I don't get food here. I just got a fountain drink. The wait line for drive thru sucks some times. But the staff has always been friendly.

Whataburger has really disappointed me in their service. I am a big fan. However the service is really dropped. I am always getting sorted my food. I did a curbside order and was shorted an item and my food was made wrong. So I look at it this way. I was shorted a $4 item and $3 worth of add-ons. So they Stole $7 from me by taking my money and not providing the items. This happens all the time. They never give napkins for curbside, EVER! It is not hard to provide your customers with good service. All you need to do is give a damn. That's it.

anthony served me and he was very kind and caring and paid much attention to detail of my order. i could tell he knew what he was doing, and my food was incredible.

Our first visit to a Whataburger. We we out of town and ate at many places sometimes spending 150 plus for a meal for 3. We spent 36 bucks and probably the best meal in the area lol. Florida restaurants are not impressive when it comes to the food. Service is great everywhere we went to Whataburger really surprised us with house good it was.

The worst whataburger ever at night , they are very slow with every order. They Have two drive thrus but only keep one open at night. I have even ordered ahead and still took 10+ minutes to get my order after I arrived. I have been here countless nights and their service has not changed. Don’t come here past 9pm

Ok food but there were too many workers standing around doing nothing for such a dirty lobby. Multiple people ran their gloved hands thru their hair or tucked their hair behind their ears, which seems like an issue. The front counter kid was more concerned with the back-house conversation than giving us our order that was hanging on a hook by the drive thru. The phone rang, and a young lady ran to the bathroom to loudly give it to who I assumed was the manager. The food was good but we would not visit this location again.

Almost an hour to get 2 burgers!

I only eaten at a Whataburger about three times and I would describe it as a Whopper on a better bun. As for this location the food came out fast, hot, and fresh. However a few less flies flying around in the dining room would be nice.

Food was really good. Everything was hot and fresh. We had a group of five and they left one fry off the tray when they brought the food out. Went to the counter on the side of the order taker and employees just walked by and didnt acknowledge me so I take a star off of service.

Literally the worst Whataburger location in the country. They can NEVER get orders correct. It looks like it's ran by highschool kids that have zero supervision and management is non existent. Stay far away from this place. IT'S AWFUL!!!!

Couldn't ask for better service from a fast food restaurant. Special ordered a double cheeseburger combo, it was delivered to our table fresh, hot and made to order just as we had asked for.

I know this is a busy location and most businesses are short-staffed but you should not have to wait 15 minutes to get food in a Drive-Thru it's supposed to be convenience fast food

Order two things from the breakfast. Spend over 30 min waiting on my food. 4 other people got their food before I could even get an answer on where my food was. Asked them where my food was they didn't have any idea. Won't give me refund because I didn't have my receipt. But I paid with a card will not go back to whataburger in Navarre again. Didn't even get my food.

We are a local business in town. We do safety meetings Monday mornings and try to spread out business around. Today will be the final time we buy from whataburger. We call in the night before and order 40 sausage biscuits. We tell them be ready by 630. 3 times now the “night shift didn’t tell the day shift” I know there is a night shift manager so why aren’t they doing there jobs?

Service was very new the counter, and she showed her inexperience. The kitchen was extremely slow, and it took over 30 minutes to get our to go order!

Not at all worth the effort. I expected so much more. We went after our day at the beach. So it just did the trick.

I'm very familiar with Whataburger and the food and service that comes from eating at a Whataburger. I have to say tonight was no different than any other night I eat at whataburger in Texas, but it was also very different in the same aspect. The food was delicious and tasty as it is expected and always should be, but I met one of the workers tonight, Donald was so exceptional at his job and made everyone not only feel special but he was so attentive to every last detail. I watched him go above and beyond at every aspect of his scope of duties. I hope his hard work and great personality doesn't go unnoticed! Great worker and is literally what whataburger was built on, he enjoyed his job! I run a glass company in San Antonio, TX and Donald inspired me in the tiny amount of time I spent in your facility tonight. We should all aspire to do better and be better like Donald! Thank you!

This is honestly one of the crappiest meals we’ve ever received. The service was awful. I had no sauces in my bag and after waiting 30 minutes in line for our food it was cold and all made completely wrong and lazily. I had what looked like a multiple hours old burger patty put on the tiniest bun and I had ordered a #1 meal. There was no toppings on my burger and all of our fries were cold. You would think after being in line for so long that it would be taking them so long to create orders because it was all coming out fresh. Absolutely ridiculous. We have never had a good experience at this establishment and the management is absolutely unhelpful

The fries were pretty good, but the patty melt was so greasy I could hardly finish it. I had high hopes for this place.

Both burgers were missing cheese, which we paid for. The staff seemed frustrated for having to remake them and we received new sloppy burgers with WAY too much ketchup and mayonnaise that we had to open up and wipe off the excess.

I always go to the drive thru. The one here in Navarre has 2 lanes & a girl came out last pm & took my money & made change for me right then. The food is always hot; Prepared when you order!!!

Food and staff here with all WAB is normally great, with truth to be told, I can not recall ever hearing neg comments about this location. This evening however has proven to test my belief that this location has their stuff together. All was good... until it wasn't. I guess seeing inappropriate behavior.... and notifing management about the incident... leads to learning not to say anything at all... since it involved a manger. Good ridden will not be going back to WAB in Navarre. ***Will see how corporate feels about incident.

Awful experience each and every time we are here. Order is never correct and we only go there as a last resort because of the close proximity to where we live. We have decided to simply go home to eat and save ourselves the anguish that trying to get two meals correct causes.

Whataburger is not as good as it used to be. The wait is long, but I guess that's because it is cooked fresh.

Pull up to the drive through and said she needs a moment. I wait and wait until finally said screw it. Obviously only 1 person is working there, thinking they can handle the morning rush themselves keeping the labor percentage down. Don't waste your time here

Whataburger has amazing, fresh cooked food. There may be a wait at times, but it is worth it. This particular restaurant gets ten stars from me. The cashier Melissa is always friendly, highly efficient and remembers our order every time. All of the staff gets high marks but she is exceptional. All breakfast menu items are available now after peak season.

Pretty upset! I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal and large fry for my son. Got home and saw that they charged me again for the meal. Had to go back to the store to get a refund for the additional meal. Noticed I didn’t have the card I used in my purse but figured I had left it at home. Next morning I noticed my credit card was missing. The only thing I had bought was the meal, so I called the whataburger to see if they had it. Would be unusual since I went thru the drive thru, but they had it!!!! Thank god but had to drive BACK up there to get my card which I told them all the details, name, type of credit card and was still made to go get my id for the card. Ridiculous! And what In the world is going on over there to get so much wrong??!?!?

Best fast food burger I've had in a long time. A little slow to fill orders, but worth the wait. Also, you get what you pay for. This isn't McDonald's quality, so don't expect to pay McDonald's prices.

Whataburger continues to deliver great food at a reasonable price. Was more is is delicious and I can expect the same delicious sandwich wherever I go. This location was very clean, and the staff was very courteous. Things are a little slow, so there were some joking going on in the back, but overall it was a great visit.

There is a gentlemen that works the late night drive thru window named David, he is an outstanding employee and always provides phenomenal service. I can always trust my order will be 100% perfect when David is working the drive thru!

We decided to go to Whatabuger Resturant in Navarre, FL and we were impressed with the quality of food and the service! I highly recommend Whataburger restaurants!

I am sadden to write whataburger such a negative review but this place needs to be shut down. My parter and I grabbed this on our road trip and the food was inexcusable. The tomato on our sandwiches were soggy and yellow. Bacon was fatty, the toast wasn’t even toasted… lettuce was wilted. After eating this, I immediately felt nauseous, I had bad stomach pains the rest of the day. I’m inclined to think I got food poisoning from here. I will never eat here again. I don’t recommend anyone eating here.

I gave this location another chance and have been back a few times since. My first trip here it was mediocre but since then it’s been amazing. Best fast food burger hands down.

This isn’t a local establishment for me so we thought we would try it while in Navarre. The food is better than McDonald’s but lower than restaurant quality burgers. I would eat there again. The only complaint I had was the flies. But I understand that cannot be helped with customers in and out all day.

Food was stale and barely warm. It was obvious the food had been sitting out and there was an slight attempt rewarm the food. My daughter had Grilled Cheese and it was merely toast with two slices of unmelted cheese. My son had a #1 that was drowning in mustard. The sandwich had more mustard than beef. I had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Again, stale bread, cold chicken strips and unmelted cheese. The service was "okay". The cashier was not polite but she wasn't rude either. Most of the tables had not been wiped off and several of them still had trash on them from previous guests. I could understand if this place was slammed but it was about 4 in the afternoon and there were only two other guests in the restaurant. Sorry to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Didn’t even eat the food yet but the service was incredible. There were about 12 cars ahead of us when we got here at 11:30 pm and they were rolling orders out quickly. Great job by those hard workers! 7/13/2023 night crew

I work nights so I often go on my nights off. The night drive-thru guys are my favorite. They're so sweet and never mess up my order. I even got a free cookie last time ☺️

Great coffee and some times I get the egg biscuit great place to eat very friendly staff. and that's the difference. every now and then some one will get your order wrong, but they are so friendly it don't matter you find your self humble and patient 5⭐

Waited almost 30 mins just to be told to move ahead for 2 burgers and 2 fries when the car ahead had at least 4 bags and they were not told to move not to mention we were told it would be a min please pull up when.i declined they handed me my food right away so why have me pull up

First experience at Whattaburger and wow!! The fries were reminiscent of DcMonald's from back in the day, perfectly cooked, salted well and the burger was delicious! Hot, not too greasy and the perfect amount of toppings!! Will definitely visit again!

The Patty Melt on Brioche Bread adding Jalapeños & Bacon makes it the best thing on the menu! The past couple times the service was poor and bad from the front. We waited a long time for the food. There was a man in the front blocking the view but our food was ready for several minutes as we waited nearly 20 minutes for 2 meals. Our order was never called out and I had to go up and ask if that was our food then waited a minute for them to confirm it was ours. The meal strongly said "WhatABurger", sadly the service was "WhatALetDown".

I'd always heard of Whataburger but never tried it. The burger was simple (nothing fancy) but tasty, the bun may have been the best fast food burger buns I've ever had. Fries were okay, not bad but nothing special, chicken tenders were much like the fries.

Ordered 4 burgers and 2 sweet teas , only got 3 burgers and 1 sweet tea . Payed at the window for an additional burger and pulled up to the second window . Manager came out saying he needed to see a receipt to give us the food , he checked the receipts all 3 and said he didn’t see it and that we had to go on with our day basically after paying for it . Worst manager I’ve ever met , needs to be fired honestly . Cook in the kitchen even said she saw our order .

This place is very slow. Food is always room temperature or cold. Never and I mean NEVER use the their app to order delivery. I swear they are like the cable company, "we'll be there between 8am-5pm"... all around worst Whataburger Restaurant around.

My whole order was wrong, the plain cheese burger had mustard and pickles, whataburger with no onions had onions, and the double cheeseburger with no pickles had pickles.
