Ordered at Nocatee Food Truck Fridays. We've been to Puerto Rico & are familiar with the cuisine. The tostones & the pork were spot on! Nice use of spices. Shrimp cooked to perfection. We ordered Carlitos Way & the Trio Tostones. We prefer the atmosphere at Green Cove Springs Park, but we'll go back to Nocatee to have another delicious dinner.

Today is the second time I’ve tried this food truck and it will be my last. The food takes too long (30 min) unless you order a burger. Their menu listed tostones trio with pork, chicken and steak, my order had shrimp on it. I don’t eat seafood as a preference, but what if I was allergic? Didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes to have them correct it. Couldn’t eat most of it because of the seafood taste.

We usually get food from the once a month.. today I had the Burger with Shrimp and its a Must try!!! Delicious on every bite . Love it and will get the same next time😅. Thanks !

I wish I could give them 6 stars! I can't believe I've never heard of this place. Get the Hot Plucker and Döner. You will not regret it!!! Delicious food and great service. Hard to beat!

We were driving thru Jax looking for a good place to have a quick bite. Which is not an easy task these days, everything sucks. Not this place! This place was so yummy! Good size portions, I had the Loaded Conoa with a side of beans. It was amazing. I will be back.

This is a hidden gem 💎. If you're searching for something delicious and different this is the place!! I had the shrimp sandwhich and let me tell you it was amazing!! Would definitely recommend trying this place out cause I know I will be coming back!

We had this lunch truck today at our office in Mandarin. Excellent food. Every single person said their lunch was amazing. Beef, chicken, shrimp, crawfish, all amazing. These guys make some superb food!

This is everything I could want and more! As someone who lived in south Florida and missed these flavors immensely, highly recommend. The owners were lovely!

I had the shrimp and Gouda burger and Omgoodness!!! It was delicious 🤤! We will be back again. This was the best burger I have ever had! My husband had Del a Maria and he loved his! I can’t wait to come back again, and again!! Very sweet, friendly staff. I can say enough good things.

Excellent unique food truck that I had at ascension hospital today. So different and delish. Sandwich had Rotisserie chicken with guava, plantains and boom boom sauce. Yuka fries were excellent. I hope they come back!

This food truck is amazing. My office ordered 3 separate things and the only things talked about that lunch hour was how good the food was. We will definitely be going to their brick and mortar location. Cant wait to try some other stuff on the menu. I HIGHLY recommend the Twisted Roots (Wrap or Sandwich)

This is the real deal. I had the drunken sandwich with yuca fries and cilantro sauce. Had to close my eyes to eat it

Amazing food and great service!!

Twisting roots sandwhich was amazing. The beef and pork are smokey and the crawfish is fried perfectly, not over cooked. The veggies on the sandwhich is fresh and the bread is chewy, but not tough. I would definitely eat here again.
