What a great place to sit and watch the sunset.

Jill was the best bartender, I told her what I liked at another bar & she was on target.

Chill vibe. Cold beer. Water view.

It was very hot inside! My po boy was very dry and cold! Do not order it!! I want go back

Went to try out the burgers and I was NOT disappointed. Delicious homemade burger with homemade kettle chips. Don’t skip out. Ended up staying and enjoying the beautiful outside on the deck.

Shrimp poorboy and homemade chips , don’t forget the best Bloody Mary in the swamp !!!!!!!

This hidden gem was a charming little spot that we enjoyed so much that we came back a couple times during our brief time in Louisiana. The bartender, Tonya, is just terrific. She made us feel super welcome, and gave us great insights for local eats and their airboat rides. We signed up for an airboat ride a few days later but we were rained out. But they handled that extremely well too. We'll definitely try again when we return for the Crawfish Festival. Much love y'all! - Kurt and Annette.

Love this place, I had a few drinks at the bar but we usually only use the store and launch our boat! Everyone here is very friendly!

One of the last places on the levee in Henderson and they always have something happening! Airboat tours, crawfish and gators ….oh my!

When I go back to Lafayette I'm going to Turtles. My wife and I made friends with everyone who was there the night we went. Super friendly, real , fun people hang out there. Also love it's small and local. What else would you be looking for in Louisiana next to the swamp?!?

I was on the lake and had experienced extreme heat exhaustion and dehydration while kayak fishing. I made it to the boat launch at a zero energy level and went inside for refuge out of the heat. The angel that was working noticed that I wasn’t right and she began to help me. She provided me with a drink, A little bag of ice to cool myself, moved me to a area at the end of counter where I would be able to use the trash can if needed, and was a place where ac would blow directly on me. I am beyond thankful for the hospitality and care that was given.
