice cream. Lots of interesting flavors. Staff was friendly and efficient. It's in a small strip mall, so the tables overlook the parking lot.

We did a weekend getaway for our sons birthday and we stayed at a hotel in Port Clinton. Instead of a birthday cake we took our 6yr old to Tofts Ice Cream Parlor to celebrate. The staff were all very helpful and cheerful. The amount of ice cream was well worth the money. A 2 scoop bowl looked like a 5 scoop bowl. There were lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a non commercial place to get some amazing tasting ice cream with a smile. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Come for Tofts ice cream whenever I come to town 😋

Our son has a severe tree nut allergy and we've never been able to take him to an ice cream shop because of it. I called this Toft's location and they told me how it's not a problem there at all as they get a new scoop and open a new container when you tell the servers at the counter. He's the happiest kid in the world now and we'll definitely be back! Thank you🙌

I’m not sure what happened to Tofts The people there look miserable and like you are a bother for being there. Not friendly at all. The I order a flurry and it’s literally a cup full of mixed up vanilla ice cream.

I got the Blueberry Waffle. There was very little blueberry flavor. Not bad, but not what I was expecting.

We have never been disappointed with this Toft's Ice Cream Parlor or the one off route 6 heading into Sandusky. We like to have it as a treat when we go up to the lake, usually on the way home. It is an adventure to try to order different flavors than what we've previously had. I personally love the waffle bowls too. 😋

A must stop! So many flavors, toppings, bowl/cone options and GIANT scoops. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

SO.MANY.FLAVORS!! So hard to decide what to try. Ice cream was delicious, service was great and the atmosphere is fun.

too expensive for me as a senior. portions huge- too much. seniors should be able to get child's size portion and price.

It was one of my favorite places on Catawba Island, but it's now poorly managed with petty management. Gave my son a kids cup when we asked for a single scoop and refused to sell us a kids cup of Italian ice because they are phasing out kids' cups. 🤯🤯🤯 The manager was also very rude to my 10 year old.

Tofts ice cream is amazing, a staple of NW ohio and especially Sandusky, Ohio. If you don't know about this place I highly recommend stoping in for a cold treat. My favorite flavors are feeling dangerous, butter pecan, and moose tracks.

The ice cream is just okay. Flavors are quite fake and they’re pretty icy. But they’re unique and the staff was friendly and nice! A great spot on a hot day

Ice cream is always a hit. Especially Toft's. Last time we were there they had only a few flavors left since it was the day before they closed for the season. However they told us they would be back open in February.

Tofts has good ice cream..some interesting flavors...but they keep the ice cream too cold for my taste...I have to wait to get the full flavor and creamy texture that makes their ice cream SO Good!

Ok so this was my first visit today. The customer service was really polite and helpful. I’m got the ice cream nachos (my go to for me at my home ice cream stand). It was really amazing I got to choose the ice cream flavor. Not just vanilla or chocolate… ANY flavor, so I chose another favorite flavor of mine chocolate moose tracks. It comes with whipped cream and a cherry (half of a cherry), but then you got to choose two more toppings on top of that. I lost chocolate and fudge so I got hot fudge and crushed nuts. Let me tell you for $7 this was a deal. I had plenty of ice cream (about a scoop and a half) perfect amount of toppings but what really made it awesome every time I thought I was out of the waffle cone nachos there was another stack under the one I picked up. So now anytime we come up in this direction we are stopping here. I advise anyone coming up in the area try it out. You will not be disappointed.

This is a family tradition to come here after swimming at east harbor state park it's amazing ice cream. My granddaughter had never been here before but this is now the forth generation I'm my family enjoying tofts!!!

We have always enjoyed Toft’s ice cream but this summer was a bit of a disappointment. My son asked for one sample and was informed by the ice cream dipper they no longer give samples. Can’t say I’ve ever seen that at any decent ice cream parlor. Luckily my son liked his b/c she also said there were no returns. My husband ordered a vanilla malt. Well, ha, the malt powder got wet at some point in the past (not recently) and congealed together in bits that did not blend in when prepared. So he had these chewy bits coming up through the straw. Come on Toft’s! So does this mean your place is unclean as well? Bottom line——don’t go with high hopes of service and product!

Great Ice cream even on a cold day!

The ice cream was delicious and the portion was huge (shared with my GF) but for some reason, the restroom was not available for customers (A sign on the door indicated this was the case) Any place that serves food should always have a restroom for customers. Also, there was no water (except bottles for purchase) It's always nice to have after ice cream. (Thank you to the owner for the response)

Great ice cream parlor, but very small. Not much space to sit, so plan on sitting outside on warm days, as it gets busy. They do have some outside seating. Their single dips are huge, and all I could eat, although I've seen some get doubles but I don't know how. Bathroom is dirty and toilet seat is falling off. Go somewhere else first.

The ice cream was delicious but the service was much to be desired. We had very condescending girls waiting on us, not a friendly experience for us and our 3 granddaughters. They even noticed. Surprisingly enough, when we got to the checkout my husband's order was missed.
