Love this place.. they make my drink taste like heaven

The best coffee shop in town! These girls are the best!

Kayla is the sweetest and knows my order. Makes it quick and easy. Only problem I encountered is they leave the lobby locked but drive thrus open. But I still like getting coffee here.

I came in to get a drink fixed and the girl that helped me was so nice! She educated me on the drink I ordered, fixed it,made sure it was labeled and helped make my day so much better! Seriously the best experience I have had at Wakeup Call, especially with it being fixing a drink!

The one time I have the courage to ask them to remake my drink. The coffee lady’s subtle rudeness not worth the trouble.

The best wake up call! They have the fastest service and the best employees. I went through this morning and got Olivia! She is so kind and fun, and my orders are always made to perfection.

Olivia is always friendly and our dog gets so excited when we pull up.

I got a coffee again this morning. Good portion of the time when I go to wake up call Olivia waits on me. She always gets my order correct and always has a smile on her face. Great service.

This is about the third time in as many months that they have gotten my order wrong. My wife drinks white coffee and it's her regular order. I give them the phone number and it pops right up. They still get it wrong. I drive it to my wife's work and it's regular coffee, not white coffee. I'm not driving all the way back to exchange it. I am done with this coffee shop. If you're going to carry white coffee then make it correct when someone orders it. Good thing there are plenty of coffee shops around town. Ugh

I love coming here, amazing baristas and fantastic drinks, I tried the bacon egg and cheese jalapeño bagel and god was it good, my son also loves getting one of their Decorated cookies!

Last two mobil orders I’ve done one of the drinks has been the wrong one.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a drive up coffee place. They remade the drink because it was too sweet the first time. The staff was great but Tenya’s customer service is on another level. You gotta try this place.

Prices are inconsistent. They do not keep the same price for drinks. Will make your drink incorrectly. Try another wakeup call

Whoever was working at front window around 1 pm today rude . Asked for a napkin cause the drink was leaking and literally snatched the drink out of my hand . Horrible customer service .

I don’t really drink coffee but I decided to treat myself this morning and boy I’m glad I did. I was helped by Mysah, I think she said she’s new and still in training but could have fooled me! I told her things I like and she recommended the Double Decker and I enjoyed it very much. I will definitely be coming back!

Tenya and Kayla truly went the extra mile to help me get a very large order placed and picked up when I needed it.. They are always friendly and happy to see their customers and their drinks are the best.

god I love the wake up call on sullivan so much. My favorite barista is eve, daughter of the world-known artist travis. Every time I get my coffee from her I think “this surely can’t taste any better,” but with each visit my coffee tastes better than the last. Long live wake up call, long live eve, I do it for my dawgs.

Love Wake Up Call! Especially the Sullivan location. My drinks come out made correctly and delicious. Kiara is always helpful and smiling and gives fantastic recommendations on yummy drinks and food. Do yourself a favor and get a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast Sammy on a Jalapeño Cheese bagel!

I was surprised to find that you can sit inside! There were probably 6 or so small tables to sit at. The drive through was BUSY. I had a double shot oatmilk latte and it was probably the best I've had. My only beef is that they were so busy at the drive through that none of the 5 or so staff inside acknowledged me at the counter for a good 5 minutes. But once they got my order I had it fairly quickly.

I've never seen someone run so fast before, but she HAS to have some MMA training or sumn bc she straoght up roundhoused this creep like Jackie Chan ong. Who knows what would have happened if Carly wasn't staying vigilant innthe drive thru.. and she even let me take her car to the hospital after since the robber broke my door

Wake Up Call is by far my favorite coffee shop in Spokane. The Sullivan location has the fastest service and the most friendly staff in my experience. Tenya has the best drink suggestions when I want to try something new and I know I can always trust her to make me something great!

This place is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years and somehow the current baristas have made it the best part of my morning. I’ve had Tenya and Kayla for a while now; somehow they never seem to disappoint with attitude or service. Eve, Krysten, Emma, Kiara, and Shell are not to go unmentioned. They deserve to be praised as much as anyone. I truly enjoy going and getting the service at the highest level possible. It doesn’t hurt that my drink taste the same no matter which one makes it. That cant be said for all coffee shops.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting wake up call when I was visiting Spokane and it’s a very cozy establishment and welcoming atmosphere that offers more than coffee! The highlight of my visit was the service Tenya provided as she was very enthusiastic and very good at her job! She handled everything with care and was very quick with everything she did! I recently moved to Texas and I cannot find a good coffee shop anywhere. When I receive text messages regarding all the great deals Wake-up call offers, it makes me crave it! Overall my experience was great. Thank you all for your hard work!
