For fast food the burgers are pretty good. They are fast preparing the burgers. You can eat at the premises or order with your car.

Used to like Wendy’s years ago. The burger I got recently was ultra dry and diminutive. Nothing like the pic of the juicy burger they boast. I took a bite and had to throw it out. Gave the other “burger” to my dogs and felt bad.

It's an average Wendy's, which means good fast food at a good price. Wendy's is the only fast food place that doesn't wreck my guts. The staff here are friendly and they haven't messed up a single order since I've been eating there. The fries are always hot and the burgers are always burgery. What more do you want?

I don't go here often because 6 times out of 10, they mess up my order. Always through the drive threw, and I don't notice until I reach my destination. Update: Three weeks later and this time I'm missing part of my order, and they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Super square dumplings like dhab, the service was smiling and the soda machine is so hot! We don't have all these kinds in Canada!

They got rid of the only thing on the menu I could eat, the grilled chicken sandwich, and then replaced it with some chicken wrap that really is not good at all. I can't eat at Wendy's anymore. After 3 tiny bites, I threw the wrap out, and the fries were real bad also. I threw it all away, but the soda.

First time eating inside.. tables were dirty, don't think they had been wiped down in days. Whole place needed a good cleaning!

Been getting there 3 dollar BLT crispy chicken sandwich. I have to say for fast food they definitely have the best value and taste. Veggies appear to be pretty fresh to.

I mean, it's Wendys. The food rarely varies between franchises, but I find them to be more affordable and better quality food than McDonald's and Burger King who cannot justify their rising prices with subpar food.

The Wendy's Pretzel Bun Baconater was the WORST burger I have ever had. The burgers and bacon were waaay overdone. Was there a piece of cheese ? I don't know...I couldnt see it. Spare yourself disappointment....go to McDonalds...or, better yet...go to Five Guys...both are just down the road.

Had to change from 4 star to just one. The dining room was a pig sty. 11:15 in the AM not busy 3 people inside and maybe 6 or 7 cars in line outside. For this location that's nothing. At least 8 employees working. soda machine looked like it was never cleaned the night before totally covered with soda splatter. When my wife spoke to one of the employees she was told they have been too busy to clean. Instead of being embarrassed the employees started talking about us ( I'm standing right here and can hear you). Looking around more floor was a mess wrappers and sticky spills, ketchup on the walls , and I'm not sure what is on some of the ceiling tiles. My thought is if the dining room looks like this how is the kitchen? Not sure what's going on here but this is the worst I have ever seen this place. Change in management? Or just don't care?

Cashier couldn't tell me why a $5 Biggie Box cost me $6.48. I get the $.48 tax, but found out that the $5 box is now $6. She couldn't explain that, just shrugged her shoulders and said, "Well, not everything in the Five Below store is $5." Dumb explanation.

Portions are unusually small and way to expensive for what it is very disappointed and won't go back.

Fastest drive thru around, great customer service!

I had an interview scheduled. I kept getting messages leading up that it was happening and the day of my interview I got ready. An hour before my interview I received a final confirmation message letting me know it was happening. I drove 45 minutes to this location to pull into the parking lot to find the lights out and doors locked. I spent a half hour (I was early) messaging, calling and trying to get in contact with someone. I even called the Augusta location to ask for help. Nobody answered the phone, and it has now been 5 days. Again - 5 whole days and not a single manager or employee has reached out to me to fix this. As a teenager who is trying to graduate, handle 2 jobs and sports I do not appreciate being screwed over. I will not be supporting this location in the future.

Food is great no problem there, but every time I go to this location the workers are so nasty. I’ve personally worked in customer service and would never treat anyone the way that these workers treated me. Rolling their eyes when I try to use an offer deal that the app published. It’s ridiculous.

28$ for two adults. Both orders were not right and the employees in the drive though had the nastiest attitude. I don’t understand how fast food places are staying open with the greedy prices and terrible service

The manager in here made fun of my autistic daughter for crying in the bathroom. I reported it to corporate and it's supposed to be handled. Her name was Laurie. Extremely disrespectful. Luckily my sister in law stuck up for my daughter and told me everything after.

CONSTANTLY closing early, when hours state they close at 12 am- and they are, depending on who you talk to on the phone. Must be awesome getting to leave early from work while some of us can't and have to rely on inconsistent businesses for dinner.

Went threw drive threw. They forgot half my order. I asked for ketchup. She literally threw it at me and some dropped on the grownd she was trying to go Soo fast. Have we replaced Speed with accuracy' and Customer service. I called. But it goes to voice mail saying no one can answer this call.

Went through the drive thru to get a Dave's single with cheese .. got my order went a block away put my hand in the bag and the burger wasn't even warm .. turned around and brought it back to the counter and told the girl the burger was cold, so much so it didn't melt the cheese even .. she said sorry we'll make another .. at which time the guy making the burger answers the phone .. uses the register and then goes back to make my burger .. never changed the gloves he had on! I speak to the young girl at the register and said, I'll just take my money back .. I did and left .. never again! That is unsanitary to not change gloves and work a register among other things .. A friend and I opted to place our to-go order inside due to the number of cars in the drive thru lane. We, along with a few others, waited for over 5 minutes and we were ignored. I spoke up and asked if someone was available to please take our orders. Seems there were several mix-ups with drive thru orders and all attention was filling these orders. A woman, who appeared to be the manager, yelled back "I'm only one person!" yet there were several employees working in the kitchen area and four at the single drive thru window. The kitchen was very clean, food prep items were fresh and abundant. A young woman finally was signed into the register and took our orders. Upon leaving, we observed that the drive thru line was quickly moving along. Had we waited in the drive thru instead of going inside, I'm sure we would have had our food and been on our way several minutes sooner. Poor customer service; good food. The attitude of the manager was unacceptable. I understand being busy- but to ignore customers then treat them with rudeness is a poor business practice. This manager certainly needs a few lessons about providing customer service and should be setting an example for the underlings. Won't be going back.

Waterville wendys- Food was good kitchen staff and person taking my order did great... but one of the managers (I think it was a manager) was snappy at what seemed to be a new hire. She passively aggressively told off the girl that had taken my order. Sje told her to "make sure youre asking if theyre dining in or if its take out". Another person waiting in line jumped in and told her the new hire had asked him and I told her they asked me and she doubled down on what she had said earlier to the new hire. I'm not surprised that wendys is always hiring because of how they let managers talk to their staff (especially new staff that are just learning). Seems to be a common theme with all fast food restaurants. The person taking my order was really kind though and I hope she's doing well.

Great place but I was a little concerned with how my mobile order was handled. They have a shelf near the wall where mobile orders are placed for your to walk in and pickup.
