My husband and best friend came for lunch and the food was delicious. We have been several times. Today was super busy and what stood out to all of us was our server DAE. She was excellent. 5 stars all around.

Food is fantastic and staff are fabulous!

A classic NY deli done right. Everything is perfectly prepared. Fast. Delicious. Affordable. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. I like to sit at the counter. I especially recommend the fast break breakfast sandwich.

First time visiting and Billy plus the rest of the staff were all smiles and great to talk to. Jackie was the one who recommended I come in after visiting my restaurant and I'm glad I did. Food was delicious as well and for what I got I was expecting to pay a lot more. Pleasantly surprised with a fair price as well.

Top Hat Deli is the place where all the business people in Fort Lauderdale meet for breakfast and lunch. It’s kinda the place to be seen. Food wise this place is consistently good as most restaurants that are part of the Be Nice Restaurant Group. I usually go here for breakfast and it’s solid. Lunch wise I also recommend their lasagna and meatloaf. Dessert is also good. Best blueberry pie you are going to find in South Florida and their cookies are delicious as well.

After 10+ visits, we've had nothing but great service. Great ambiance, fast, efficient and friendly staff, and we've loved everything in the menu so far. Truly a neighborhood treasure!

Absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic. The service was the best service we’ve ever had. We interacted with 4 staff members and literally every single one of them was great! Not just great but amazing. There’s not a word to describe how good it was. 10/10 5 out of 5 stars.

Couldn’t wait to review this place. Billy is amazing and the food is truly excellent. We ordered the Lox platter and Vegetable omelette for breakfast. They make the lox in house and they are perfect. Really fresh and herby. The omelette is one of the best I have had in a long time. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Be nice when you come in! They deserve it.

Was very excited to eat here and came in during July 4th week, but sadly was a very disappointing experience, not quite sure if the cook and baker was just way off their standards that day. We ordered the Doughssaints first, and was presented way undercooked, then for our entrees, we ordered (2) Steak & Eggs since it was highly recommended and was a favorite of the Server. Both orders were not properly grilled, old tough meat, it had some kind of clear film-like sauce. We stopped eating the meat after a couple of bites. Then ordered oatmeal just to have something, it had a weird taste and had a surprise topping not described on the menu. The Server just seemed nonchalant even seeing all the orders we barely touched. We paid the full check.

Been there many times but this time with a stroller and it got complicated. The place was almost empty and they couldn't accommodate us 2 plus the stroller in the most empty room because we were going to be in the way of food delivery. After manager and all they sat us right in the path of all the servers coming out with orders instead of one of the tables near the windows where the stroller could be against the window not bothering anyone. I don't know what they do with wheelchair customers. I would like to see ADA advice for this restaurant. We order a pumpkin drink that had no flavor of pumpkin but grass taste. The 🥑 toast is a waste of money for the ingredients it comes with. The omelet was good.

Great local spot to grab breakfast and a coffee. Staff is very friendly and offered a coffee to go cup on the way out. Food is always piping hot and fresh, my gf loves getting the breakfast sandwich with thick cut bacon I get the classic.

This is only my second visit, and I am in awe of how well the customers are treated here. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the service is top notch. Always our go to for a delicious breakfast/lunch. From the lentil soup to the tuna sandwich and cookies, everything is always 10/10. Friendly staff and always a great atmosphere.

I am visiting from Salt Lake City and we were given the suggestions to try Top Hat. The food was delish! It was by far some of the best breakfast food I’ve had in a long time. Eli was our server and he was great. So kind and very good with suggestions. His service was truly top notch and the whole experience was wonderful!!! Thank you Top Hat for a fabulous experience all around.

This is the #1 spot for a greal breakfast, brunch or lunch. Staff is friendly and caring. Food is always hot and delicious. I would like to see the lot paved. The lot is white rock and most women are tripping from what i see.

The food here is always good. We love they mimosa and chicken pot pie the best. Best breakfast restaurant, parking is a lil tight.

Been living in the area now for almost 3 years and Top Hat Deli is by far the best one in the area. Just ate there today and had Eli as a waiter who added excellent service to a great meal! Some of the best pastrami I've ever had... and the Loaded Latkes are a wonderfully creative idea.

Their sandwiches are "hugeee ", in my Trump voice. This Deli style restaurant has fresh made to order sandwiches with real homemade meat sliced thick. They also offer a variety of breads to create your sandwich masterpiece, i.e.. rye, white, wheat, marble. The establishment is big and has tons of space for dining as well. In addition, they have a robust dessert cooler for you to indulge in some sweets treats.

Hands down my favorite breakfast place/Jewish deli. The challah French toast is amazing, as well as the matzo brei and latkes. The service is always excellent and the decorations they have up are a nice touch. I'm also a fan of the "Be Nice" motto that's on all of the employees' shirts and throughout the restaurant. My only criticism is that the prices are a little on the high side, however the portions are big and the quality of food makes it worth the price.

Need to come back the next I’m in Ft. Lauderdale. We stopped here before we flew home and I wish we visited earlier in the week. The wait staff were all very friendly and helpful with our 1 year old. They do offer a kids menu but all the food was fresh and delicious. Everyone treats you like a regular, even if it’s only your first time.

I always love Top Hat - it's like coming home (but with better food). I recommend this place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch to anyone visiting the Ft. Lauderdale area. The cocktails are pretty good too!

They have chocolate croissant donuts, AMAZING! Oh and avocado toast is the best. Excellent selection, free parking during the day on the weekdays. Flavor is awesome. Will definitely return to try more items. Salted caramel cheesecake was soooo good.

I had such a fantastic experience here I immediately called my niece to share. 2nd cleanest bathroom of any deli I’ve ever been to and my waiter and I had a great discussion about tilapia. Will definitely be coming back 🤌

Great Bagel with Lox. The owner recommended the pretzel salted caramel cookie and it was the best cookie I’ve ever eaten.

The food at Top Hat is amazing but the staff is even better. They are so friendly and helpful. We always love coming here and leave with smiles and full bellys. The Rueben egg rolls are one of my all time favorites.

This is a very good Jewish deli. Reminds me of delis in New York. We had a corned beef and pastrami sandwiches. Both were of excellent quality. This place can be very crowded during the lunch hour. They do have a parking lot.

It’s always a great time going to Top Hat. It’s our go-to for brunch. The atmosphere is light and bright with exceptional servers. For diners with food allergies, they accommodate every request. Enjoy!

I really want to love this place. The classic was too Smokey. The Reuben corned beef was a little bit dry. The potato salad is awesome, and the chips are good. Will come back and try other items.

Haven't been to a deli this good in a LONG time. The menu has everything that you'd expect and then some. The food was outstanding! The service was excellent as well. Dae was our server and she did a great job. Even though it's a half hour drive for us we will definitely be back, often! ☺️

Great vibe for brunch on the weekend. Quick service as they have lots of turnover. I had a brisket sandwich which was dry. The side of gravy was solid like you’d put on mashed potato’s. Would have been better with some au jus. I was there with my hubby, so the company made up for it :)

I been going there for years the food is amazing server always nice One of my favorite is Tais Very professional always smiling few months ago she introduce me to avocado toast I loved it today I went again and of course same excellent I highly recommend this place

Great service and wonderful atmosphere

This has become one of my favorite places. The dishes are excellent, the place is always very clean, plenty of parking. The only thing is that it is very popular and sometimes it is quite full but the wait is very short. I love the Matzo Ball Soup, with a plate you are full and the coffee they serve is excellent

Our food was exceptional - wonderful presentation, VERY, VERY TASTY, and great sized servings - service was great, too - our waitperson was prompt without being obtrusive - and the pastry case near the entrance was impossible to pass by without making a selection - BUT, I was surprised to see a group come in with a dog and get seated at a booth - inside seating - not a service animal - I thought that dogs were limited to outside seating.

Very disappointing! One would expect a great corn beef and hash breakfast at top hat deli. The hash was basically burned shredded hash or ash over frozen hashbrowns. Awful. Matza ball soup, bland and under cooked. Staff trying hard to compensate.

Delicious food and good service. The pastrami sandwich with fries was outstanding as well as the challah french toast. They also sell cookies and cakes, one of the best cookies I’ve ever had.

This place is one of my favorite delis. Their bloody Mary’s are awesome. All the meats are fresh here. The matzoh ball soup is the best I have ever had. Potato pancakes are good and the service is amazing. They even have a bar. Highly recommend.

Delicious breakfast! Love the French toast with fresh fruit and granola. The oatmeal was delicious too. The latkes were good but are better when the potato and onion are shredded vs like mashed potatoes. Service is great, must try!

Tais is THE BEST server! So friendly and attentive. I liked the turkey club (very big!) and my husband’s pastrami classic was okay - a bit heavy on cheese and bun/bread didn’t keep well, better off making your own pastrami sandwich. We will be back to try more!

I'm adding Top Hat Deli to my list of "Must Have Delis" when I visit Ft. Lauderdale. Like Shapiro's in Indianapolis, & Blues City Deli in St. Louis, TH's menu is filled with tasty offerings. BTW, the service from Mrs Rachel was excellent. If you enjoy truly classic deli offerings, don't miss this exquisite location.

I Am a big fan of pastrami and certainly go to NY even 3 times a year just for that so i got invited to this amazing place and had an amazing pastrami sandwich that fulfilled ours expectation, the good smell and love cooking you can feel as soon as you get in there, the egg roll pastrami took my heart, and as dessert we had blueberry pie and Apple Pie… Wooooooow absolutely delicious! This place highly recommended, our server Ari was amazing, she helped us with everything, even send us the manager to our table and talk to us for a bit, was very nice of them!! We’re coming back very soon!!

A true NY style deli in the heart of Flagler. Not kosher, but a huge variety of traditional Jewish deli fare, with great homemade soups and mile high sandwiches. Fum atmosphere.

Very friendly and attentive staff. I had the "Breakfast Ramen" which is ramen with soft boiled eggs, sausage, and ramen in a bacon broth, it was very good. Parking is easy esp since it was a weekday.

Top Hat has declined in quality and service. The matzo ball soup was luke warm and contained very little chicken especially for the price. The bar tender was not willing to do anything about it. And they charge extra for even a slice of bread. No longer a good value or good food. Disappointed.

Traditional Jewish deli serving breakfast all day. Corn beef sandwich was delish. My friend had a Cobb Salad which was decadent with 6 minute boiled eggs. Clean. Friendly. A favorite of locals. I say "go!"

Top Hat is a great deli. We had McKenna as our server she was exceptional, service couldn’t have been better. When we go back we will be asking for her!
