Got the 7.99 lunch special but was confused when being charged eleven dollars and change. Good portion sizes and food so I wasn't too disappointed. The Sicilian pizza was thick and delicious. The place was too crowded and small so we rushed to eat and get out.

Used to be my favorite pizza place around until randomly they switched to these tiny thick pepperonis that turn their pizza into a disgusting greasy mess. I stopped going for awhile figuring they’d switch back and tonight found out that it’s still a shadow of what it used to be. Maybe one day you’ll realize this was a mistake and I can come back, but this was a truly awful change.

Excellent subs and salads, made fresh to order. The staff are always friendly and attentive. This one of the best Italian sub shops around. I have to get back there to try the pizza, it looks like the real deal!!!

Been eating lunch at Tomasso’s fairly often for the past 10/11 months (glad I discovered it, it’s near work)! It’s my “GO TO” Italian food place (since I discovered it) even though I live in Coral Springs! A#1 Pizza (& everything else!)!!! Hey guys secret person is back I always feel sorry for the drivers with the cost of gasoline and tires and brakes etc etc And you have your reasons for what you do but I don't understand if you have a $4 flat delivery fee why doesn't that go to the driver I always real good I take into consideration the 20% and then I add a few more dollars for some gasoline I have been known to order about 30 to $35 for your food and throw a $20 tip on top of it when I know the gasoline prices spiked here a little while back Anyway giving a shout-out to the delivery drivers thank you thank you thank you

Just stopped in here to use the bathroom before going on I 95. Was just going to grab a soda but it smelled so good I got a little pizza popover. The sauce was so good, little hint of spice and the dough was fresh and delicious. Husband and wife team this charming little pizza shop is obviously a gem. Wish I was hungrier! Next time I am in south Florida I will make sure to get a whole pie.

We picked up two chicken banzini subs and the chicken was extremely chewy to the point that it was inedible. We threw them both in the trash. I’ve gotten burnt chicken in the sandwich in the past but this time it was just extremely bad. I have been coming to this restaurant since 1999 and I have noticed that the food is not as good as it was. I’m Disappointed.

Update- 6 years since my original review and I still love this place! I keep forgetting to take pics of the HUGE slices. I always get pepperoni and mushrooms. This isn't your 3 pepperoni and 2 slivers of mushrooms domino's slice. This is your covered all over in pepperoni and thick fresh mushrooms slice. It's the only pizza I eat that I will even eat all of the end crust as well. The service continues to be not only excellent, but just as friendly and down to earth as it's always been. It's like, I know I'm at a restaurant, but I still get that comfortable feeling I have when I'm at home with family. Original review-Love it! My company changed my route so I can't go as often as I use to, but every now and then when I cover Boca, I make a beeline there for lunch. Always a pleasant staff and excellent meals.

Family place, felt a bit like home. I was very hungry and the nice lady fed me antipasto and pizza. Good conversations around the counter. Food was good, had flavor.

There's a lot of great Italian options in Boca these days. This place has been serving proper food for years. A real original Boca establishment.

Margarita pizza was fantastic, other 2 pies were just regular chesse toppings could be better.

The place was very busy . They definitely must be doing things right. However our food definitely needed help, Uncooked veggies as pizza toppings . The eggplant Parmesan sub came with extremely salty and super twice fried eggplant. I think their other stuff possibly may be good. Great friendly service though.

Was quoted 45min for delivery. 1hour and 20min later I called and they said another 10 minutes. Spoke to the manager. No apology…nothing. Amazing how your staff has now turned this around that they were being cursed at. Absolutely not true!!!!

Hit or miss. Sometimes they cook your food the way you ask and sometimes they just don't care. Only go when they're not busy if you like your pizza we'll done.

Finally returned after 2020 visit. Slice just as good as I remembered. While I want to put more stuff on that single slice, I can't resist just a plain slice. The crust is crisp and tender. Not greasy. I still want to order stuff the other patrons were getting. Maybe next time. Lots of lunch traffic and a lot of pick up orders. Seating is better than the last time I was there Now, there's a counter to eat at. Efficient and fast service. Slice was a nice size. Soda and tip -- around $10. LOCATION: Its a bit hard to maneuver into this small outpost of the old KMart Shopping area. There's now a Chick Filet in that strip. Going West on Palmetto, enter the first "shoot" just after the SE 12th Street light. It's next to the Dunkin Donuts. If coming from the west off Palmetto, turn at the shopping center's light. To the first stop sign, turn right and head as far east to the Right turn lane. Go almost to Palmetto Park, but turn left at the gas station. Regulars know how to do this, but... including slice pic and pizza menu

Very good New York style pizza-by-the-slice. "Yuge" slices, freshly baked and all the ingredients were tasty and high quality. Try the popovers which are basically a pizza dough muffin full of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese!

Best southwest salad! Love the honey lime dressing it came with. My husband ordered a 12' sub on toasted garlic bread. It was amazing! It was a huge portion, so 6' would be plenty. Leftovers are always nice too

Great place. new as soon as I walked in when there was loud yelling from the counter to the kitchen it was gonna be good. Ofc that’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it is mine. I’m Italian so I appreciated some of the things the business went out of its way to do. I ordered 3 appetizers and a pizza all were 10/10 and came out super fast. When my mother wanted Ice and the machine was empty a quick “ICE” to the back and boom problem solved. Great place will definitely come back when i’m back in town. grazie per l'incredibile servizio!

In a town full of fake people, this is a great spot with great real people and food. I grew up a 5 minute walk here and have been enjoying it since I was little. When I come back to town, I always make a stop.

Ordered 2 pepperoni slices and a Sicilian slice. The one slice I ate b4 i swiped into work was good, so I couldn't wait to my break to smash the rest. Somebody ate both slices b4 I made it back to my pizza. I was heart broken.

Tomasso's Pizza and Subs has been in Boca forever. It is always busy and very good. My wife had their Spinach Pie , fresh spinach, bacon, onions, and fresh mushrooms spread over a ricotta cheese covered pie, topped with mozzarella. Very good and definitely different.

One of my favorite restaurants in the world. I know that sounds crazy, but Tomasso's consistently never disappoints. I don't know how you do it, but I'm grateful for the quality and service you have been giving us for so many years. If your visiting Boca, I highly recommend you visit this family owned and operated business. You won't be disappointed.

Fraudulent charges on my Amex after paying with the card here. Amex is doing the investigation. I will remove this review if I’m wrong, but it’s not likely and I won’t share the details here. Good food, but it was a very shady environment and in retrospect, we spotted the scam. Taking this up with the proper authorities currently

FANTASTIC PIZZA & EXCELLENT SERVICE! Casual atmosphere serving delicious food! The pizzas are HUGE and the garlic rolls are the BEST EVER!!! Joan & Anita treated us like family! Seating is limited but they accommodated our party of 6. The pizzas were served piping hot and the toppings were plentiful!

My family owns a pizza up north and this would never fly. So so so disappointed p.s this place is 6 mins away from us !!!

I ordered 10 wings dry with mild sauce on the side but got 20 (!) wings in a pretty horrible barbeque sauce, this isn't the first time this has happened.. I could eat about 6 wings before throwing them away. I order from Tomasso's because they're fast even though they're not good ( I don't understand the hype) but at least it's somewhat better than the times when I'm overcharged and given almost inedible food.

I'm 65 years old, and have eaten lots of pizza over the years, and as far back as I can remember, this is the best. Sean and Anita provided excellent service, in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

Let me tell you it's not the same... The pizza just isn't it anymore, it tastes cheap now like the quality of ingredients just isn't the same. The subs are good, always have been, but the pizza just isn't like it used to be. I've been going to Tomasso's since I was in pre-school at St. Paul up the street (I'm just out of college now)... I remember eating pizza, subs, and wings with my friends through middle school, and then highschool as they got jobs there. So I know what it used to be lol, and I still got love for these guys. But something is different now, and hey would do right to go back to the way things were. The past 3 times I've gone (gotten a slice the 1st time, got a pie the other 2, it was all just soggy flavorless dough, with lunchable quality tasting sauce, and cheese that just tasted cheap. Maybe it was the employees making bad batches, maybe it was the owners trying to make up for pandemic losses by cutting on ingredient quality. All I have to say it that one of my favorite pizza places that I've been going to for 15+ years, just isn't the same.

Best pizza in the whole world, best, pizzeria/ restaurant in the whole state of Florida. They should just shut down all the other places and just leave this. I would order a whole tray of garlic and devour it and then come back for more. You know that's called dedication. Superior! #TomassoIsBest

Update my review: years ago I gave them bad review from one experience. I've been going to this pizzeria thousands of times since two years ago. The pizza is delicious, the staff has changed. I recommend greatly. My apologies to Tomasso.
