EXCELLENT place to have fun with a friend or by yourself. They have a wide variety of VR games to play, from family friendly games to games more for adults. The staff are incredible; very nice, and very patient. If it's your first time in VR you do have the option to go through a free tutorial that doesn't count towards your purchased time.

Really nice employees, good games, really good prices. But good in general. I really reccomend.

Best place to try vr in the valley, super affordable for the full experience, awesome and helpful staff, 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Update-this place is still just as amazing as before. I have been coming in regularly for coffee and game. Their selection of games and consoles has expanded. Their pricing is still amazing value no matter what. They make some of the best coffee around. It is definitely worth a trip for sure.

Pretty cool place to check out games before buying them. Not crowded and pretty chill atmosphere when I was there. The VR stuff is really cool, the coffee is pretty good, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I walked in with my 4 kids knowing nothing about VR and having no experience and the staff was BEYOND helpful and nice!! They sanitize everything and it is kept very clean. The prices are so reasonable too! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

Awesome place, Great staff, can't say enough good things about it. They inspired me to get an HTC Vive myself, but we still come back for multi-player fun. 9yo,10yo,13yo,15yo, 41yo kids.

We just had my son's 13th birthday party here on Sat 5/15/21. 10/10 highly recommend! The place is very spacious, clean and a great place to host a birthday party at reasonable cost! The staff was outstanding with our first time VR players as well as super accommodating to the wide range in age of the players! They made sure we got the best VR experience! Thank you to all the staff and we will be booking more parties here in the future!

Great Virtual Reality experience that has a variety of different gaming genres to choose from. Not only does this establishment provide quality entertainment, they also offer food and drink with an emphasis on COVID safety by spacing this appropriately and maintaining cleanliness at all times. Needless to say, its a great place to be when you have free time.

Really helpful and friendly staff! Taught us everything we needed to know and always made sure to offer their help if we needed everything. The systems and games themselves were super fun and easy to use. The place was also externally clean and sanitized and temperatures were taken before admittance! Will be coming back again!

It pretty much fit what my expectations would be of such a place. The coffees were good, the VR delivered, and the employees were kind. I didn't know if 30 minutes would be enough but I did feel some nausea so it turned out to be exactly the right amount of time. Just keep in mind to estimate some time for the tutorials and getting used to the machine because it is going to eat a chunk of the time.

I booked (3) VR booths for my son's 13th birthday and they had a blast. I just can't say enough about the staff ..... All the guys were incredibly helpful and really handled the kids well. They were able to answer any questions my son and his friends had and really know the games ...... and they make some of the best coffee I've had in PA! I had a great time just talking to the guys while the kids played and would recommend this location to anyone wanting to try VR gaming. N McShane

My son loves it, the employees are friendly and patient. I had no fear of cleanliness before the pandemic and they certianly stepped up your game even more so after.

Out of all the places to get coffee out in the area, VRcafe is honestly the best. The coffee is perfectly made and the service is one of a kind. The workers really make you feel welcome and do everything they can to make your experience great. I have yet to play the games, but from what I've seen they take great care of each station and make sure to sanitize after each use.

Had my kids there on the weekend. They had an awesome time. The only reason this is not a five star review is they have a bit of a wonky policy with gift certificates. If the customer asks if it's okay to do a half hour of time from an hour gift cert and you say yes, you'd best explain that they'll only get fifteen minutes when they come back. Otherwise, it's kinda shady. But the experience was awesome. My kids LOVED it. The staff was very helpful and super on top of making sure both of my kids had the best experience possible. Thank YOU!

Really awesome customer service & an amazing hour of VR.. My boyfriend and I visited on Friday and had a blast. With plenty of games for all age levels and difficulties, I was super sad when we had to go! That was our first time doing VR and we absolutely would return to this place again. Also the workers were great -- giving us hints for certain games and helping where they could -- very attentive and friendly

An absolute MUST if your kid is a gamer! I threw my son's 13th birthday party here and it was a breath of fresh air. The kids got to rotate through games for 2 hours, and for an extra $10 I got to use their party room for an additional hour to do cake, lunch and presents (unlike other places that rush your party through entertainment and food in 2 hours only). Wanna know the best part? The staff there handled the kids! They walk the kids through what to do, suit them up, watch game timers and regularly kept me posted on how everything was going. They also checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything while I was setting up (you get 30 mins to do so BEFORE your party begins which was perfect) The party room walls were pre-decorated with sweet gaming posters and they had a table cloth for me too. The party itself had customizable options which I liked, and the staff were knowledgeable enough to help me choose the party options to suit my needs. You do need to leave a deposit in-store to secure a party reservation, which is no problem (they accept cash or cards). In the end, even clean up was a breeze! One of the hosts generously helped me carry my things back to my vehicle, and again they checked in with me to see if there was any other way they could help. I made sure to tip them ;) Well deserved! I was impressed...so I went back again (just me and my son), and guess what!?!? The service and experience were still equally delightful. They suit you up, guide you through the basics and help you ANY time you need it. In fact, my son got dizzy suddenly and communicated this out loud. Before I had a chance to say anything, they were already helping him unhook and ready with a cold bottle of water for him. My 13yr old took a short breather (his game timer was paused) and they happily helped hook him back up when he was ready. THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Go!!! Have fun!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed (although maybe a little sweaty from jumping around so much hahahaha) 😁 #TheyHaveBeatSaber (Oooohhh yeah!!!)

I honestly feel like family when I come to this place. It has become my go to hangout spot, and I just feel at home when there. The best customer service ever, and the coolest/nicest people.

Hosted my daughters birthday here and it was a real blast. All her friends had a good time. Most had not played any VR previously and the folks at the VR Cafe were very helpful in getting everyone setup and helping on initial game choices. They also had consoles for those that were waiting their turn on a VR station. I had an opportunity at the end to try out the VR and this is an inexpensive way to try out the Steam VR offering. I thought it might overwhelm my senses and give me motion sickness, but it did not. I will definitely be returning to try a bit more on my own. They have a nice room in the back with tables and some video game decorations. We supplied some decorations and the food ourselves. It was also nice that they are in the Palmer mall as when we finished and were clearing up my daughter and her friends walked the mall.

David was awesome! My son had a really fun first vr experience. David also makes an amazing espresso!

Goofy place, coffee shop is a little odd but the heart of it is VR and it is reasonably priced and tons of fun. I have gone other places where you have to pay by game. This location you pay by time and can select from many different games over that time without ever removing your headset.

This location had really helpful and friendly staff. Which made the experience for my kids really great. I've come to expect poor service these days but I would have been impressed at the VR Cafe in any case. The coffee was good too!

This location has some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. The prices are definitely worth the experience you get for entering a world of virtual reality, especially for the first time. Also great drinks. Highly recommend. 10/10

The guys who work there are absolute creeps, I can't even sit and eat without being uncomfortable because they stare at me and make noises.

Staff are great, and I'm extremely pleased that I happened upon this place accidentally. My son had been trying to get me to get on the VR bandwagon for months and I resisted, at least until I gave it a try. The HTC Vive is the best headset on the market now and the cafe didn't skimp on the computers.
