Had an awesome, memorable birthday dinner tonight for me and my better half - food was amazing and Frederico gave us a phenomenal over the top service 👍

Absolutely stunning Restaurant. The food it's a feast for the palate. Were creations of a Master Chef and didn't disappoint with the desserts. All was over the top. Great view!. The waiter was very helpful and detailed (I hope I could remember her name, she's the tallest one) very kind and observant. Made an 80th birthday a very special occasion.

My wife and I celebrated my birthday here last night while we were vacationing. I waited til the next morning to leave a review just in case I had a change of heart but I haven’t. For appetizer we had the fried green tomato crab stack which was amazing. It was so delicious packed with flavor and an amazing sauce. Would recommended 10/10. We ordered two cocktails while we waited on our salad of which I had a house old fashion. The old fashion was nearly water and had too many dashes of bitter in it. The ice cube was wrong as it was melting entirely too fast—to be a $16 cocktail you expect a little better. We then had the Caesar salad which had phenomenal presentation. The dressing and the crunch was dialed in perfectly. Would reccomend 10/10. For our main entrees my wife had the Pasta Bolognese and I had the hanging tenderloin with bacon blue Mac. I’ve had a lot of variations of bolognese at this point and I will say the noodles are entirely too thick. Taste was mediocre at best so I would score it a 5/10. Per the recommendation of our waitress I had the 10oz hanging tenderloin over the filet because she talked me into it. I ordered it medium as I always do as well. This had to be the rarest steak I’ve ever cut into. I told the waitress that my wife and I aren’t complainers by any means and that we usually just eat it. However this steak was rare and the bacon blue Mac was overwhelming with the blue cheese. It was practically all I could taste. I told the waitress that the steak was undercooked and the Mac was not what I expected. There was never once a regard to comp the meal, offer something different, or even try to cook the steak more. NOTHING AT ALL was offered to us when I left over 8 oz of steak and the entire side of Mac uneaten. I gave the restaurant opportunity to make it right in hopes I would be leaving a 5 star review this morning. I’m leaving the 2 star for food and service because the only thing making it a 2 star food experience was the appetizer and salad. I’m leaving a 2 star review for the service because of the lack of thought and execution of our waitress when presented with an issue. I left a 4 star review for the atmosphere as we had a great view out the window at the beach.

One important thing I must inform everyone! This should be on the top of your business, vacation, MUST DO list!! Possibly the best 5☆ dining on the Gulf Coast. Top teir staff and food. You must do even if you're staying elsewhere. Excellent job, guys!!!!!

Don’t order the seafood risotto special. The risotto was cooked poorly and the lobster was overcooked. Tastes like the risotto was cooked in water and not done properly. Shrimp were great. However even if it was perfect, not worth $70 ever. Our server was great. Manager handled a situation incredibly poorly with our family and others. Will not be back unfortunately.

We had a great birthday dinner here; although despite the note in the reservation they did not acknowledge the birthday but I didn't feel the need to make it a big deal. Food was fantastic, I had the filet with the champagne Bernaise and my husband had the red snapper special. Both were fantastic as were the carpaccio and Caesar salad. The presentation was beautiful, atmosphere was great. We had a fantastic experience - would highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for an upscale dinner.

The food was amazing overall and our server was nice and attentive. The issue began when we received our check. There were hidden charges that were not advertised on the menu or explained by the server, ie an extra “$3 charge for on the rocks drinks.” We brought this to the attention of our server and she recommended that the manager could better explain. The manager came with a very uncomfortable and pretentious attitude, changing the experience of our entire dinner. She insisted that “every restaurant SHE has worked at has up-charged for ‘on the rocks’.” Her condescending attitude towards our party negatively impacted our evening, regardless of her resume and how qualified she was to insure our dining experience and the prices involved. The price of the drinks is not a problem, and for a $450+ dinner, we certainly do not mind paying for what is the appropriate price. Our issue is that we felt like the additional up-charge was a method of “gauging” additional costs onto the order, as well as the manager talking down to us. Not something we care to ever experience again.

First time being down at Perdido beach. Went here for the family. Our server Mia knew everything about the menu it was hard not to order everything! Top 5 service in my life! Kill it gurl!

Honestly, it was probably the worst meal I have ever eaten at this level of dining. I ordered the specialty dish and it was a white fish with veggies. It tasted like it was just cooked in a ton of butter, ton of garlic and a ton of seasoning. Couldn’t taste any of the actual food. I couldn’t even eat it. My husband order the porterhouse steak and it was tough and just drenched in butter. We had a friend to dine with us and his whole fish tasted just like my dish. Oysters tasted just like my dish, and his whole fish. It all tasted the exact same!! They were out of the wine that we wanted originally. Our server didn’t seem to know that much about wine to make a recommendation for a substitute. It was just a terrible dining experience. We spent $475 and I walked out of there hungry still. Never again for us.

This place is a great experience all around they have a complimentary valet. The views are fantastic. The server was awesome and very knowledgeable about all the food. We had some of the best oysters we've ever had, and my aged rib-eye with the foie Gras and bone marrow butter was probably the best steak I've ever had.

Every year, my husband and I take a trip to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary. This year, we decided to visit Orange Beach and chose Perdido Beach Resort. We enjoyed our stay very much and the onsite restaurant Voyagers. The food was really good and worth the price. Most notable was our waiter at Voyagers, Craig. He was really nice and showed great hospitality!! Also very knowledgeable on the menu which was a plus!! Please share our gratitude with Craig as the first impression is a lasting impression!!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and treated ourselves to Voyager. A local young women recommended this great restaurant to us and it did not disappoint. Excellent atmosphere, service, and most of all the food! We will definitely be back!!

I cannot stress enough the need to eat here. The bar has been raised by the food here. The wait staff is extremely knowledgeable of the menu and just nice to talk to. We had seven people order 7 different steaks…..All of them were cooked to perfection. I must be inexperienced but I’ve never seen a kitchen that takes pride in plating food the way they do. If I’m ever within 30 miles of this place I will eat here. Just amazing!

Can’t tell you how great the food and service is at this place! Do yourself a favor and go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Federico was the best waiter!

Our waiter Craig was very informative and efficient. The food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Frenchie oysters and the blue gnocchi. We had a 5:45 reservation and were enjoying a relaxing wonderful meal when at around 7:10, the maitre de approached us, asked about our meal and informed us that there was a an 8:15 reservation after us. It was a little of a buzz kill. It was a table for 2 and our bill was $300 before we added a gratuity. I would’ve hate to felt rushed for a lot less than that. And we passed 2 empty 2 tops on the way out🤷‍♀️ But a nice place with great gulf views

We were two couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. Our waitress Cristina started off attentive, but arrogant and went down hill from there when our wives questioned the champagne. Only one of us had a positive quality meal (the hanger steak) the rest of us were completely disappointed in our meals. Great location with nice views, but between the food quality, the obnoxious service, and high prices it is definitely not a recommendation. Orange Beach has several better restaurants.

A party of 6 dined at Voyagers in Orange Beach. A wonderful evening. The food was outstanding and inventive. I tasted every appetizer and every entree. Just delicious. One caveat - they seemed to be a little short handed. However, the only thing we waited for was the bill. Otherwise, very, very worthwhile.

Atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful views! Service was fantastic! Steak and Bake Potato were terrible!. Steak was incredibly tough. Potato was over cooked.,

Bring your appetite! Great menu with alot of variety. Service was outstanding from "hello". didn't leave a stone unturned. Food was fabulous..we started with the steak tartar served with pecan smoked marrow bone and tuna tiradito...both were delicious and plentiful. For dinner we had the filet mignon and the gulf yellowfin tuna, again cooked to perfection.We barely had room for dessert, but we had to tried their 13 layers of chocolate...yes, to die for! Would highly recommend, but make reservations so you will not be disappointed.

Having dined at Voyagers on our last visit we made certain to have reservations to dine here again on this trip. Service was once again top notch! Federico explained the menu to us and all of our questions were answered. We started with a tomato stack that was wonderful, so rich and flavorful. The grouper was cooked to perfection as were the scallops! At Federico's suggestion we had the bread pudding. It was the disappointing item in our meal. Very small and tasted more like an apple crisp than bread pudding. The ice cream that came with it was a real joke. It literally was the size of one of those little packets of butter. Other than the dessert it was a great dinner!

I've been here multiple times and every time has been a wonderful experience. The appetizers are outstanding, the entrees are remarkable, & the desserts are divine. Our sever Jessica and the rest of the staff were impeccable. Thanks everyone for your professionalism and making our experience a rememberable.

Federico(pictured) has been our waiter a couple of times and he has a way of making you feel like family! Absolutely exceptional! We arrived to a complimentary valet and entered to a nice piano bar. The restaurant is a little hidden but very tastefully decorated. The seating layout gives everyone a little feeling of privacy. Damien our server and all of the staff went all out to make our anniversary dinner special. We were first seated in a perfect location to watch the sunset. We were presented by Damien great drink options and matched our tastes to the perfect beverages. Our starter, fresh oysters were amazing. After hearing the featured specials and menu recommendation we chose the Tumeric Tuna and Scallops Special. Both meals were beautifully presented and delicious. The service was impeccable with timely delivery and attention to detail. We finished with the recommended 13 layer chocolate and a nice surprise for our occasion. This was our second visit. The first being our wedding night. Now this restaurant will be a regular tradition for our anniversary. Thanks for a wonderful meal, great memories, and perfect service.

We're foodies and figured Voyagers might be overrated but we would try it since we were staying at the resort. This place did not disappoint! In fact, it was the highlight of the meals during our trip. Voyagers feels special with a classy, modern, quiet ambiance with great views of the sea. Damien is a top-notch server who knew food, Voyagers' menu, and had great recommendations for wine pairings. Table touches and interactions were perfect to make us feel cared for and valued, while giving us some time to enjoy conversation and the food itself. The meal was incredible. The sauce accompanying the scallop special was slightly oversalted but this was a tiny blip in the overall theme of other perfect courses. Wine list is impressive for a restaurant of this size in this area. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area.

Our experience was amazing, but the steak was an experience in of itself. Everything we had was fantastic, but the cowboy ribeye with the bone marrow butter was somewhat of a religious experience. I Obtained an allergy to red meat a couple years ago from a tick bite. Recently, I found a cure, and I have had several steaks, but this was the first steak I’ve had that I can truly say was magical. I am a steak snob and most restaurants cannot cook a steak. This place not only knows how to cook a steak perfectly, but has an excellent prime cut of meat that melts in your mouth. My wife and I celebrated our seventh anniversary here and I wouldn’t have it anywhere else. Christina was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal. Everything about dinner was perfect. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We have been coming to Voyagers for the last 4 years now. Cristina was our waitress for the first three years. She’s amazing! Service & food is top notch! We make it our last dinner to close out our family vacation each year. This year the hostess, a fellow Coloradoan, accommodated our reservation request. Our waitress and staff were amazing, as usual! The food is always fantastic as are the drinks and desserts! We highly recommend Voyagers, the Perdido Beach Resort, or the lobby bar for an enjoyable experience.

The staff of Voyagers could not be more amazing. We dined there last night and had a large group of 13, including a table of kids aged 9-14. They spread us between 2 tables to accommodate the size of our group. The kids table was being great but there was a woman sat next to them who apparently took exception to them being there. At one point she started cursing and berating the kids leaving several of them in tears. I took them and left the dining area to try and minimize an ongoing incident. Ellen, the manager was so kind and the staff immediately stepped in and defused the situation. The other guests dining started clapping as the woman left. Our waitresses (Natalie & Donna) were so kind and went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome and salvage the night. Beyond their hospitality, the food was delicious, the drinks were great and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Highly recommend Voyagers!!!

My wife just had dinner here and everything was excellent. There was even an incident where another guest was very rude to a group of children that were behaving very well; and our waitress, Shay and the young girls’ waitress handled it very well and cheered up the kids. If I lived near here I’d definitely be returning.

Baye was a fantastic waiter and handled food allergies like a pro. Great experience!

I ordered the 60 day dry aged Cowboy Ribeye. There was so much salt you could barely taste the beef. I was not impressed. I have eaten better ribeye steaks in a chain. Not worth the $81 charged. Our waiter was very professional and friendly Federico is a great waiter. The blue cheese Mac and cheese was great.

We had a wonderful visit and will definitely return. Our server, Cristina, was funny and still professional! My husband had the rib eye steak. It was prepared perfectly! I had the chefs special which amberjack served over smashed potatoes and broccolini with a crab meat and citrus topping! Yum!!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The filet mignon was probably the best stake i have ever had. The service was amazing and waiter was very knowledgeable.

Dinner ruined by the Hostess! Arrived a bit early and when being seated asked for a different table being the service station was immediately across. There were few guests at the time but she asked if we would wait outside for 15 minutes and after 20, we entered and she said she was about to come to get us. Her assistant took us to a different table and it was even worse. It was right across a hand rail and a foot below another table and dining couple. Trying to make better of our night we accepted the table. While dining, many other tables were available and of course in better locations. In hindsight we feel the Hostess was spiteful to us and we both wished we had left the restaurant rather than dine there. Having had such a disappointing experience, we do not plan to return. There are too many other options!!!

Went a few years ago with some friends, and we could not have been treated any better. Wyatt was an amazing waiter, the food was to die for. Got the venison and purple potatoes. Ended up meeting one of the chefs there too. 10/10 will always recommend.

We eat at Voyagers a LOT & that’s because the food and the service is wonderful.

We had a nice evening . We arrived a little early and waited at the bar just outside the restaurant. It was not really set up for an enjoyable atmosphere . We had to sit directly in front of a huge column on the left side of the bar . Everything was a little chaotic . The restaurant was nice , but a littler dated . Once we were seated hugged against the wall where everyone entering or leaving the restaurant had to walk by ( very close) our table . The bi-level set up was also a little dated and limited space . The food was good , but not necessarily as good as the required cost justified . The area is full of restaurants that serve fresh seafood with a great ambiance . I am not sure what the consideration is of their pricing structure . It is kind of a " want to be " fine dining , but misses its mark .

We celebrated a birthday and were very pleased with the food, service and re-discovery of a Perju wine we really like. It was a quiet February night at the restaurant so we received a lot of attention from the wait staff, including good recommendations from the menu. My wife had the venison chops which were unusual and tasty. I had the blackened grouper which was perfectly cooked. We certainly recommend a visit to Voyagers for a fine dining experience on the Gulf.

We come about once a month. Wonderful food and service. Everything is excellent. The chicken is very good and unusual. Soups, salads and steaks always great. Excellent wines and a great view. Best restaurant along the beach

Voyagers is always a wonderful experience. The food, the service is always top of the line.

Just had the absolutely best meal at Voyagers. Their soup of the day was a Tomato Bisque made with a Lobster relish and Creme Fresh- totally delicious! Our entrees were also wonderful, my husband had the Stuffed Chicken which was tender and plentiful. My Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The sides to each of these dishes were absolute standouts. If you go, get the Field Peas, they have a particularly Smokey, buttery flavor that is very tasty. We return here every time we visit Orange Beach and are so happy we do, we highly recommend Voyagers to anyone.

Party of 9 for birthday celebration. I ordered whole flounder. It was way overcooked. Mealy, not flaky. Served with undercooked field peas. My wife had the hanging tenderloin. It was very god but, as expected, a little tough. One of our party ordered the $300 Wagyul (Louisiana) Tomahawk steak. It was awful tasting and so tough he sent it back. Several of the party tried it and agreed it was inedible. The bread with butter and spread was excellent. Appetizers were. “Meh!” Fried green tomatoes/tuna with French fried onions/tuna with cucumber. Service was excellent. But, the food and its presentation was way below my expectations.

Our special occasion restaurant. Excellent everything, quite expensive but worth it. Treat yourself and those you love. You won't be sorry.

Excellent Food and waiters. Pricing is too expensive. Decor is dated.

This was, again, possibly the best meal I've had anywhere around OB, AL. Last time I came for lobster bisque and filet. Next time, I'm going to try the Rockefeller oysters and tuna. This restaurant has it all (just make a reservation and leave time to enjoy it). It's expensive, but is 100% worth it for special occasions.
