Valentinos has and always will be the best place in town for spaghetti and pizza. Had a great experience the other night. Good to know I can always count on them to be consistent. Not very common in this day and age. 5 stars.

When I arrived for my pickup order I was a bit early. Staff rushed to get my order ready. Very polite too. My order was perfect and delicious. My family was very thankful.

Been in Lincoln for three months. Tried several unimpressive to downright, disappointing pizza places. Finally found a really good one. Will make a weekend pizza from Valentino's a regular event.

Jack was very helpful and nice he helped me on the phone and in person a very nice your gentleman. Would greatly recommend the place for everyone. Much better than all other locations.

This is the worst location in town. I ordered a large pizza and bread sticks tonight from this location. The pizza had a lot of bare spots with no cheese. The garlic bread sticks were really small and di not look like normal val gatlic sticks. I ordered multiple sides or ranch. I did not get them, and I didn't notice until I got home.

Kind of expensive. I dont think I'm EVER GIVEN ENOUGH dipping sauce, parmesan cheese, or crushed red pepper considering amount if food I buy. Buy more dressing $1 a cup. Get 5-7 packets of chz & crush peppers for a JUMBO PIZZA

Visited at about 7pm on July 29th. Ordered a 13 inch pizza and the garlic bread sticks. Upon pick up at the restaurant, the cashier was looking for my bread sticks in the warming oven... then looked in the REFRIGERATOR and found them. He then proceeded to go back into the warming oven and pull out "another " box but it was the same one that was in the refrigerator so he was trying to be sneaky. So of course those were cold. The pizza was incredibly doughy and undercooked. Unedible threw half out. Terrible experience.

Valentinos always has great pizza, I am never dissatisfied.

Definitely a go to spot for lunch. Their lunch breadsticks are usually bigger then the normal ones. Pizza is usually fresh and ready to go right away. The express lunch, pizza slice,breadstick and soda usually fills the stomach and doesn't make you feel bloated, especially after inhaling all them carbs. I would recommend getting their express lunch and I will be going back again,soon. Service is fast too so theirs hardly ever a wait!

Husband orders the meat lasagna and there wasn't much meat in between the layers of lasagna noodles. And he always gets two individuals with a salad. Not very happy he said maybe the person who made it was paying for the meat out of their pocket.

Asked them to remove broccoli from pasta, and add mushrooms, they removed the broccoli chunks but added no mushrooms. Then the delivery driver brought it to a hotel, with no forks, or plates. Lousy service for sub-par food.

Quik service, even for Nebraska Home Football Game. Food has always been good. Highly recommend.

Overrated cardboard box pizza. Paid $44 for 2 single topping medium pizzas. Better off with a pizza pocket from the frozen section at your local grocery store.

We got our first Valentino's fix in a year. It was all good as usual.

Still wonderful pizza just as good as the first time 52 years ago

We usually love Valentino's pizza however we won't be ordering from the N27th location again. Once again the dough/crust didn't taste quite right but our biggest issue is the cheese on top of both pizzas was burnt (this is the 4th time (of 4 times ordering) this has happened from this location) and for the price of the pizza it's really unfortunate. Also a slight annoyance was we were quoted 25 min for our 2 pizzas and ended up taking 57 minutes (and after sitting in the location for the extra 30 min - only one other person picked up an order so they didn't seem busy at all) Even though this specific visit would have probably been zero stars - gave 2 star rating because all this being said we will go back to ordering from a location on the other side of town where the food (so far) has been good quality.

My husband and I were staying at the la Quinta Inn on Saturday night. In the same parking lot as our hotel was Valentino's To Go. We had just had a long day of baseball games and noticed that Valentino's was open until 10:00 p.m. It was 9:30pm and my husband and I walked over to order dinner. The blonde lady at the register was very pleasant, she took our order but very quickly we discovered that the co-worker she was working with was very upset that we ordered so late. He made us feel incredibly uncomfortable because he was slamming pots and pans around blurting out loud how inconsiderate people are for ordering so late. Had she told us that orders are only taken until 9:30pm we would have gone somewhere else for dinner. There are plenty of options in that area. He's described as a heavier set man he had brown hair and knitted cap over his hair and sunglasses on top. He kept ranting to his co-worker that the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. and he was really upset. I noticed in the restaurant that there was a sign that says that they are hiring. This guy was very unappreciative that he had customers waiting for dinner. At this point we were definitely concerned if he was going to put anything in our food that we would regret! There are so many jobs available and so few good people to work them. And when you experience what we experienced at Valentino's to go that night I can assure you, we will never go back again! It's too bad because this is a company that boasts its family ownership and the pride that they take with their food and customers. I hope this review is used as a teaching tool to improve how customers are treated.

Love vals pizza pasta good and use to work at the havelock locating and the old locating original store.

The brownies at Valentino’s are delicious. I highly recommend. Oh and don’t forget the great tasting pizza, pasta, and breadsticks. Thank you Valentino’s, your employees are great! Always friendly and fast!

Satyed across the street at a hotel and had a pizza delivered. It arrived when expected and was warm. Overall it was an average pizza. It wasnt bad, but nothing special.

Nothing super great about this chain restaurant. Mini mushroom and onion pizza was ok. BBQ chicken pizza was okay. Garlic bread was dry and not very garlicky. Wouldn't bother again.

Best pizza in Lincoln, hands down!

Perfect way to celebrate the staff and the work achieved. Preordered and they delivered exactly on the time requested. Everyone raved about the pizza. Will definitely revisit this location. 4 large pizza was enough for 17 people.

The pizza just isn't as good as it used to be. The hamburger pizza is still some of the best hamburger pizza you can find, but it disappoints me that they seem to be cutting corners or decided to change their recipe.

Okay pizza place. Fairly quick service. Okay quality. Kind of pricey.

Didn’t realize this is primarily a carry out place, but we were staying next door at La Quinta so it was convenient. There are a few tables. The story here is the pizza! Some of the very best Ive had in my life! Delicious crust, soft and so fresh. Kudos for getting this so right! Yum Yum. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 rating is because there were 5 male teenagers running the place, mainly talking on their cell phones or loudly amongst themselves. It’s a tiny restaurant so I couldn’t avoid hearing their teenage conversations. But the pizza is delicious!

Always nice and never messed up our order

Been here plenty of times and I keep coming back. Sadeer and Mo ensure my experience is always quality and that I'm looked after. Any time I had a problem it was promptly fixed and made right by the manager Nasir. Great place, I highly recommend both for eating in and delivery. Delivery is also extremely fast!

Excellent customer service. Guys let me order just a few breadsticks as that's all I needed for a snack for my friend and I. They were very fresh and delicious. Thank you for your courtesy and friendliness.

we went and got the lunch special, ok it's a special and I expect the size to be smaller, but I got the salad and when I got home and took it out of the bag it had plain lettuce 1 cherry tomato, one olive and one pepper that is it, it was the saddest looking salad I have ever seen

Right out side our LaQuinta hotel, Valentino's was convenient, offered moderate prices, and very good pizza.

I have been patronizing this restaurant since the 60’s....you know why it’s still around.....and has spread....its amazing! The Pizza, pasta, meatballs, casseroles, garlic rolls/sticks....just get the buffet so you can sample!....oh...and then there is the salad bar....love!

Ate at the East Campus location. The pizza was terrific - and the salad bar fairly extensive. Service was efficient.

A relative raved about Valentino's pizza, so we stopped by late one afternoon on our way back to our hotel. It was busy, but people were friendly and service was quick. Our pepperoni pizza had lots of meat and cheese and was filling and delicious. The crust was a little different than we find at home, but very good. The menu is large. There are a few tables if you want to eat in. We'll come back next time we are in town.

Walked across parking lot from hotel to get take out. Had a lasagna and salad both of which tasted good.

We had Valentino's pizza delivered to our room and it was delish! Had it for dinner and breakfast! It was also delivered very promptly - sooner than promised!

We ordered the spaghetti, pizza, and wings while at a nearby hotel. Everything was good, especially the spaghetti. If we are in the area again, this is a place we could return to. Kids working were polite and helpful too.

Back in town for the holidays looking forward to some pizza from Valentino's. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 630pm. At the time of order we were told it would be 45 min to an hour for delivery. Called Valentino's after one hour was up and was told delivery time was taking up to 75 min as they were busy (delivery has an up charge). Called after 90 min and talked to a manager and was told they didn't have a record of our order. They offered us a free pizza but informed us that delivery would take an additional hour which was unacceptable as it shouldn't take 2.5 hrs to get 2 pizza's. Icing on the cake is that we were paying with a gift card that our host had on hand as compensation from their last order from the same location that was late, cold and burnt! Get your act together Valentino's.

Every time we visit Lincoln ( 500 mile journey) we take-out 9 large pizzas. 3 for us and 3 for each of our children and their families; special, hamburger/black olive, pepperoni. Been doin' it for years and expect to continue.

Stayed in a nearby hotel and walked over to get takeout. I was raised in Lincoln and remembered Val's of the old days. I've eaten at their buffets since and haven't been impressed. But this takeout was fantastic! Had the thin crust, which wasn't really...

Delivery to our hotel. Ordered delivery online, to our hotel for my children & I. Was a hit. Had alot left over for the next day.

Stayed in a hotel next to the strip mall Valentino's is located in. I almost feel like making Lincoln a stopping point more often just to get a pizza from this place.
