Ordered online or over phone for Five years from summit Il. Then we moved to Indiana and decided to walk in. They forgot slice of sausage and said next time you call we will give it to you. Today I called and I got transferred to extremely rude overwhelmed manager he kept asking me pizza or slice cause it’s a big difference and how do you normally order. Seriously, forget the slice of pizza and let’s just not order food from here anymore! Get it together Trianos you not cooking with love and it shows.

This place is absolutely amazing. Came home from Alabama to visit my mom, I called them while I was still on the road and had 2 pizzas delivered to my mom's house so it would be there when we arrived (well after closing time). They went above and beyond. Order from them everytime I come home!!

Good pizza but the cashier is so nasty she tried to keep my change and gave me a pepperoni instead of sausage and the nasty look since the start good pizza but bad staff not friendly do yous keep everyone’s change youbdont ask for it ?

Giving 5 stars solely on the pizza itself.I've tried many pizza joints in Chicago and I’ll say this is one of the best I’ve had in the city. Cheese fries and hot wings are alright but the pizza is great!

Boyfriend ordered a medium pizza with HALF meat lovers the other HALF pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple.. picked it up, order was made wrong. No problem we called and the lady asked “WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO TO MAKE IT BETTER” we asked for another pizza the way it was supposed to be.. and we picked it up and it was nearly burnt and there was something gross on it. This place has really gone downhill.

Ordered delivery. I actually resorted to Triano's because no one else was open this late on a Saturday, but I will not overlook this place again The pizza was fantastic! I will surely order again.

Normally they are on point. However, today the 40th anniversary was disappointing. Showing appreciation with the 40% pizza sale EXCELLENT marketing strategy. The ability to keep up with orders disappointing. Called in my order was advised it would be 45 minute's. Arrived 45 minute's later to pick up order, advised it'll be another 25-30 minute's, went back in 25 minute's later advised once again it'll be an additional 25 minute's. Very disappointed... Establishment should have put a little more into the Preparation as I'm sure they knew the demand for pizza was going to be overwhelming. I ended up requesting a refund and very disappointed. However, CONGRATULATIONS on 40 year's.... Update: Hi Anthony. I did send you an email about a week ago. However, I never heard back from you. I do look forward to your email.

Classic Chicago family owned pizza restaurant. Their extra thin crust is similar to tavern style, just a little bit thicker. Fantastic flavor and crispy crust. Highly recommend this neighborhood pizza place!!

This was my late son (Elliot's) favorite place. He loved his pizza pie cut. It is now one of my favorite pizza spots and you have to try their Italian Ice....YUM! 😋

Tonight was my first time trying this establishment. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Service was quick. I purchased a slice. I was enjoying the pizza on my car ride home from work. I got about half way through the slice of pepperoni pizza and I felt a sharp pain in my molar. There ended up being a staple in my slice. I would have gone back, but by that time I was already on the express way. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

Pizza is usually good here, but the sauce is not consistent. Sometimes too sweet and sometimes too salty. Today, it was too salty. I couldn't eat it today even though I was starving. Probably ate more than I should have.

Simply the best pizza in our area of the city. I order online , so I can add specific ingredients. They have it ready for pick up.

The only pizza place I know and trust to give me a perfect pie every time. Made the mistake of switching it up just for one night, and tried another place I don't wish to call out. Let's just say it was a mistake. Triano's is the only one for me!

Used to be good but our last 2 experiences were horrible. The crust was so doughy and chewy, can honestly say it is the worst crust I have ever had. Not sure if there was a change in cooks or in the making process. Won't be back again.

Grew up on SW side of Chicago and this was our place to go, so happy you brought this wonderful pizza to lombard, Hands down the Best Pizza in Lombard now

Very solid Pizza 7.5 Crust is thin and crispy nice amount of toppings.

The pizza is the best in the neighborhood when it’s done right. (The other food not so much) They have a quality control problem lately. For example, order the same pizza made the same way once a week for four weeks. Two of those pizzas will be the way you want it. Also, they don’t have green olives anymore as an ingredient for some reason (one of my favorite ingredients). Been a customer since ‘95 but now I’m officially done with this place.

I ask for a slide of pizza and Italian Ice they call. Pizza good pass test but Italian ice they should press down on cup to serve better porcion when star grabbing the cup the ice goes down showing the big air bubbles you pay for and it's not fair.

My recent experience with this restaurant has left me deeply dissatisfied. After placing my order through their app, I expected the typical wait time of 60 minutes. However, when two hours had elapsed, I decided to call and inquire about my order. A courteous lady on the phone apologized for the delay and explained they had become swamped with orders. She assured me that my food was on its way, but as I sit here writing this review, I'm still without my meal. At this point, I can only assume that my food has been languishing in a cardboard box for an extended period, likely arriving cold whenever it eventually shows up. This extended wait and lack of communication have been highly frustrating, and it's unfortunate that what should have been a simple meal order turned into such an ordeal. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their order fulfillment and communication processes to prevent others from experiencing a similar letdown.

Great place to have nearby. Pizza is great and the slices are cheap. The pizza comes in a bag so you know it’s good. Italian beef rolls are unique but good and a good value. Can’t wait to try the Italian ice.

First time here , as soon as I walked in girl asked if I was picking up an order I said no and she rolled here eyes. She looked bothered as I was ordering. She looked like she just wanted to chill and sit on her stool. And not get bothered by customers. Why have someone like this work there ? Pushing away new customers ! Got me a slice because didn’t want to be there long. And left

Shop is small. Not an eat in place. Sauce on pizza isn’t sweet. Crust can be extra thin or just thick enough on the thin crust. I sometimes like the crunchy crust. People are apea friendly.

Delivery driver was literally banging on my door when I clearly stated please call when arrived. He was like “I’m sorry I’m in a rush”. Very rude and unprofessional! Never again!

I went in and they were out of Slices ..Just a slight wait ...So worth the time..The Cashiers were so Awesomeness and Pizza 🍕 Maker also..I'll definitely be back..Also For The Italian Ice..

There was 2 lovely young ladies there. But unfortunately I was not helped by them. Instead I got helped by an older lady, apparently the fact that I asked for 3 slices, 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage was to much for her. She instead offer me cheese and pepperoni, only 2, because they were out of sausage. After I said I was willing to wait that seemed to annoy her. She rung me up and then walked away, I wasn't done ordering. I just went ahead and paid. When I finally received my order apparently she did ring me up for the slice combo which would have been like an extra $1-2. I think I'm better off just going somewhere else if she is there next time, don't feel like dealing with her incompetence.

Pizza is delish, service is friendly. Definitely recommend. Side note- the homeless guy in front will literally throw the hot, fresh slice you give to him in the garbage, that’s what he did to the one I gave him.

We thought we would try Trianos. 1 star is as good as it gets. We asked for well done. The cheese was white, almost like it wasn't cook properly. We called them to complain, and they made good on it. They got us another one almost right away. This time, the toppings had slid to one side in the box ( must of hit a pothole on the way here, or made someone upset....maybe? The cheese was the same (White) not golden brown. So needless say, we will seek else were for our pizza.

Trying all of the pizzerias up and down Archer Avenue, and this one comes out not very high on the list. Danny’s and Falco’s just a little further north on archer Avenue have far better flavor. Let me back up, though. This place is carry out, and has a nice-looking menu of typical pizzeria items. The place is attractive and clearly is looking back to an Italian heritage for an American family. The pizza, however, is pretty humdrum. It has none of the attractive extra flavors that Danny’s and Falco‘s both have, so I was pretty bored after a few bites. And let me be clear that I was hungry!

Had Italian beer and sausage. Was awesome. 1st time every tryed ther pie.

We didn’t order this very well done. We tried to eat it but it wasn’t edible. I just gonna assume I got the wrong order or they were to busy and left our pizza in too long. disappointed .

Stopped here for the 1st time on my lunch break. Got a slice of the cheese pizza since I Dont eat pork and it was on point. Crust was soft and crispy, cheese and sauce was just right. Can't wait to try their Ground beef next.

Edit(original post below): We had the chance to work with Trianos to fix this previous mistake. I do take back what was said, this time around they provided great customer service and the pizza was just perfection exactly was i ordered and they upgraded my size, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much! Worst pizza I've gotten. They messed up my order. I was supposed to get a full extra sausage with half pepperoni, but they just split it equally and didn't add extra sausage that I paid extra for. AND to add insult to injury they burnt my pizza. When I called to get this corrected the lady who answered stopped talking after I mentioned my order was wrong and hung up the call. I called again, but they never picked up. If they're going to make bad pizza and have horrible customer service they might as well shut the place down.

2 weeks ago had breaded steak sandwich was really good. Just bought today nothing but grizzle and not a drop of sauce. Same thing with chicken parmesan sandwich no sauce..What happen??

Usually get good food and good service in person.but the folks that pack the orders for delivery are always behind and always miss something everytime!

Made an order 20 mins away and the pizza wasn't even in the stove yet. Staff weren't even aware of my order until I arrived. All I got was a shrug and disinterest. If you value your time, wait an extra 15 mins; because that's what I forced to do; starving after a long day of work.

Ordered their xl beef with mozzarella on garlic and 2 meatball sandwiches with mozzarella. Big portions for the price and they tasted great. Will definitely order them again.

Great pizza, but the fish dinner come on! should’ve gone to jj fish instead fish was tough, dry and looked grey, tasted old, soggy fries, the shrimp were just as bad. Never again only pizza.

Stopped in to get a slice of pizza since I passed this place many times coming home from the airport, and I was not disappointed! You get a slice and a pop for $5 I had the sausage. It was very good, the sauce the crust everything. The people there are very friendly and helpful! Looking forward to going back again!
