If you love cold cheeseburgers and a hot dining room this is the place for you! employees are nice but this place has been out of ac for months now..the employees said they are waiting on a part..hey corporate get your stuff together! Cheese is never melted at all on burgers and the last burgers I got was dry..Dave would be turning in his grave is he knew about this..these employees are working without air conditioning! In Florida during the summer..I'm surprised this place is still open...

You say it's just Wendy's? No, it's actually FAST food. It's always hot and fresh and FAST! I LOVE how they bag each meal separately. I can be the driver and hand everyone their own meal, it's awesome. Each time I get someone different in the drive-through, they are always courteous and helpful! We love this location and each time we are in the area they get our business. My wife has been inside to use the bathroom and she says they are clean and smell fine. The lobby appears to be clean. To the employees- thanks for your hard work, you're doing a great job! P.s. don't even THINK about removing spicy nuggets again!

Very dirty store with flys everywhere in the dining room. Worst food I have ever had at a Wendy’s … old grease used for sure with no taste in the food. No ketchup, napkins or straws no to mention no sprite in any of the options or coke flavored products either. Keep driving by this one guys

And the same thing happened cold food everything was cold bad attitude from young lady with pink hair the young man making the sandwich and the drive thru young lady with glasses it's a shame how they would give you cold food you tell them and then they give you the same food again which made me go in this time to get fresh food even the customer sitting at the. Tables said their food was cold had the nerve to bring out the same food twice I'm disappointed I'm never going back

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Someone peed all over the bathroom. The workers don’t care and are moving in slow motion. All the fountain drinks were out and no sweet tea.

Drink machine was empty except for lemonade and tea. The customer in front of us had to return to counter 3 times to get her order correct. Disappointing.

The customer service at the pick up window was not so great. The teenager who took our order at the drive through was not very polite. ("What do you want?") Guess I have been spoiled by the customer service at other fast food drive ups..ie: Chick-Fil-A and The Cook Out.

Quick stop, food was hot and good.

Has a Interview for manager position in this location and I have to say having over 25 years experience in different fast food chains and corporate and franchise stores this is store is honestly Extremely Clean and Very friendly staff I am truly hoping to get this Job 🙏❤️🙏 I literally am praying for it. You don't come across stores specifically off a main highway like 301 Waldo area that due to location alone so it's automatically a busier store then a average wendys and walk in and it's spotless no strange smells no trash anywhere floors swept and this was literally towards the end of lunch rush. So I am so throwing out fist bumps to the Management team and Team members on a Beautiful Store! ❤️🎈🎈🎈💐👏👏👏👏🤩💯👊👊👊👊

Was there to grab some quick food through the drive-in what's a little disappointed when I was told I couldn't get all of the food that I had ordered after I pulled to the window because the manager only wanted to sell me one four-piece chicken nugget for a dollar instead of the two I ordered seems like a place that's in the business to sell food should be selling food to the customers when they order it not waiting till they get to the window to pay and be told sorry we're not selling you that

They only want to deal with drive thru service.

THE FOOD WAS GREAT. THE PLACE WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ON IT. SMOOTH. THE MANAGER WAS ON POINT WITH HER CREW AND PATRONS. FOOD WAS NICE AND HOT AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENTLY EXECUTED.

Super rude staff. They handed me my food, I asked for honey mustard and the girl said "there's ketchup in the bag" and slammed the window. Waited for her to reopen it to ask yet again for honey mustard. She rudely gave it to me and slammed the window again. I sat there til she opened it back up and asked for my drink that she hadn't given me yet. I dunno if she's having a bad day or what, but get her out of the drive through window and put someone more pleasant there!

I ordered a meal at the drive through. At the window, I paid with my debit card and was presented the meal (which was correct) but no receipt. I asked for the receipt and departed. The next day, I noted my bank charge was higher than my receipt. I called and spoke to the manager (twice). She acknowledged a 'problem' and offered me a meal of my choice or a refund. I asked for the refund. She said she would take care of that. She did not. I contacted Wendy's corporate office and was told I would receive a refund. I have not. I called again and was told the district manager would contact me. He/She has not. I sent an email follow up to the phone call and then THREE follow up emails with no response whatsoever. I contacted my bank, disputed the charge and received a partial refund within one day. Based upon the non-existent support from this company to my complaint, I will no longer frequent any Wendy's establishment and would advise any potential customer who uses a card to make sure you check your receipt against your posted amount. Not that Wendy's will likely address any discrepancy, but the issuer of your card may help. I can see why Wendy's get 1 star customer reviews at the Better Business Bureau.

Food was awful, cold and hard buns on burgers if hadn't been down the road would have really pitched a fit. Guess the animals eat that night and won't be going back

It was first time at this location. Quick service, friendly staff and the burger meal that I ordered was the best I had in a long time from Wendy's. Would definitely make my routine to stop the for lunch more often.

The fries were nice and hot and fresh hamburger was not dry but fresh especially for 8pm did a great job

To be honest, I pulled in 10 minutes before supposedly closing time and all employees were by the dumpsters. They said they were folding boxes, but they were all laying on the ground not it out and we all know what nodding out is.

Drive thru moved right along even tho the restaurant was busy.

Asked for hot water from the coffee machine or hot water line outside of the sink so I could warm a bottle and was initially told they didn't have anything behind the counter. Another employee overheard and corrected the first employee. I asked for no tomatoes on my burger but of course I got them anyway. When we got our food my boyfriend heard his truck alarm going off at the back of the parking lot so he went outside to check on our dog and turn the alarm off. No sooner When he came back in did our dane set it off again. Understanding the urgency due to the location of the truck being at the order box, the ignorant manager l shouted into the dining room threatening to call a tow truck if the owner of the truck didn't turn off their alarm. As if it was intentional. A couple guests spoke out against the manager, which was nice considering, It's a trend in today's society to be disrespectful. This location is no longer our stop on the way through to Tampa. Not that it matters.

Best coffee I had in a long time. Manager was super friendly.

I expect Wendy's to be better than the competition. Burger didn't have a lot of flavor and the counter staff shorted my order which I caught before I left the store. It won't be a regular stop for me.

The line inside was about 10 deep and moved very slowly (the drive thru was moving much faster). I ordered the pretzel baconator. As we got back on the road, we realized they didn't give us what we ordered. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. The bathroom was clean.

The spicy chicken sandwich was rubbery and too spicy it was orange... Too much mayo .. the fries were way greasy .. and the service was too long of a wait to get service and the food .. people ordering after us got their food and we waited 15 minutes and won't be back

Did drive through. All was fine but nothing special.

No one greeted us when we walked up. It took forever for the cashier to even walk up to the register for us to order our food. Then my husband's frosty was pretty melted on top of that. Won't be going back.

There food was fresh & hot. The drive thru cashiers were so pleasant & prompt. Our order was repeated for confirmation & delivered with a smile.

I gave 3 stars because we had to make a pit stop. We didn't purchase anything. Very clean.

Stopped there on way to Charleston SC from Ocala at first I was optimistic but boy was I wrong to think the worst crew was young and very professional polite and respectful something I haven't experienced in quite awhile manager and employees need to be recognized as examples of Wendy's will be my preferred stop here on out good job guys

Ive had a 50-50 with cold burgers so i usually get nuggets.

You never know when you're traveling, but the oil the chicken nuggets were fried in hadn't been changed in quite a while.l, and the drink machine was nasty tasting, probably never been cleaned.

Town needs to clean up the area behind the restaurant and across the street.
