They never answer the fun to book !

Honestly a great experience to have with family or friends and be out in the water, some people get scared but in the end safety comes first hence why group rides are available with a hose in case of any mishaps or failures

Let’s just get into it! Mike and his wife are the coolest people I’ve met in awhile. They were responsive when I called to have some questions answered. They truly made this such an easy and stress free experience. 100% Recommend coming to these guys. They got the latest and greatest skis. Best part is your in the best lake to jet ski in. Lake Michigan can have really big and fun waves. If you get waves on your visit, it truly is an adrenaline rush! Wake up and book with these guys!!!

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had jet skiing. Hospitality is through the roof. Pleasant staff and very punctual with booking times. Mike the instructor was amazing and very patient with first time drivers.

My wife and I went there to rent jet ski, it was pleasant experience with them, it was friendly, fast process to rent. The equipment were working flawlessly. I love it, I certainly come back and rent jet ski again. Michael was our instructor, he is very nice and helpful, he gave us all info that we needed, and explained all our questions. I recommend this place to enjoy outdoor activity and water sport.

I can't believe we just now discovered this place. We had a fantastic experience riding the jet skis in Lake Michigan. Friendly, easy going and knowledgeable, they made sure we had a fabulous afternoon!

We had such a great time! The owners were great! We got started late because the people ahead of us were late and they had to refill the gas, but there was no question about getting the full amount of time. The directions were also clear and the machines worked smoothly. 10/10 recommend

Rented 4 skis with the crew for an hour. All but one person had never driven a jetski before. Still, everyone had a good time and everything went perfectly. Birthday ice cream too!

Renting jet skis from Wake Zone is a MUST DO!! Don't hesitate to book, it is worth every penny! All the staff were so friendly and kind, very knowledgable and are fun but definitely prioritize safety. They were great about explaining everything and giving clear guidelines of where we could ride but then we just got the freedom to get out on the lake and enjoy, it was fantastic. They also offered to put a GoPro on the jet ski to get some video for us!

Extremely irresponsible jet ski renters rip the jet skis right up onto the shore of the beach carelessly instead of using the intended boat launch area that the jet skis are rented out from. Children and families swimming at the public beach all had to leave the water because they didn't respect the rules. Someone could have gotten hurt or killed. A half dozen jet skis continued to rip through the beach and drop anchor within feet of children in the water throughout the entire day. This ended up attracting other boat drivers to recklessly drive their BOATS up and drop anchor AT THE BEACH. Extremely dangerous tragedy waiting to happen.

We had absolutely amazing time renting jet ski from the Wake Zone. It was a perfect weekend activity and we will defined be back. Booking was super easy and customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Nothing other than an amazing experience at Wake Zone. All the staff are super friendly, supportive, and happy to be there. My instructor was Mike and he made my whole experience even more enjoyable than it already was with his positive, and outgoing character!

One of the coolest rides ever! The owner was so accommodating for our large group, very rare to see nowadays. We rented 3 jet skis for 2 hours and they were nice enough to let us switch drivers and riders in between. Honestly, cant say enough good praises for Wake Zone Jet skis. 10/10 would recommend!

The owners are fantastic and we had a blast. I called Mike and Noel at 8:30pm on Saturday and they lined up (4) two person jet skis the next day for our group of 11. They let us switch riders after 30 minutes so our whole group got to ride. Mike even took the people in our group out on his boat when they weren’t riding. Jet skis were new and ran so smooth. They are truly an above and beyond operation. Thank you guys for helping me make this happen for our group!

Run by awesome people! Solid, new machines were a blast. The great thing about this location is that some days it’s a bit windy and the lake is choppy and you can really launch yourself! Then other days it’s smooth and you can fly over the glassy beautiful waters of Lake Michigan! Found my new jet skiing spot!

Wonderful place to jet ski if you’re in the area or even near! We drove 30 minutes from downtown area to jet ski and didn’t regret it at all! Was my first time jet skiing and I’m so happy it was such a great experience. Friendly and welcoming staff, highly recommend! (I never leave reviews , but this place and people were awesome!) The owner was also great at explaining everything once you get on the water, so if you’re nervous and a first timer like me, you’ll feel at ease jet skiing with them!

The Mirza family from NJ and Milwaukee just had the time of our life the wave zone. We all enjoyed the ride so much that we didn’t want to stop. Best customer service and really safety

My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying one of their 2023 Jet Skis. We booked for an hour, although we did arrive a little late they still gave us our full hour. Although if they are packed they won’t be able to give you that same courtesy, so you might want to be sure you’re 15-20 min early! They have food, and it’s a big space to work with! We had a lot of fun.

Such a wonderful time. My fiancé and I came during the very end of the season; while the owners were starting to close up shop. They were so amazing to work with. Super friendly, very communicative, and knowledgeable. It was our first time ever jet skiing, and we had such a great time. 10/10 ps Make sure to call, or give them a text. They made sure if we wanted to jet ski, because the weather was not it. We were super eager to go.

Joseph, the instructor, was extremely helpful. Very informative and gave hands on training for first timers like myself. Joseph guided us and helped us navigate the boating license. The safety rules were made clear and the customer service was top notch. He showed incredible patience and customer support when we struggled with finding the right test to take. He also made sure we had enough time to ride our jet skis. It was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

My wife and I were up in Milwaukee for a trip and decided to go jet skiing. From the very 1st contact, all the way through the rental, the communication was superb. Mike responded super quickly and made the whole experience seamless. The whole team there was outgoing and friendly. Any time I'm considering hitting the waves, I'm heading here.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Before we rode Joseph was perfect going through safety. I felt very comfortable going out on the water. Machine was in perfect shape. Great ride followed by a tasty ice cream. All the employees were magnificent. It’s funny the night before one of my uncles said good service was dead …it’s definitely alive here!

My family and I were staying in Waterford so I made a phone call to plan an experience for our 3 kiddos (all under 10); Wake Zone was super patient and informative with my 101 questions. Not only did he call back to ensure I knew what to expect with state requirements but also help me plan around bad weather. Smooth process to check in and get all the formalities squared away. Needless to say, my family made great memories today! Big thanks to the friendly service from Wake Zone!

Amazing staff. We had thunderstorms and couldn’t even leave the dock and they worked with us on rescheduling. Very personable and make you feel welcome, would absolutely recommend these guys. Family owned as well!

This was my first time riding a jetski and I can honestly say it was the best experience I could've asked for. Yusuf was the one who helped us out and showed us the ropes. I'm definitely coming back here again!! Quick info: -You can ride as far as you want as long as you can see the pavillion. -The GTI is much faster but Spark has better control -You can stop the jetski in the water and go for a quick swim in the middle of the lake :)

Wake Zone is an awesome place for some fun in the sun! We did the kayaks and jet skis for an hour each! The cost is super reasonable for an hour. I would totally reccomend wake zone for your summer fun! We’ll be back :)! Thanks Wake Zone

Had an awesome time renting a seadoo through wakezone at bender park in Wisconsin. Ucif was very informative and helpful on the pre-trip orientation and emphasized safety and equipment familiarity. The machines were well kept and great runners. I would recommend them to anyone, newcomer or experienced rider. Great customer service here. Also. Don’t leave without trying a Mint Lemonade from their concession stand. It’s pretty amazing 😎

Inexperience on our part resulted in some complications on the boat that caused problems for Wake Zone yet they were still incredibly courteous, calm, and kind. This small, family run business has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. If welcome back they will always be my go to for any boat rentals. There boats are fantastic and their demeanor towards their customers is even better.

Wake Zone is amongst the best Jetski and boating places in Wisconsin. It was a great experience visiting there with family! The stuff is extremely polite, helpful and alert! They made us feel very secure and comfortable while riding the jetski as it was our first time. Very beautiful scenery and the finest place to have your jetski experience. Once you visit wake zone, you always look forward to come back. Just make sure to Book your jetski some time ahead so it wont be taken already on the time you arrive! Highly recommended!!

Good place but very expensive to rent the water motorboats

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Wake Zone goes above and beyond to be sure you have what you need! Make sure you have your boaters license if you were born after 1986...this is a law, not their rule.
