Staff is friendly and food is delicious!

Take out is always SUPER fast and SUPER tasty. The ladies working the take out counter are always super lovely. Highly recommend

Stopped in for an early dinner and it was great! The food was excellent and our server was super nice. I really enjoyed the cool tunes they played while we dined.

My husband and I always get the pad thai here. It's always consistent and the staff are always very friendly.

Amazing food but the price in the last year has gone up by a lot with the servings shrinking forcing me to stop going as often.

Waited 30 minutes for a Doordash order that you said would be ready in a few minutes when I arrived. The woman at the front was nice but that is misleading. If I had known it would be that long I would’ve left and not wasted 30 minutes I could’ve been out making money. Not acceptable.

Thailand is my vacation go-to and after an early retirement it’s my 2nd home. I enjoy many Thai dishes but my favorite is a northern dish found predominantly in Chiang Mai & Chiang Rai; finding it the U.S. can be a needle in a haystack and even then an authentic version is not guaranteed. It was brought to my attention recently that Tổng D had added Khao Soi to their menu and although skeptical but just as hopeful, I ordered it for pickup along with Pad Kee Mao (another favorite), crispy spring rolls and gai satay. I was told 15 minutes and when I arrived in 20 minutes my food was waiting on the counter. The counter girls were so friendly and excited to meet an American that has traveled heavily through many different Thai provinces. When I returned home I was very pleased to find everything I ordered was outstanding especially the Khao Soi. There are many good Thai restaurants in the area with hard working friendly Thais I consider friends; but at the end of the day I have to go wear I feel most like I’m in the north of Thailand with authentic, delicious food and friendly Thai people I’ve come to love. Tổng D is officially my new go-to and I highly recommend. “Try the Khao Soi, It’s the best in the city.”😎

service and food was quite quick a there were lots of choices on the menu, including vegan and gluten free options! the staff was extremely kind and friendly and when we asked, they made customized/personal recommendations regarding our food. all of our meals were great and we all cleaned our plates!

1st visit here. Came here specifically for the Khao Soi I’ve had several times in northern Thailand. The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. I also tried their pad kee mao, crispy spring roll & gai satay. Everything equally authentic and delicious. I highly recommend.

I've been coming here for decades and the food is consistently amazing. Their green curry is incredible.

The food is good, but it a little bit pricey. Tofu pad c u is about $16, seafood noodle soup is $18, although the seafood is many. The business is good, so the waiting time is long.

Love, love, love!!!! You can’t beat their lunch special for great taste at a great price. Their hot basil fried rice is to die for, and the staff is lovely and kind.

Take out here quite often and they have never disappointed! Food is great and orders are always ready when they say they will be.

Recently I was visiting from out of town, exhausted from traveling and literally starving. This place was kind enough to let me and my family dine in (even though we had ordered carry out). The staff was very kind and it was the best Thai food I’ve had out of state (I’m from Virginia). Thank you so much Tong D.

A friend highly reccomended, we were disappointed. The Pad Thai was the worst I've had anywhere. We also had the Mango fried rice was bland. The restraunt was nice, the service was goid and price was very affordable. But unfortunately the food was mediocre.

Very good beef lomein. We tried it at different locations, but Tong D make the best, fresh and tasty.

Good food, but slow on delivery

The food was good. We tried the chicken and the shrimp pad thai and also coconut curry. We got take out during these times.

Tong-D is still the best thai food in Rhode Island or Massachusetts. I usually get the Masaman Curry with Tofu and coconut rice or Drunken Noodles with Chicken, extra spicy.

Love me some Tong D! Great service and delicious food. Excellent selection of vegetarian dishes. Welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We do take-out here often. Nice drink menu. Try the yellow curry!

Don’t waste your money. I ordered Tom Yum soup with shrimp the soup had one shrimp. Really? I ordered steamed vegetables there was steamed lettuce leaves in there I was hoping for something a little bit more substantial Are you kidding me? Everything was pretty tasteless. I’ve given this restaurant several chances this is the last one. I’m done. Extremely disappointing

Amazing Thai place. All their curries are so so good except for the red curry which doesn't quite hit as well. My favorite is the mango curry, highly recommend you try. Staff is also very friendly

My husband and I love just about everything we've ordered from here. Ingredients are always fresh and chicken is very tender and delicious...I highly recommend the ginger asparagus with chicken!

This gem is unassuming, quiet, and a bit tucked away, although it’s behind an Ace Hardware so it’s easy to find and there is plenty of parking. We ate in. It is calm and relaxing. No white tablecloths but very nice nevertheless. The service is sweet, discrete, and whispery. The table is watched so service is immediate and unobtrusive. Of course the food is the star. Many different delicious flavors that are delicate and subtle. Also many entrees are healthy, low fat, and low calorie as a natural outcome of a menu that is authentic Asian cuisine.

Great thin noodle pad thai. My boyfriend likes the lemongrass chicken soup. I wish they had drunken chicken. We do take out but would love to dine in sometime. They need to put their name on the entry door.

First time here. Was not disappointed with the hot basil fried rice. Generous portion, great taste and the people working the register were very friendly. Will be back again.

My husband and I absolutely love this place, and we have both been to Thailand. Their food is amazing. If you like your food on the spicy side, just tell them and they will make it that way. This is some of the best Thai food we've had in years!!

I really enjoy every meal I have here. I’ve never eaten in and always do take out. That says a lot since I normally hate takeout because of the way the food taste degrades a bit by the time you get home. Not here. Always great always amazing I updated it to 5-stars because they always pay attention to food allergies. I really do recommend this as a place for a dinner you will thoroughly enjoy. Thanks to the staff and management too!

Is was good. Rather expensive considering the usual prices for Thai food. The cuisine is authentic and this restaurant is a high-class interpretation of the usual Thai restaurant.

Tong-D is a local favorite with a wide variety of Thai dishes and an extensive selection of specialty drinks. Fast, reliable service. The lunch specials are a great value. Love the vegan and gluten-free options. We always have some extra food to bring home.

I have enjoyed this restaurant for years but tonight I had a very disappointing meal. One dish in particular was so spicy it was inedible. When we complained to the waitress-instead of replacing the dish or taking it off of our bill- the manager came to our table and insisted that we ordered the "extra spicy" version of this meal-- this was not true and we had no idea why she would say this. We paid for the dish, did not eat it, and felt unable to communicate with the staff. I wish someone could explain to the management- it was not worth arguing over a 12 dollar dish, the chef or someone made a mistake and a sound business practice is to make a new dish free of charge or remove the charge from the bill when the dish is left uneaten. We will not be returning and we had been extremely loyal customers. Please note Bees in Providence is a much better restaurant and Boss in Barrington seems to be a very acomodating place.

Tong-D definitely delivers with delicious fresh and tasty food. Order extra rice like at any Asian place. The vegetables and curry are soooo yummy. Veggies are super fresh and not overcooked. Tastes great as take out!

Whenever my son and his family come home they love to order food from Tong D and bring back to the house to eat.

First and foremost, the service was excellent and accommodating from start to finish. The food was fantastic and if you eat a vegan diet you can get a wide variety of meals that don't make you feel like you are eating something that was an afterthought. I thought the vibe/ atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable and relaxing...not too big, and you are not crammed in. There is a definite feel that you have your own space to enjoy. Parking was convenient and there were plenty of spaces available even though it appeared to be a busy Friday night dinner time. This was my first time here, but most certainly not my last...very well done!

Tong D is probably my favorite Thai restaurant. The food is always fresh and tasty, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the ambience serene. Special favorites are the spring rolls, scallop pancakes, crispy pad thai and basil fried rice.

Delicious as always! I have never disliked anything from the menu. Lunch special is the way to go. Everyone is very kind and prompt. Clean and quiet space.

Tong-D was one of my favorites, would have been 4-5 rating. However, in recent visits, 3-4 during the past 3 months, the chicken in the curries has been inconsisten—some very tender, some very tough! Not sure what happenned.

My wife and I have been pleased with the take out food we have gotten from Tong-D in Barrington. We have not yet dined in the restaurant itself, but may in the future. We usually get the Chicken Satay for an appetizer and the Pad...

From my search it now seems that there is a second Tong D on the west bay side of the state. In any case the take out Pad Thai and fried pork ravioli were pretty good. It did not seem that there was a menu...

Excellent food, nice people, and fair prices.

What I like about this establishment is that the standard Thai dishes are all there- the various curries made to your specs regarding heat, but they also have their own signature dishes like the Holy Basil checken made with an optional sunny side egg on...

Our family regularly order takeaway dinner and are never disappointed. The food is consistently tasty and the service always friendly.

I love Tong D. Their coconut calamari is amazing (although the sauce provided with it is odd), and everything I've ever had there is the best. This is my go to takeout place!

I've only had the Pad Thai noodles here but that's enough to keep me coming back frequently haha and if their pad thai is enough to keep me coming back then just imagine all the other foods you could get hooked on! And don't even get me started on how friendly the staff are here oh my lord I love the place so much. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed their $10 lunch combo recently - which includes an entree, rice, salad, and an appetizer such as soup or edamame or a spring roll. Very friendly and efficient service. Dinners at very good, too, with a wider menu.

We've visited twice and the restaurant has a nice physical appeal. It's clean and bright. The dishes are varied and good for vegetarians

We do primarily takeout for dinner, but have also enjoyed lunch there in Barrington. Service and food is reliably excellent. Pizza is no longer our default quick dinner out.

One of our favorite Thai restaurants. Small, quiet, and upscale dining area, good for a nice night out. The food is very delicious. I usually order the Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai, and it's always great.

This place has awesome food...but inevitably, there is very little actual meet in the dishes. I feel like I have to fish through a dish to find a piece of meat! I can't complain at all about the taste though...delicious!

The best Thai in the area. Friendly place, slight language barrier but it worked out fine. If you don't like Thai food drenched in gummed up sauces masking the flavor of the vegetables you must eat here. Delicious, flavorful, clean, friendly, parking. We'll be back!
