Gave me 9 nuggets instead of 10

either always out of ranch or they always forget to give it to me, either way, considering they up charge for ranch, it would be nice to know before paying that i would almost never receive it. I also would not even order if i knew i would end up with dry nuggets.

**if you have food allergy or sensitivity** do not trust the nutrition/ingredient labeling. For your safety, assume there is a lot of cross contamination. I ate chicken nuggets that said they could contain milk and wheat, but afterwards I had a very strong reaction matching my egg sensitivity. On the Wendy's website there is more information than appeared on the ordering terminal - it says that nuggets might be cooked in oils exposed to other allergens such as egg, soy, etc. Well, per the strength of my reaction, that cross-contamination was more than trivial. Be careful.

The food was good and the staff were nice, the place was also very clean. Cheap biggey bag is great.

Unlike McDonald's, they actually have someone at the register taking orders. Sometimes, you get hot fries, burgers, and nuggets. Most of the time, my cheese is not melted, fries are cold, and the dining area is always dirty. The drink area is always messy and wet! The floors are so slippery that you have to walk with your feet on the floor because if you pick them up, you could step and fall.

Wendy's have the best fries 🍟 going. And the baconator is fantastic as well, but what really surprised me it the 5$ meal deal , four piece nugget, French fries and a junior bacon cheeseburger with a drink... All for 5$... Unbeatable...

We have gone to this restaurant since my family was kids. We usually enjoyed the experience and the food, but we went there recently and had a horrible time. The food was cold, and there was hair in the nuggets. I took a bite into a piece of chicken before realizing the was black chunks inside of it. The workers were gross too. We saw employees working with food without gloves on, and on of the workers came to the front register to help with a customer, (and had handled money) and went right back to the food!!! It was overall a terrible experience. If 0/5 stars was an option, that’s what I would have chosen.

Great food great service and cheap, all on top of an extremely clean restaurant.

Easily one of the Wendy's of all time.

French fries were cold, burger was cold. Nuggets were cold and dipping was not given. Shake got charged 75 cents extra. And the biggie bag of $5 was over $6. Poor meal will not be returning. Don't stop here.

Typical service from fast food place. Fast but the line cook was upset my husband wanted mayo and I had ordered no mayo.

Two hard to get four things right.

WORST DRIVE THRU!!! Waited 30 mins in the drive thru line to order and get food and they still messed up the order. No apologies for the long wait. No hello. No what was your order. Most mismanaged place I've ever been to. Time for Wendy's to train individuals the right way on proper customer service! Needless to say, won't be going back.

Guy at the counter was clutch with helping dish out coupons to my friends and I. He was tapping in all 5 of our orders at lightning speed. We got a ton of stuff and I don’t think any of us finished it cause it’s friggin Wendy’s. Classic experience where the food looks so much better than it really is but we alr knew that.

Website says store is open until 11 pm. I arrived at 10:35 to pick-up 2 deliveries, but was told the store was closed. If the store is going to close before their set time, they should turn off their delivery option before closing the store.

The order was taken and prepared wonderfully the drink areas was messy with wrappers and spills but that can be expected

This is a great location. Anytime we visit during lunch or dinner, the service is quick, and the food is great. The restaurant is always clean as well as the bathrooms and the drive thru is usually fast moving.

Quick delivery of food as advertised.

Service has plummeted here since the pandemic. The app is never accurate and they have been straight up closed sometimes and app ordering has not reflected it. They just screwed up a mobile drive through order massively. Made the order when received when it was clearly labeled drive through, and would do nothing to rectify it, either refunding or remaking the cold food. They said the app has to process the refund, which never happens. They also refused to remake the food even though the error was on their end. They will be getting a charge back if this is not fixed.

This Wendy’s got caught closing an hour early on Sunday, closed at 10PM when Google and the Wendy’s app says 11PM. If you don’t want to do the job, many others will. Get a grip.

Please hire people that can count! Urrrgh!

Very clean, and has a modern feel. They were quick and the food was fresh.

My favorite fast food and great staff too! Especially love dipping my chicken nuggets into my chilli. Plus they have my favorite fries of all fast food chains.

This place is always clean when I go in. Their food is also very consistently good.

Their hours say open till 11, I changed it on Google because they actually close at 10. When I spoke to the manager about it she threw up air quotes when saying they close at 11 then said "but we actually close at 10." I'm aware you're closed at 10 because I was here before 11 trying to order since I work 3rd shift. False advertising. Plus they changed the hours back to 11 on Google.

Ordered for delivery and one of my nuggets has a bite taken out of it. Between this and getting the wrong order/missing items frequently, this has to be the worst Wendy’s in the area.

Kitchen floor was disgusting, food was awful for the price we paid.

Found hair in my food after I found after I waited 30 minutes to get it.

Very disappointed went back after not returning for over a year after my last visit. Excited to try the new ghost pepper chicken burger. How ever there was entirely to much sauce the burger and the bun had been completely submerged in sauce. The chips were stale and Grose. The cashier was nice polite however that was the best part of the visit.

The Cob salad was delicious! I couldn't get over the flavor in the greens n I'm fussy. Best take out purchase EVER!

I had the new mozzarella burger and their frosty-cino and it is Delicious!! Didn’t think I’d find a coffee drink I like better than the one at McDonald’s, but now I have! Great job! And my husband had the new melonade and it was ok once mixed but too much flavor not enough ice.

Been here twice both times they sold me chillie meat second time I called to complain they said sorry and would send me some free meal coupons that was 2 years ago still waiting. And I know about wendy's quality standards as I worked for corporate Wendy's for 5 years

Customer service is a few employees weakness. Not a very inviting attitude or personality

The food was old, the hot coffee is cold. This is the worse food we've gotten from a Wendy's ever.

Only place where I actually enjoy their chicken sandwiches. Especially the chicken BLT. Yum!

I don't usually review fast food restaurants and especially not Wendy's. I got a burger that looked exactly like the one on the sign board. That is unusual for fast food. Then, the fries were the best I've had in awhile. And finally, the mango lemonade was as sweet as I could have wanted. I rolled up expecting just another Wendy's, but now I'll come back!

The manager meds to shut her yap and work on efficiency. Took 25 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and there were 15 employees inside. She took 5 minutes to instruct an employee on where to put a cup of soda.

I had to repeat my order 69 times and he still didn’t get it right. Service was terrible.

Was literally 1 of 2 cars in the drive through and my order was still wrong. Everything else was fine and I’d be more understanding if it was busy but it was dead, and I know I clearly stated my order. Not to mention the person at the window seems super out of it

Love the 4 & 5$ boxes!!! Great for quick stops!! Unfortunately the service today wasn't great. The cashier dropped nuggets on the counter and picked them back up with bare hands and put them back in the bag for a door dash order 😳😳😳then all of my order was just dropped into one bag. My order 4 burgers 2 4pc nug 2 fries I have attached a photo.

It's Wendy's food. Not as good as burger king but it's not their fault. This place was clean and the staff was nice so this is a good Wendy's.

The service at the drive thru especially in the morning is terrible. The young man taking orders and handling the window is plain awful at his job. He can’t understand you through the speaker and frequently gets orders wrong. Not to mention the long wait times when there isn’t even another customer there. He moves frantically and is concerning with how many mistakes he visibly makes from the mere minutes I’m there. I’ve seen people drive off from the ridiculous wait times. The past few months this establishment has dropped off hard and I think the owner being cheap has something to do with it. Understaffed likely for a good reason. Don’t go here especially for breakfast. Go to the Bangor one if you need a fix.

Cashier taking orders and cards at 5pm on march 28th had an open sore on his thumb bleeding 🤢. I asked why he hasn't covered it with a bandaid and he said it's not that big of a deal. I'm never coming to this Wendy's every again

Cannot stress ENOUGH that the employees are fantastic. If there were a hypothetical new Wendy's in a similar location run by the same employees, I would go every day of my life. The one star is for the cheap owner who refuses to pave over a huge, unavoidable pothole in the drive-thru, which you are not warned about until you're already past the point of no return. Thanks for the paper sign at the ordering kiosk, dude, what am I supposed to do? Turn around? There's three cars behind me and the curb to the right makes it, effectively, a funnel ushering people to the car-swallowing pothole. At 2 mph, the thing made my car freak out and I had to miss two days of work getting it fixed. Not cool, man. If you're craving a Frosty and need it so badly you don't wanna drive 20 minutes to Bangor, dear God, save yourself the expense and order inside.

I've been ordering from here for a few months now and they have not once gotten my order right! I've always had to go back and get it fixed.

Horrible experience, huge pothole almost tipped my car in the drive through, they forgot the extra ranch and straw I asked for and clarified twice. Got two large meals and was given a small frosty and small fry with it which is bs. If I’m spending $20 I expect my order to be correct.

If you want to wait 20 minutes just to get the wrong order this is the place to go

Friendly service always at this cozy Wendy's store in Orono, Maine. Clean store. Food is good. I went with my brother and my sister-in-law, who complained that her burger was not warm enough, so they reheated it. The 4 for $4 meal is a great deal. One day one of the managers took my order for a six-piece spicy nuggets, but then gave me a ten-piece, and said I didn't need to pay for it! I'm not sure why she did that.

Best deal in town for fast food is the "4 for $4" !

Never get what I order, can't have cheese and they ALWAYS put cheese on... no matter how many times I repeat it when placing order

Busy drivethru went inside to order.

This was the first time I've gone to this location and had them be confused about orders they had in drive thru. It took a few extra minutes but we got the right order and it was hot and fresh

Food is good, order correct. However all visible employees are not taking COVID 19 seriously and wearing masks improperly (not covering their nose or mouth furring food preparation or service through drive through).

By far the best fast food location in the old Town area. Food is always fast and fresh but the staff here has some of the best customer service skills ive seen. I'm convinced the workers here are from a different field and are grossly overqualified for the job they're in.

They have my salad&a great breckfast sandwich.
