Every time I walk in to pick up meal preps the gym atmosphere is amazing. The energy is contagious, with people focused and determined to reach their fitness goals. The sound of weights clanking and music pumping through the speakers fills the air, creating a motivating and invigorating environment. The sight of individuals pushing themselves to their limits, sweating and pushing through each rep, is truly inspiring. It's a place where everyone supports and encourages one another, making it a truly special and uplifting experience.

Truly Top Dog facility with impeccable management. Know what they are doing. Nice to work with such reputable people.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. Absolute money trap. All they want you to do is sign a contract and be stuck in it. The gym is under new ownership and since then, the gym has fallen to pieces. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

I went to Top Dog for my last 2 years of college and it was well worth it. Working out every day here was definitely one of the highlights of my life while I was in school, and really helped me to grow into myself to feel confident and comfortable in my skin. For someone that knew very little about working out when I started, I feel like my time at Top Dog really gave me a great foundation to build upon, as far as learning how to lift weights properly and helped with building a healthy body. The best part for me was just being able to show up to the gym and have the workout and all the materials needed available to me without having to think much about it. It made my life much easier without having to come up with my own routines, and lets be real who really wants to to fight over space and 10lb dumbbells at the Leach? Since graduating and moving away from Tallahassee, I miss my gym the most lol and wish that there was something that came close to this gym where I live. The program is designed exactly for their audience, and it really works. With any exercise program, you have to be self motivated. No one is going to yell at you or tell you what to do the entire time, but I like to be in my own zone so it always suited me just fine. All of the equipment is awesome and the guys always getting in new things and staying up to date with fitness trends. I loved the rowers and ski machines. Personally, I loved being able to go to a gym that was mostly just girls, it made working out very comfortable for me. With that said, all the guys are very professional, and were always very patient and accommodating if I needed anything. If you’re still in college and thinking about Top Dog, definitely do it sooner than later. I loved my time at this gym and it really enhanced my college experience and time while living in Tallahassee. :-)

By far my favorite gym in Tallahassee! They combine aspects of weightlifting, cardio, HIIT, and cross fit into each day's work out in order to make you stronger than when you started. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best gym in Tallahassee!! First class is free and all workouts are written out and set up for when you get there. !!*it’s worth the money*!!. The trainers push you to your fullest and if you truly stick to the program you will see results within weeks. I wouldn’t want to work out at any other gym!!

Hands down best gym in Tallahassee. After moving to Tampa, I couldn’t find anything quite like TD. Affordable, great staff and there’s always a class open that will fit your schedule.

I look forward to going to Top Dog everyday. It is sometimes the best part of my day. The trainers are great and so encouraging and push you even more each time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to work hard and looking to get in shape!

Love the environment and the come anytime you want opportunity! Price is very worth it and accommodating to school schedule unlike any other gym! PLUS you can pet cute puppies while you workout, how much better can it get?

I am new to the area, and to be honest, new to any sort of physical fitness. These guys were so patient with me. They didn't make me feel stupid or judge me when I asked a million questions about what I was going to expect when I walked through their doors. hands down Topdog is the best gym to workout at in Tallahassee!! The trainers provide different workouts every day, including HIIT circuits, and they continue to improve the equipment to benefit their members. really awesome facility AND two pups, what could be better?

I would recommend Top Dog Fitness to anyone, regardless of their current fitness level. The trainers (and the dogs) have amazing energy and do an incredible job at motivating and encouraging their clients. The circuits are never the same from day to day which keeps the workouts fun and challenging. No matter what your fitness goal may be, Top Dog will push you to reach it.

Puppies & a great work out... every time. This is by far the best gym I have been a part of, making working out something I look forward to every day. I've been a member of Top Dog for over a year now and I cannot imagine working out anywhere else in Tally. All of the trainers are professional, welcoming, and customize each workout to each individual's needs. I've personally seen major improvements to my physical health that would have never been accomplished if it weren't for this amazing place!!
