The service was terrible, 3 unoccupied tables with 5 seats and they didn't let us sit because there were 2 people. They never had any concern for the customer and we had to leave. The restaurant was dirty, the floor was terrible, they didn't clear the tables on time

Food is always delicious and fresh. Plenty of choices on excellent Peruvian food including what they are known for in Preu which is seafood. The service here is just ok. It's a shame because with this quality of food you would think they would train their staff better. Had to ask for everything over and over.

today I ordered ceviche de pescado estaba vien malo lo ques nunca it was very bad no tast like it has been old fish was rubbery because i eat there every weekend but today the fish was bad, bad experience i told the waiter amelia she just smiled and said nothing. not good at all.

I thought that the food was tasty, but my experience turned sour due to service. We got there at 9 and ordered at 9:30. I was aware that the restaurant closes at 10 and could see that service staff were eager to leave, which I understand because of how laborious and exhaustive it is to work in the hospitality industry, but that shouldn’t warrant a lack of attention from service. We ordered 200 worth of food/drinks and we had to get up for plates / utensils, even though only a few people remained in the restaurant. On top of that we were charged auto gratuity for a group of 3, which made matters worse. If auto gratuity is implemented then service should be at least somewhat consistent.

The ceviche mixto was fresh and delicious, the pulpo antichuchero was amazing with the chimichurri garlic

The food is always good however the service is not. They just bring your food but don’t bother to check if you need refills. There plenty of waiters but we literally asked someone to take our order.

I love the food, the people, and the atmosphere. It is friendly and down home. Very simple but clean surroundings. You are not paying for a designer upscale atmosphere. Just nice, simple and friendly with great food!

I went to eat with my wife and the meat on the lomo saltado was in bad condition. I called the man who served us to tell him that, but when I removed the plate he didn't even flinch. I didn't order anything additional and in the end they still charged me for the dish and included a tip (which they always do). It's a shame what happened.

Lower the prices, don't be scoundrels, they live in Florida, I mean, cheap fish, sea, etc., but they sell as if they didn't have sea, you're lazy with those prices, I'm going to a good buffet.

Very unorganized, I called to make reservation. When I arrived the male manager with a ponytail said I never did. I showed him the call I placed with their number. He denied and ignored me. Good food but make sure you get whoever you spoke with because they’ll belittle upon arrival.

Took my sister here for her birthday weekend. The tuna tartar and skirt steak with rice and vegetables...que sabrosa! Steak was SO tender and tuna muy fresca. Only dish i didn't like was a cold muscle dish. Muscles were good but other ingredients not to my liking. Finally service was excellent. I live in Lake Worth Beach so will definitely return.

The worst service I had experience!! The waiter was rude and incompetent. I would never come back to this awful place! I wish I could give them 0 starts, they don’t deserve one. Next time come and ask the customer if anything is needed that’s your job!

My first experience with Peruvian food and I must say Victorias didn’t disappoint. Clearly, a family run business & very attentive taking time to explain menu items! We had the grilled octopus appetizer and sea bass special with my son devouring the skirt steak. All in all would highly recommend Victoria’s.

Love this family restaurant. Have been dining here since our Nanny introduced it to us. Great food in a comfortable unpretentious setting. The ceviche mixto and Tacu Tacu con Loma Saltado keep us coming back for more.

Sitting out front, I hear customers as they are leaving Victoria's... "indentured dining", "well, at least we can say we've been to the place..." Guess I wont be going in...

The food here is as good or even better than what I have experienced in Peru. The lomo saltado and ceviche here is the best. It's nice to have culture and unique restaurants around.

4.5 Had some delicious ceviche at Victoria s Peruvian Restaurant.. got the ceviche tigre de leche the hearts (anticuhos) with corn and sauce. the heart was a little overcooked the octopus was also delicious but slightly overcooked as well the yellow ceviche was the star, visually and in flavor. business has been around for long and was busy on a weekend, but we found a table directly. parking available upfront , wheelchair friendly

I stopped here by accident years ago and fell in love instantly. The flavors of all the dishes remind me of home; very authentic taste. Make sure you try the lomo saltado, you won't regret it

It’s not fancy and it’s in a strip mall but the food is good and the service is friendly. The Jalea is really good and I also recommend the ceviche mixto. I pretty much always get the same thing ( we always order multiple dishes and share family style). I believe it’s closed Mondays so check the hours before you go. It’s small so it fills up so go early ( before 6 or even a little earlier to ensure no wait for a table)

Used to be a good place to hang out. service is so terrible is one person to taking care all the tables and they don’t give you the attention that you need. Waitress don’t answer any question about the food or the drinks or even the bill, the foot is good, but the attitude on the waitress is so terrible. I’m sorry, but I will not come back in there.

Musiałem spróbować peruwiańskiej kuchni będąc w Palm Beach. Lokal z zewnątrz wygląda skromnie, w środku jest dużo miejsc siedzących. Obsługa bardzo profesjonalna. Zamówienie podano bardzo szybko. Dania. Przystawki: Chicharron de Calamar - 9/10, zupa Chupe de Camarones - 10/10 (znakomita! Uwaga, ogromna porcja zupy!!). Dania główne. Tacu-Tacu Lomo (paski wołowiny z ryżem i fasolą) - 8/10, Arroz Chaufa Pollo (kurczak z ryżem) - 8/10, Arroz con Mariscos (paella) - 9/10, Pescado a la macho - 7/10 (świetnie wygląda, sos super, ale ryba jakby rozgotowana), Jalea Mixta - 9/10. Ciasto: tres leches - 5/10 (zdecydowanie za słodkie). Wszystkie dania absurdalnie wielkie. Nie polecam brania przystawki, bo połowę głównych dań zabraliśmy do domu.

This is one of my go to and favorite places for Peruvian Food. In the Palm Beach County Area definitely the best! 1st: The food it’s what keeps me coming back. I’ve been a customer since 2015. Honestly there isn’t one plate that doesn’t taste Amazing. Lomo Saltado it’s a classic and the Parihuela nothing else like it. Try the “Anticucho” Cow’s Heart grilled! Oh man! Love it and sauces! Tops it off. Wait times on the weekends can be a bit over 45 minutes but it’s worth it.

Ceviche mixto y Jalea son de lo mejor. Victoria es uno de los mejores restaurantes en toda la florida, super recomendado! Los mariscos y el pescado es fresco. El sabor de la comida es como de Perú. Hemos ido a diferentes restaurantes peruanos y ninguno se compara con el de Victoria.

The place use ti have a good service and a very good quality; it is a place where I use to go every month for more than 1 time. Unfortunately, last February 14th on the rush, they didn’t offer a quality service and product that I use to find always. Regardless, I will continuos going to this place because I am leaving always with a good taste of the service/food.

This was my second visit to Victoria’s for dinner. I must compliment them on the outstanding service provided. The food was excellent!! Portions are huge and cooked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable given the quality and quantity of the food. In addition, a visit to downtown Lake Worth is like a trip to old town Key West. My complements to the chief and staff for always providing the best food and service.

Victoria's Pervuian was highly recommended to me by a regular customer and my Lomo Saltado was quite tasty. But I wouldn't return in a hurry, since both the service and cleanliness could be improved. Our server took almost 20 minutes to even address our table, while others who came in after were served first. Also the glass of water had so many particles in it, it was undrinkable. See photos of the gross water and the servers name on the receipt - not that we would know her name since she barely spoke to us.

Walked in with a party of 5, got seated by the host, sat for 15 minutes without any staff speaking to us or even looking at us. If we spoke Spanish, maybe we would have gotten some service. Avoid this place. Customer service is non existent.

Well I sat there for 15 minutes and nobody even looked at us the servers were attending to everyone except us. Not gonna say they are prejudice but it seemed that way.
