This restaurant used to be perfect. Good quick nice workers and food always fresh. Recently the quality of person at the window has gone way down. No capable of taking order and operating the window. I waited 2 minutes for her to take my payment while she was taking another order, then she holds my card for another two minutes while she takes another order, all the while my food is sitting on the counter next to her. Go to the McDonald’s across the street, they are nice and fast.

One of the best burgers in the market. Hands down.

Staff likes to argue with customers, the manger would not even speak to us.

I stopped here yesterday for lunch and walked into a chaotic scence. A customer was being loud, rude and somewhat threatening to the manager. I waited a moment for her complaints to be acknowledged and after she was given proper information to contact upper management, she continued to provoke the manager yelling things at her. The manager did an excellent job to stay calm and continue making sandwiches. I have been in her shoes and I would have simply asked the lady to order or leave. I finally got fed up and spoke over the rude lady, asking to be served (in so many words). The cashier responded with a smile and took my order. The staff did GREAT!! My food was fresh and prompt. The restaurant was clean as well!

I ordered nuggets and one of the nuggets was a spicy nugget. I gave these to my unsuspecting friend who has a gastrointestinal immune disorder. This nugget has caused him to spiral.

Ordered from this place today Jun 16 2024 the order was completely wrong and missing items not to mentionthe food was cold as fudge.If i was able to rate this place 0 stars you would be the first fast food place.i will never order from this place again.Staff seems untrained also people want what they pay for especially when the spending 28 dollars + on it.dont recommend this place to no one.

The taste and portion size were good, but the biscuit crumbled while trying to eat it.

I ordered the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant breakfast sandwich and it was horrible! The chicken was like one giant chicken nugget and had gaps in it. The sauce was barely there and the crossiant peeled off onto the wrapper. Gross! I thought the chicken would be actual chicken like their lunch chicken sandwich.

They were out of toilet paper for the entire restaurant. The manager said they had ordered more but haven’t arrived yet and then offered napkins as a substitute. A good manager would run to Walmart to get more toilet paper if your entire restaurant is out. That also means the staff who is cooking food doesn’t have TP. Made my mom upset

Ordered a breakfast burrito. They skimped out on the cheese sauce and bacon...and I was the only one in line and had to wait...it was still cold. Disappointed but I don't go to this location very often. Otherwise it's fine.

The service was very nice, the shop was clean and the burgers were fresh and 😋

Did not give me all the toppings that are supposed to come on the salad and we waited 15 minutes at the window for it just to be wrong

It's the basics of Wendys, normal service, they take time to serve.

Went for breakfast at like 7 and Ben was fast and very nice. I also loved the way he put the food in the bag, very neat and organized

I got served a baconator with one patty, (everyone knows its supposed to be served with 2 patties) when i went to return the burger, a lady rudely throws away the burger i returned, only for them to make me another sandwich with one patty barely any bacon inside. Looking at me like im crazy, they don't even know their own menu. Then the lady wants to argue with me and say i had to order the baconator with 2 patties, which is COMPLETELY WRONG. The baconator comes just as the picture show. I've never had such a terrible experience at a Wendys. Avoid this one at all costs Complete trash, so trash that i had to write a review

Un Helpful staff that did not attempt in the slightest to resolve an Uber Eats Delivery despite accepting the order.

Straight dump. Foods always cold and order is never correct, probably because the order taker barely speaks English. Whole crew playing around in back with a line of people in the drive thru. It’s crazy you can still fail at such a basic simple task.

I ordered a baconator and fries. She gave me baconator fries. WTH 🤦‍♂️ Also posted store hours says it closes at 10pm but I was there at 7 and the doors were locked. Only the drive thru was open.

Most of the employee's were awesome a few months ago.... but these new kids have no manners and don't even check the bags leaving out burgers from your order.. wasting your time.. please train these kids. Edit 11/12/22: Wrong again, girls who obviously have 0 motivation gave me a bacon cheeseburger instead of a dbl stack. Got 3 nuggets.. not 4.. 3,1,23 Cold nuggets. Overcooked fries. 1/17/24 Service is severely lacking. Long wait times both at mic and at window with poor service while they are not even busy. And they burned the fries , brown and gross

Previously really liked this location, but week night crew is lacking. Placed a mobile order for a frosty. 5 mins later I pull up to the speaker and the girl says she can’t find it and told me to come inside. That’s horrible service. When people are expecting to go to a drive thru only, we’re not prepared to go inside. What if I didn’t have shoes on? What if the lobby was closed (they close at 10). You should have me pull up to the window and show my order confirmation and you can figure it out.

Please dont go to this wendy during the weekend at night, they serve low quality at a high price

I had to wait because they were short staff.. however, the girl with the wig was awesome 👌 and did a great job!

Every time I come here I order through the drive through. They are pretty good. I only had one bad experience but I came back again and the service was much better.

Update 12/23: Management at this location has changed and it shows. The restaurant is open predictable hours, is clean and the service has drastically improved. I have modified my rating based on my recent experiences here. Location is closed as often as it is open. Update: I originally gave this location two stars. I have removed one due to this location refusing to honor a promotion that they have advertised on the counter next to the register. One star establishment ran by a one star manager who leads a 'team' of one star shift managers. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

The customer service here was outstanding I messed up my order a few times and the manager Chris was so nice and changed it for me with smile and the cashier Rihanna was so sweet I had to write this review because they deserve it . Good work on friendly environment

Sincerely this has been the only Wendy’s I’ve eaten at where my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was steamy, fries were fresh and the overall presentation of the food was so well put together, the shift that’s in right now 10/13 @6p you all ROCK! And I’m hoping that you’re being treated fairly and with respect because it has been over 5 years since I’ve had food taste so good so fresh from any Wendy’s anywhere, keep up the great work!

Must be short-staffed. ( like some places) took a long time to get waited on. Got home, the sandwich was horrible ( ranch chicken wrap) and looked like thrown together. Could not eat without putting it on a plate, using a fork, knife. Staff seemed flustered. Will give them one more try and hope for better results. There were other people upset. Did not get their entire order ( dine in)

Went through drive thru ordered a single and spicy chicken meal medium. Paid at window, very pleasant person. I waited for a simple order which ok will take a 'few' minutes, however it took way too long over 10 minutes then they instructed me to move ahead by the door and wait. Ok I did expecting it to be out in a minute, but nooooooooo I waited longer, and all those behind me received their order and l was still waiting on my simple order!!!! So I went around the front, went into the restaurant and asked if there was a problem? They looked at me like " who are you"? I said I've been waiting well over 15 minutes for a simple order would you believe they never made my order!!!!!!!!! And then when they did they just threw it in the bag and kind of shoo me away. 🤔 Terrible service. I could maybe understand if they were short of help or busy inside, but nooo they had 5 people working and the dining room was empty. So you tell me what's the problem Wendy's????

We consider this the local fast food favorite with lots of healthy options (salads, baked potatoes, chili, veggies on your burger)

5 stars compared to your average fast food spot. Location can get busy but they manage well. Food never cold and service moves reasonably. In today's world, that gets a 5. Freestyle machines sometime out of options as a negative.

I was excited to try the new crispy fish sandwich. It looked great but no taste at all

It’s back! The Wild Caught Alaskan whitefish. A little pricey (but everything is getting expensive) still a great sandwich. Yummy!

Your employees are very nice but the food quality was terrible, I can remember your burgers hot and juicy and the cheese baked potatoes were runny cheese. And this is at every Wendy’s I have visited

Decent trip my lat time. A little understaffed but tried the new Mozzarella chicken sandwich and it wasn't half bad.

I love Wendy's. I was however disappointed with their mozzarella hamburger sandwich. I didn't read it properly I guess and I didn't realize it was chicken and hamburger and I didn't care for the chicken or sauce. Normally I love everything there this was just not as good in my opinion.

No problem. I got my order correct and my lemonade was good.

Received order by uber eats and they had no bake potatoes and forgot my fries as well as the condiments I asked for. Need to be reimburse for my order.

The last three times I have had breakfast at this location, there wasn’t any bacon on my sandwich and very little honey butter. So I had chicken on a dry croissant. The prices are too high to make mistakes like that! Do better! I couldn’t call and speak to a manager because the call wouldn’t go through even though I tried for an hour.
