Love Love Love this restaurant! Tried just about everything on the menu it’s all good!! Chicken Parm to die for! I complemented the mozz and they sent me home with a container for free. The staff makes you feel as if you are at home. We go maybe once a month and the waitresses remember our favorites. (6 of us) . This Italian restaurant is a true gem!

Last night we wanted to dine out and try a new place so we went straight to Google to find local italian cuisine and came across Tuscany. Read some reviews and decided to try it out for ourselves. This is a small intimate restaurant that is hard to miss if it wasn’t for the gps. However the place was nice, clean, and well kept. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and charming; adding to the overall experience. The food was great. We kept it simple; The Mozzarella in Carrozza was a great choice for starters and the Baked Ziti and Ziti with Meatsauce for entrees were amazing. Add the salads and it was a great evening. This was our first time here and so recommend it if your in the area. With so many food choices, I do look forward to returning and trying out more of what they have to offer.

Stopped by for take out. Seafood combo of scallops (large) shrimp and clams over linguine. Lots of chopped clams in the mix olive oil and garlic sauce. Absolutely delicious. My friend had veal picata over linguine. He enjoyed as well. Decor was not what I expected. Felt a bit like a refurbished diner. I think they could add additional Tuscan flavor to help make the in house dining more inviting. But, the food was the star and female waitstaff extremely friendly. You won't be disappointed

This is a really small place. I was meeting a friend there and we were the only people there. It was still early though. It Derringer picked up. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. I had the chicken francais and we split the mozzarella carrozza. Everything was so good. Definitely worth the value.

Recently renovated with a nice Tuscan vibe. Service was kind and prompt, appealing to every need. Every dish we had was perfectly cooked from the veal Frances, clams casino pizza and chicken Parm. Quickly they became our go to Italian place.

Lovely place..the food is fresh and delicious..the atmosphere is cozy..not a lot of noise. I am for sure going back. Chicken Marcela is so good!

Celebrated Mother's Day on Saturday evening. Decided to try out Tuscany after reading several great reviews. We were not disappointed. Food was fantastic and the prices are reasonable. Absolutely worth a try if you haven't had a chance to dine there.

This place is me and my wife’s go to spot when we want Italian. Always cooked perfectly. Always friendly service. You will not regret going here. Manicotti is the best and the garlic bread with cheese is unreal! Thank you Tuscany!

Really enjoyed the food here. The shrimp fra diavalo was made to perfection and you can alter the spice content. The bread was delicious and warm. Prices were well priced and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back. There’s not much parking, but people seem to park in the parking lot next door. They don’t make reservations unless you’re a party of 6 or more!

Had scallops and shrimp marinara over pasta, best ever! And the homemade bread is the BEST!!! This family restaurant is a regular favorite!

Wow. Just wow. This is by far the best Italian food in Southington. Top 5 overall in CT. We ordered the chicken parm, small cheese pizza, cheese ravioli, and lasagna. For appetizers we ordered the fried mozzarella, and calamari. I made sure to try a little of everything while there, and surprisingly everything was damn near perfection. I absolutely love the small family vibes from the staff. Small intimate seating area, makes me want to bring my whole family back to enjoy some food. 10/10 recommend!

Great Italian restaurant! Love everything they make!

They provide great food and fantastic service. My wife and I have been going there for 30 years and never had a bad meal. Their prices are still reasonable. They have a large group of dedicated patrons. We enjoy eating at a place where it's possible to have a conversation while you eat; a rarity today. I Don't usually give 5 stars to anything because nothing is perfect but it's pretty close here.

Have been getting pizza here for years, always good. Got dinner for the first time last night food and service were excellent, Italian comfort food.

This was my first time at this place and my lasagna was DELICIOUS, my boyfriend got the linguine with shrimp and scallop and he ate the whole meal. The woman that served us was so nice and attentive. You get what you pay for. I will surely come again. I wish I had taken a picture because the portions are huge.

Marinera sauce is thick and not too sweet the way I love it with perfect juicy tomatoes. Pizza is great! Salads are always lush green and full with tomato olive pepper and cucumber. They always serve wonderful warm toasted bread that is moist inside with Italian flavorings in olive oil for dipping. Eggplant parm is always perfect! Batter and lemon butter chicken was fantastic - everything was delicious!

Another hidden gem of Southington. The staff and service is a step up. The ravioli is better than the home made ones that Viron Rondo use to make.

We get take out pizza just about weekly. Always predictable, delicious and very friendly.

Service was great, food was ok. I expected a little better based on other reviews. There are several other Italian places on that street alone. I haven't been to them so I can't say how this place ranks among them, but I will be going to the others before coming back to this one.

Great time with out of town friends. Extra large pizza, pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms. And bottles of wine. Excellent.

The white clam sauce on the linguine is one of our favorite meals, but there are just so many. Has the feel of a small family restaurant in Tuscany, great food and great service.

Great place for Italian food. There's a vast variety of dishes on their menu and it's all made really well. High quality food in decently large serving sizes. The people working the restaurant are genuine and friendly. Didn't feel like fake smiles or anything like that, so it was an enjoyable experience. It really is a great place and you can't go wrong with it.

This is the best Italian food I've had. Do not be swayed away by the prices. You are paying for the quality and the quantity. The portions are huge and the food is fresh and delicious. I will be coming back very soon

My boyfriend and I have wanted to come here since the summer when we tried to get dinner but the place was busy and wasn't able to seat us due to being short staffed. We went for my birthday dinner and arrived around 7:15. Upon entering we were told they close at 8 and kitchen closes at 7:30 but we could sit and they'd make us something. This made me a little uncomfortable but we sat down and it was awkward. There was no music at all and some of the staff were sitting a short distance away at a booth just talking. The food was pretty good; I liked my shrimp scampi. My boyfriend ordered chicken francaise which he said was good but the pasta came on the side with marinara instead of being plated with the chicken. He also felt it was a little pricey. Otherwise the server was very nice. I just didn't feel welcomed.

The best food every time. The seafood pasta is to die for. Pizza is awesome.

I cannot speak highly enough about Sam, Violet and the wonderful food and atmosphere they create. From day 1 they made me and my family feel at home. They saw me grow up and Violet ALWAYS remembered my name and my order. These are two of the sweetest individuals on Earth who bring joy to each and every table. Tuscany has my heart!

Tuscany has amazing food and service; it's our first choice for Italian. They're always friendly and accommodating. The shrimp scampi, seafood combo, and chicken parm are just a few of our favorites, but you can't go wrong with any of the food they serve and their garlic oil is the best I've ever had.

"No Beet Salad" There is a beautiful beet salad on the Tuscany website. It looks delicious, but it is no where to be found on the menu. I was hopeful that it was offered as a special, but they didn't have specials and the normal menu was reduced to one page with fewer items. Most likely because of Covid. I ended up ordering the Seafood Combo. Shrimp, scallops, and baby clams in a fra diavolo sauce over linguine. My dish was delicious. No complaints at all. My wife had the Chicken Francais. The lemon butter sauce had a weird sweetness that my wife and I didn't care for. My son had the Chicken Parm. He said it was ok, but the sauce on the chicken and side pasta was terrible. My son's girlfriend always gets Shrimp Scampi wherever she goes and this time was no different. She said it was good, but she normally devours her scampi. This time she barely touched it. I think she was being polite by saying she liked it. I feel uncomfortable giving a lackluster review for most of the food because the chef/owner came out to our table and seemed like a very nice man. But this was our experience at Tuscany.

We went to Tuscany for my brothers birthday. It was a party of 6, large for such a small restaurant. They MORE than accommodated us. The service was amazing, the food was perfect and it was such a fun time for us all. The staff remembered my parents who had been there before, they joked with us and surprised my brother with a birthday song and piece of cake that was AWESOME! This is the epitome of a fantastic family run restaurant. ❤️ Everyone in town and around Southington should visit.

Family owned restaurant with a nice and robust menu. Specials available on weekends, not sure of weekdays. Nice salad and bread served with your entree along with choice of pasta. Fair selection of beer & wine that should satisfy almost everyone. Entrees run about $18-$22 with specials likely more.

Delicious food, Fantastic service !

A hidden gem. Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious. They even gave us homemade cookies at the end. Our 13yo son had shrimp scampi and raved about how good everything was; from the bread, dip, salad, dinner to the cookies.

Great place food and pleasant atmosphere

My son and I go to this restaurant every couple of months. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is nice, acoustics are good, you can have a normal conversation. All of the people working there are very pleasant.
