Shannon and Phillip stole the show for me. Incredible customer service thanks you to. Dungeness crab stole the show for me. Didn't take a picture cause I ate it to fast sorry.

So to start. The food is amazing. Absolutely hands down amazing. But for a popular restaurant in a major tourism destination there was so many issues. For starters they actually ran out of their main promoted menu item, Alaskan King Crab. Secondly, their fryer broke, which at face value isn't a big deal but for a restaurant with a very focused menu this knocked out a decent portion of what you could order/combo. My only other misgiving is that for a restaurant of this popularity with prices what they are, the actual facility is TINY and you feel it. It is an incredibly rushed atmosphere that ruins it a bit

The best king crab I’ve had. They had run out of Alaskan King crab so they had to use Norwegian king crab. Isabella was extremely welcoming and informative. She is an asset to your business. The line was a little long, but it moved quickly.

Very busy and long wait to sit and enjoy the fantastic food and service. Sitting is family style with other parties. There is only one bathroom. So, be aware that the closest one is at the tram station. The one is the crab shack may get a long line. Just a little FYI.

This is a great place to have king crab. Unfortunately, they were out of Alaskan. We had to stick with Norwegian, and it was great!

5 words- All you can eat crab!! Check when they have this special on, definitely worth it. The crab tastes so fresh, and all side dishes were delicious as well. Lots of beer options, but save room for more crab!!

Really disappointed in the crab, it was overcooked. The bisque was good, but very oily. The crab cakes were delicious. My husband ordered the beer battered shrimp, which he said was great. Overall, just sad the crab was overcooked.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Tracy's Crab Shack. Had the lazy man's crab, and it was perfect.

The food here is amazing. This is probably the best crab and crab bisque that I have had. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic but your food will come out reasonable fast and it is delicious. This meal can be expensive but it’s more of a once in a lifetime meal so it’s worth the price!

This place is a staple of Juneau, AK. They actually have two different locations. If one is too busy, try the other one.

Must stop in town, get the 1lb of red king crab and the crab bisque. Perfect to share between two people. Bring cash as there is a discount! We calculated out the “deal combo” and it isn’t really a deal if you do the math.

Nice experience to enjoy Alaskan crab legs while in Juneau. The restaurant recommends 1 lb per person ie one crab leg per person. The coleslaw is also nice.

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Price was high. $70 a lb for king crab. I thought stuff was supposed to be cheaper when you got it where it's from. It's a big room with picnic tables. You're going to make new friends.

I visited this place while on a cruise to Alaska. I had never eaten crab before but it was very nice! It was very popular so there was a bit of a queue. But I would definitely recommend it.

Very good, but more tourist trap than anything. The crab and crab cakes are very good. The bisque is tasty but very rich. Price us extremely high when you consider that you can buy king crab at the store for a lower price and they get it right here with no middle man. But, you pay for the experience and memory as much or more than you pay for the food.

THIS IS GOOD! This is the travelers experience you need to try to make it to this restaurant if you vist. Everything was good and fresh and when I dipped my crab in the crab cake sauce pure enjoyment! Even the captains of the ships and crew say go to Tracys. So just go you will be sad if you don't make it.

We devoured 5lbs of king crabs! It got us a bell and a cheers. Juicy and sweet! The lineup never ends. Even when it’s raining. A definite winner of a local business

Very very very disappointed. The crab was cold when they brought it to the table so they had to take it back and heated up. I had gotten the king crab. The service was absolutely awful. Had to ask three times to have someone come clear the table so we could sit down. Had to ask if they had any like hand wipes that you could clean your hands with after handling all the crab. Extremely extremely disappointed and not experience I have been looking forward to. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Roughly $75 for a leg so when you go in there be prepared for $400 meal after an hour long wait. Also, I learned that the crab comes from Russia so isn't even fresh which is crazy for the amount you have to pay. It's good but never in a million years worth it. Go get a delicious halibut taco somewhere else

Best King Crab I’ve ever had!!!

Came all the way here to try the famous king crab.line moved quick and service was excellent. They’re super organized. Smashed a 3lb bucket along with some crab bisque. The carb is so meaty! Take a huge piece stuff it in the soft bread and dip in that butter! Wow it was absolutely delicious! Both a solid 10 out of 10. I wouldn’t miss this place if I visited Juneau. The hype is real!

Seafood is my jam! I was recommended to this restaurant if I wanted to have my fill of King Crab, and they did not disappoint. The crab meat was so fresh and sweet. The atmosphere was very casual and I suggest you get in line before they open, because the line is crazy! However, they do move pretty fast!

Would put 10 stars if I could! The lady at the register helped us pick out the perfect meal. So nice. The food was great. A must try when in Juneau. Fun atmosphere and never felt rushed.

Fabulous food.. everything else was an experience,!! Seating is hard to find...get your own drinks...very crowded but fun and great food.

It was decent but pricy. Shop local while on vacation I get it. The crab was good but to be honest I bought the king crab 10lb from Costco and I couldn’t tell the difference. Worth a try if you’re in the mood and have the $ to spend. I didn’t particularly like the crab chowder but it was ok.

The food was great I got the king crab legs the crackers for the outside of the legs where very good and where shaped like crab legs with I think is a unique feature, the fountain drinks are pretty big and have free refills, but if you want to get the king crab legs you will need you will need to get a job or have a garage sale because any size of the king crab legs a couple hundred dollars. The waiters\waitreses are very nice and polite, but nothing is perfect and you will need something to entertain yourself while you wait because if you go for lunch or diner the line wait will be 10 - 20 minutes, but trust me if you get the crab leg it will be worth the wait

What an awesome place! Everyone who likes seafood needs to experience this place! The line seemed long when we arrived on a beautiful, sunny afternoon. However, it only took about 20 minutes to get in, order our food and find some seatings. Like a lot of other people, we ordered and ate too much. Everything was so tasty from the crab bisque, red crab legs (1 pound for each of us), cole slaw and fries. We ate it all.

Although there were crates of live Dungeness crab in water containers at the dock for export there was no fresh crab to be had in restaurants… just very expensive frozen Snow crab, which you could buy in Australia. This was the same in Sitka. I guess tourists don' know better.

Fun place to get some locally caught crab! Located next to the cruise ship terminal so this place is always super busy. The line goes fairly quick and the food comes out fast. Many different options when ordering so there are plenty of options for small or large groups. Be sure to also get some local beers to wash it down - they have a good select of beers on tap. There’s a good number of seats inside but they also have an outer covered patio with additional seating. Great spot but be ready for a crowd!

You simply have to experience it. Treat yourself to a Portin King Crab, it's worth every penny.

Best crab eating experience I've ever had. I come from the east coast and have had plenty of blue crab, lobster, shrimp, and snow crabs. Never king crab. This was the absolute best and well worth the price. It's amazing how much good quality crab meat is in just 2 legs. The crab bisque was also great.

What a delicious meal! The dining experience at Tracy's King Crab Shack exceeded our expectations. My son and I shared the snow crab shack combo of crab cakes, warm rolls, crab bisque, and the snow crab legs, while my husband had a crab roll. We also decided to share a serving of french fries, although truth be told, we hardly needed them. The service was both friendly and efficient, despite the line awaiting to place orders. True to the sign's promise, we secured a table by the time our food was ready—an added bonus to the already enjoyable experience! While we thoroughly enjoyed the snow crab legs, I'm already looking forward to sampling the golden or red king crab combo on our next visit. Tracy's King Crab Shack is unquestionably a must-visit dining spot when in Juneau!

Wow! Me and my Mom visited while on an Alaskan cruise and we had the Alaskan Crab Bowl and the Crab bisque. Everything was delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend!

Fastest service on our cruise ports. Yeah, you wait in a line but it moves darn fast. I have read some of the reviews stating the pricing is high. That is incorrect. Tracy's had the best pricing compared to all of the other ports we were at. We had #1 Combo with Snow Crab. Simply amazing. The legs are so much larger than in the lower 48 states. The staff is energic and fun too.

The crab cake roll is delicious in large portions. Crowded but seats become available by the time your order is ready. Benches may be difficult for some to access midway tables.

The crab was delish!!! I wouldn't have been able to eat one of the legs but the people sitting next to me said they were wonderful but filling. Lots of summer holiday kids working in Alaska from Canada and other parts of America. Great atmosphere! If your going to Alaska make sure you go to Tracy's.

This place is worth the wait. No matter how long that line is, stay in it! Holy smokes you will enjoy the food and the beer. I highly suggest getting the bucket of crab and the breaded shrimp. I'm not usually a fan of my shrimp being breaded; but these puppies are delicious! My wife and I went into food coma following our visit last week.

the most amazing awesome crab legs ive ever had!!! my fam and i are from western NC, so this was such a treat. the servers were very nice and helpful and i love the outdoor (but heated) seating area. hightly reccomend the alaskan king crab!!!!!!! big juicy bite of meats in that bad boy 🤗😏 yayyyy hope i can come back again one day. ill tell everyone i know back home about these crab legs and theyll all be so jealous. the bisque was so good TOO!!!!! wow 😋

Ordered a pound of snow crab and pound of king crab. I normally prefer snow over king but wanted to try them both. The snow crab was mushy, yellowed and overcooked. Probably the worst snow crab I’ve ever had and at $40/lbs that’s disappointing. The king crab was absolutely delicious! Cooked perfectly, fresh and hot! Definitely recommend the king crab!

What an amazing experience!! My first time trying Alaskan King Crabs and it did not disappoint! Originally from an island who’s rich in seafood and have had the best crabs in the world! This was an amazing and absolutely delicious! The sweet crab meat and so much of flesh was just so delicious and great!! I loved it!! Definitely a must try and must visit if you’re in Juneau!! We had the Alaskan Red King Crab Combo which gives you crab bisque and crab cakes and bread roll and also got another portion of the Alaskan red king crab with a portion of white rice.

No frills, high quality and fresh product, get the bucket and make sure to get the crab cakes. Bisque was good but nothing to blow you out of the water. Please disembark the ship ASAP if you intend to eat here, expect lines.

Largest freshest king crab I have ever had. These crabs are HUGE! Ordered the bucket and lots of butter. I know I will never have anything that good and fresh again. So happy we did this

I camed here to try out the famous Alaska king crab legs, I came here on cruise. I tried it out and the crab was soft and sweet, service was awesome, really easy to find seats. The line oves very fast even though there are a lot of people in line. There are nice decorations, a merch shop and a bar. The crab meat was fresh juicy and sweet.

This definitely caters to the cruise ships. Prices are a bit on the high side.

Great spot right near the port for king crab or duchess crab legs. Considering other options and other ports, we found this to be a great value, and food and drinks were awesome!

Basically a great crab and bisc place. Local to the max and Good, good, good !!!!

It might look gimmicky but this is easily the best food I had in all of Alaska including our cruise. The bisque is amazing and the crab was absolutely to die for. The rolls is soft and delicious and the crab cakes are a great deal. You won’t regret waiting in line. It moves quick but it’s a highlight of our trip.

Can you go to Alaska without eating fresh King Crab Legs?

The king crab here is truly a work of art. Especially the Fresh Norton Sound Kingcrab was the king crab of my life. I highly recommend this alone. Regular king crab is expensive, but the taste is similar to Costco king crab. Don't expect much from the atmosphere or service, this is a place where you have to wait in line to eat.

Tracy’s was a cool spot to get the famous bucket of Alaskan King Crab. We were warned about the pricing but wanted to experience it so while it is pricey, it was worth the fun experience and the crab was delicious. We had 5 people in our party and ordered the 3 lb bucket which was just enough plus a side of the crab bisque over rice and the crab cakes which were great!
