Passing through from Arizona, stopped in for lunch. We found Manager Karla and her crew friendly and welcoming. Our order was delivered fresh and hot. We found the dining area clean and we'll stocked. As we're the restrooms. Adequate parking for any size RV. We will stop here agsin.

I love Wendy's chili excellent food as it should be but the service girl at counter, shop sold me a ranch with my chicken nuggets to the saucy ones, like shr knew she was ripping mr off, not friendly. Lose you smile if your going to scam ppl with a smile young lady acting like manage. will not return to this location

Husband a baked potato. They were out. How can this happened? Two different Wendy's miles apart???

Pulled off the interstate for dinner and received unfriendly, unprofessional service, and burned (destroyed) burgers. Because of this I would not recommend the Wendy's in Ogalala to my friends.

I love the staff here they are always super friendly. William almost always helps me at the drive thru window and he is great! Attentive and if they're busy he will ler you know that foods on the way. Him&the rest of the crew will let you know if they will take some time with your order vs leaving you waiting in the car without knowing whats happening. The restaurant/bathrooms are always clean. Great place to sit down and have some food with friends or by yourself.

Service was good. Burgers were not warm. Cheese wasn't melted.

Stopped in on a Sunday night minimal wait time. Kiosk ordering was helpful. Food was standard Wendy’s. Decent bathrooms and a quick off on from the interstate.

Stopped here on a road trip. Awful frustrating experience. The guy taking our order at the drive thru kept having conversations with other people in the store while taking our order, I kept having to remind him what we ordered, he forgot to ask for drinks to go with meals. It was annoying, then we got our food, we got the wrong burgers, were missing the fries we ordered. It was such a mess. If you go there treat them like the children they are and tell them how to take your order and double checked EVERyTHINg!!!

One of the worst fast food places an experiences. They did not give a care that no one was getting there food. It took over 30 minutes to even get out the order just for them to forget it and have to remake it. They did not care that we were upset they said oh well. Do not come here it is a waste of time and space. Would not recommend coming here. All of the management left their workers to get yelled at. What a lack of professionalism.

Fast ,& friendly service. I must say that I've had better burgers at Wendy's. These were kind of dry like they had sat for awhile. Everything else was ok.

Came here late at night for food after concert and they were open as late as posted. McDonald's however couldn't even answer us when there was line in their drive through and they weren't supposed to close until midnight. McDonald's do better. Wendy's for the win.

The food was good, but the workers seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers and it took us 20 minutes to get our food. For fast food, it could have been faster.

Just no everyone, just go ANYPLACE else - the local dumpster perhaps. OK, first of all - where is the BEEF??? Secondly and probably more important is: IS THAT A BITE OUT OF MY BURGER??? GROSSO!! Third, what is this bun material? I don't think that can even be classified as bread. That just looses my business. FOREVER.

Nice, fast, but some stuff is pretty pricey; but then just order from the lower priced foods! :)

I went through the drive through, and the service was fast and friendly. The food was great.

This Wendy's location has a nice dining room and pretty friendly staff. The food definitely needs some help. The fries were old and luke warm. The hamburger and bacon were older and had been sitting there a while. When I spend $27.00 on two fast food meals I expect the food to be atleast fresh. I did not go have them make new food because we were in a hurry to get back on the road.

Reliable diet coke and burger wherever they are found :)

Everytime i come here its always great service

I don’t do reviews as much as I used too, but the experience here was not so good as the first. I had ordered a double stack for the drive back to Denver and they had forgotten the cheese on the burger. It may not seem like much but when you’re driving for a good amount of time but you will need that. I understand they were busy, but when I came back in the guy working the cashier gave me the cheese and didn’t offer a new one. I’ll let this slide this time, but please work on understanding what the customer ordered better.

I came here this morning in my semi truck before 8:00 when the dining room opened I called them to ask them if it would be okay if I could walk and order through the drive-thru and they said no problem! Very friendly staff, I appreciate them letting me do that!

I went to order chicken nuggets with bbq sauce meal and had a response before then but after I ordered it NOBODY responded to go to window or anything so I unfortunately had to drive off and I never drive off. Unless I absolutely had to

Fast friendly service. Food was hot, especially the fries. Bathroom was clean as well as the dining room. Update: as this location is right off the interstate prices are higher. ($1.99 chicken sandwich in Omaha is $2.99 here). But food is consistent and dining room has open tables even during lunch.

This Wendy's had a somewhat apocalyptic feeling from the outside. Its built on a giant concrete plinth. Slowest Wendy's experience I have ever had. it felt unreal. also the menu prices were inaccurate. Seriously, THE SLOWEST.

Why to busy for me , busy interstate off ramp

We had a church group of 14 and this restaurant had the fastest service at any food establishment I have ever been to. We were paying with one credit card transaction and they were filling the first orders before that last of us had even ordered. Amazing. If I could give more than five stars if give them all.

Did not get my chicken nuggets I ordered and they won’t answer the phone I have tried to call them 3 times to say hey I didn’t get my chicken nuggets but no answer the phone.

The two gentlemen working the night of 3-28-2023 were very professional and curious. They made my food super fresh at 10:00 at night and had positive attitudes thru my entire encounter. Great job and thank you.

Food is "ok." The last few months the buns have felt stale or as if they have been out all day. Staff is great. Order is always correct, they are fast, and personable. Store is clean and well stocked

Food was decent. The cashier was a pain. Requested one burger have nothing but cheese on it and the other Burger to be normal. She made both burgers plain and got agitated when I asked. I understand working fast food is a pain but it was a simple request.

I recently stumbled into Wendy's in Ogallala and boy, was I in for a treat! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, I felt like I was visiting old friends. The building was cleaner than a whistle and brighter than a new penny, making it the perfect spot for a quick bite. But what really stole the show were the modern ordering kiosks, which made ordering a burger as easy as pie (and just as delicious).

Really good deals for kids, a cheaper option than other fast food places plus who doesn’t love dipping fries into a Frosty!

The food was great, but their new touch screen ordering kiosk was horrible - slow & hard to change options. It wasn’t just us, the couple behind us had the same problem.

Kearney Nebraska needs to learn from the Wendy's out West.

Great customer service. The fries were cold a few times I've been there. Other than that good place to get good food.

The hidden gems are the salads. The Cesaer, Apple walnut and Southwest all come with very tender grilled chicken on top. For approximately $7.50 and only 450 calories, this is the tastiest and healthiest fast food meal out there!

It's Wendy's what can I say. To bake potato is fantastic the burger was good and they also have truck and RV parking limited but it is there. The place is freezing I will give it that so if it's hot outside it'll be cold inside which is kind of nice

Food was good, service was fair but they seem to be out of things often. Silly things like crackers for chilli two weeks in a row or the ketchup dispenser is out or doesn't work. The dinning room is freezing.

It was ok. The lady that was taking our orders kept having us wait while she trained a young, obviously new employee on different aspects of the job. I just felt Wendy's should give employees adequate training and not while making customers wait.
