Pizza was ok not much flavor sauce was like tomato paste told the lady did not want the garlic roll and she put on the anyway I paid 3$.29 cents for a hamburger bun with butter and cheese I could have made that at home and it would have tasted better

Valentino’s West O in Lincoln: We ordered a jumbo pizza half Canadian bacon and half beef. We also ordered cheese bread. Both were excellent in taste and value. In fact, it’s been a long time since I’ve had pizza this good. West O will be our go to from here on out.

As a visitor to Lincoln, I found Valentino’s Deluxe Pepperoni with cream cheese pizza to be quite intriguing. It was very delicious - plenty of toppings and sauce, and the crust had a thin, crispy exterior and a soft inside. And while the breadsticks at most pizza parlors are iffy, Valentino’s garlic breadsticks were soft, fluffy, and seasoned incredibly well!

I ordered online and got a Family Value Pack #2, they were so nice and let me substitute the Lasagna for a Chicken Alfredo penne pasta. Also I got the Homeade Cinnamon beadsticks I just wish they would give extra frosting sauce. Make sure you request that! It was delicious and ill definitely order again! The salad was not very good it was all fresh but I'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce. Romain lettuce is much better in my opinion. I won't order it next time.

A guy named Chris took my order very polite and he even delivered the pizza it was totally amazing, thank you Chris for the wonderful service

I felt that the pizza was good, but it was on the pricey side. We chose one of the less expensive ones and I felt it was a good price for the amount of pizza we received. I wasn't wowed though and I don't feel the need to go back and try something else. If I don't feel the need to go back, it must not have been too great.

Went through the drive through, it was after drive through hours but they let me order anyway. I got a house salad with Blue cheese dressing. I don't know if they make their own dressing but it was REALLY GOOD. I'm an old Italian girl so I'm a bit picky about pasta dishes. I got the baked lasagna. It was good for store bought lasagna. I did find the sauce to be a little sweet for my liking and the pasta was a little over cooked. But it was enough for 3 meals. I'm going to try their pizza next.

Pictures online show a salad bar but there is not. Staff was very friendly. Food was hot and tasty. We had the Uncle Nio on thin crust.

The only Valentino's that still tastes like it originally did. The outside is a little run down and I hope they fix it up instead of renovating it to be like the othes.

Haven't been since COVID. Still the best lasagna in town, bar none. Family who used to live here had to go. They bought frozen to take with them to visit others who still remember and love it. Dining atmosphere kind of sucks, especially if you remember how wonderful the actual restaurants were. 😞

The food was cooked fresh for us as the buffet hours were over. The person helping was really great. The restaurant was a bit messy, with tables needing to be cleaned off, especially for the afternoon.

Food is still good but has kind of turned into a 'take out pizza joint.' The one on west o has its wallpaper peeling off the walls.

For was great, the rest was, Meh... no salad bar available, they had no menus out to look at, then acted like we were stupid when we didn't know what we wanted. There was nobody dining in, nor was it busy, and several tables were still dirty.

Top 5 pizza franchise in the nation. O-street location consistently reaches the bar. Whenever I'm in town and want some pizza, it's a no brainer.

I ate here at a time that wasn’t a “normal” lunch hour and there was only one other car in the parking lot. There were two people working and no one inside eating. I point this out because the place was dirty. It was hard to find a clean table to sit at. The cashier even mentioned there was no body in there for the last 45 minutes or so. The cashier was nice and he helped us figure out what to order. The food was great! It’s tradition to stop and eat at a Valentino’s whenever in Nebraska.

Wasn't very busy, food was served quickly, staff was friendly and prompt. Had the Salad bar, which was fresh and clean.

The pizza is amazing and expensive for such a small pizza. The bread was amazing as well. Very soft and yummy, bursting with flavor! I will eat here again. I ordered curb side pick up, but didn't really read the signs so I was parked in the wrong spot. I went in and told the lady as much, and she looked up my order which was waiting for me. I tried to make a joke of not being able to read today but she wouldn't even crack a smile. Customer service goes a lo g way with me so that's why I only gave 4 stars.

They make orders fast. Highly recommend the Due Sorelle if you like cream cheese.

Last 2-3 times the pizza during lunch has been dried out/over cooked. Even at 11:20 (lunch starts at 11), it seems like its been under a heat lamp for hours, the the breadsticks have been borderline stale. I’d get it if it was the end of the lunch service time, but not when it just started for the day. Pizza used to be good, but lately doesn’t seem worth the cost when it’s being served like its a day old.

Went during lunch for curbside pick up. Order spaghetti, got it on time but wish they'd give utensil. Ended up not eating lunch because there was no fork to eat the spaghetti.

Went in to this location to get lunch quick and had a bad experience. Food on display was dried and looked old, went to the salad bad and it was messy and out of most items. Put no pasta salads on the salad bar, employee was rude, when we asked to have them restock the salad bar all they put out was lettuce. Contacted the corporate office and never heard a word back. Use to work for this company and I know they had higher standards but maybe when the two sons took over those standards went out the window.

Worst lunch ever from this location. Pizza was cold, breadstick was cold, hard, and burnt. I like to eat here for lunch at least once a week but after this experience I will not be returning.

Been going to this Val’s forever. Taking a break for awhile. Pizza wasn’t ready when promised even when I arrived 10 minutes late. They said they dropped one of the pizzas so they had to remake it. Didn’t offer a discount. Get home one pizza is fresh out of the oven and other was dried out (the one that didn’t get dropped and sat under warmer for 20 minutes). Also had dessert breadsticks. These were the worst I’ve ever had from Val’s in my whole life. They had hardly any icing on them at all. It’s like they forgot to put any icing on them period. Stay away from this place I know I will. Quality is the worst I’ve ever had ever. I’ve lived in Lincoln for 50 years. So you know I know Val’s. Just sad.

The West O St. Vals is excellent. Always a great pizza,wings,salads ,spaghetti, lasagne & sides. Always a place to feed yourself or your family!

Called one night for delivery, but the store picked up the phone and hung up. Tried again the next night. Pizzas were short on ingredients, cool, and flavorless. The onions were on top of the cheese and burned to black. Instead of the nice 4x4 cut slices, one of the pizzas had been randomly cut with pieces of all sizes. The pizza boxes had been clearly tipped on their sides as the pizzas were smushed to one side of the boxes. This store has really gone downhill lately.

Love treating myself to some Valentino's. It's really the best pizza and Italian food in this city. They could be a little nicer with the prices though. That's why I call it a treat. It's an expensive meal if you do it right but well worth it I guess... I usually order from the Havelock Val's but I've recently moved so I had to order from West O St. That location has problems. I ended up having to go pick my "delivery order" up . They only have one driver and that driver stops delivering at 8pm. Even though the place is open for a couple more hrs.

An awfully charming delivery driver from the O Street location got my pizza out to me in about 30 minutes at dinnertime on a Sunday night. Plus, the Due Sorelle was sublime; next time I'll get a bigger pizza. The cheesy bread was okay...hopefully Valentino's upgrades to French bread in the future, as using hamburger buns is distinctive but not as chewy or delicious.

The outside of the building could use some paint, but the inside was fine, and the pizza was very good.

I often get pizza from Valentino's. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The food is delicious. The West O location is convenient, clean, has seating to eat there or take it out and has a really friendly staff. Stop in and try it!

Amazing pizza. They don't skimp on toppings and the price is very reasonable. Delivery gal greeted me with a hello and a smile and she was very polite and friendly. Jasmine was her name. The pizza came piping hot loaded with toppings and cheese. I also got the apple desert pie. That to was amazing. Tastes like an apple pie. So delicious. Adding this place to my contacts so when I come to Lincoln again I will order from here. There is also a lot of negative reviews about this place. Don't listen to them. Most are about something stupid. Like having to wait 10 or 15 minutes for their food. People are so impatient these days.

Don't get five stars because they quit doing all day Express lunch

This location is one of the sit down locations, but we may as well have ordered takeout. We got our pizzas in a box and had to ask for dishes which ended up being throwaway styrofoam. I've lived outside of Lincoln for a long time and Val's has lost a lot of it's pinache and flair over the years. It's still the only place I know of that serves cream cheese on pizzas though.

This is a small place best for take out or just a small group of people. More than 4 in a group will need to be at different tables. They still have the awesome lunch deals, but at night you have to order from the normal menu.

Food was okay. The place seemed pretty dirty (unwiped tables,etc) even though it was 3:00 in the afternoon and we were the only ones in the restaurant.

They forgot our family salad and 2 liter pop but was delivered with 15 minutes which was better than waiting on the gift card

Our latest visit to Val's has convinced all of us that Val's deserves it's #1 pizza in Lincoln title. The all-meal pizza was fabulous, and our chicken-peppers concoction hit the spot. The staff was extra-friendly. Our large pizzas order was ready in less than 20 minutes. It's great to see a long-time restaurant with such enthusiasm.

not sure if it is a coincidence or not, but me and my husband had stomach upset the day after eating here, we did arrive late, and they only had 3 kinds of pizza to choose from, and we both ate the same kind, the pizza looked like it had been under the lights for a while.
