Whidbey Pies did the pies for my wedding. They were incredibly easy to work with and had the pies all boxed up and ready the day before the big day. Highly recommend having pie instead of cake at your wedding. It was a hit!

The best pie you can get in a grocery store in Washington. Never been disappointed. Never too sweet. Great crust. Always worth going out of the way for if homemade isn't an option. So many others out there cutting corners, making a syrupy pie or a boring crust. These are the real deal fresh or frozen. I love u Whidbey pies

Amazing Marionberry pie!! As good or better homemade, light flaky crust that is even achieved with the gluten free pie too (our group had both regular and gluten free). Delicious and highly recommended. I didn't have the cherry this time but also is a family favorite. Service was great, place was clean and tidy, easy to find.

I’ve tried two flavors of Whidbey Pies, Strawberry Rhubarb and Granny Apple. I like the pie fillings, well enough, but they need to work on their crust. The crust is too thin and it is not flaky.

You know sometimes when you eat a piece of pie, and the crust is really amazing? And other times when you eat a piece of pie, the filling is just incredible? Well, Whidbey Pies is where amazing meets incredible. We bought a whole cherry pie (my wife's favorite) and ate the entire thing in two days, it was that delicious. It is clear they carefully select the best ingredients and work hard to craft them into a wonderful experience. They also provided a fantastic customer service experience for us that we won't soon forget. Thank you Whidbey pies!

These are my favorite! I typically get a whole pie at PCC. The crust is so nice..not too sweet, almost like a light sugar cookie. The Marrionberry is my favorite. So great!!!

Cold, flavorless and tasted old. We bought two slices for our kids. They did not like them at all. They said it tasted like olive oil. Apples barely had any flavor nor sweetness. Crust was oily and definitely didn't taste like butter. Also when you walk in there is no pie smell or bakery smells. Pie's were super cold and lacking enjoyment. Wondering if they were old and thawed not fresh. My son thinks they forgot to add sugar and didn't bake them all the way. Really not a good experience at all. For $6 a piece we were expecting something edible. When a kid doesn't eat a dessert you know something is wrong ....

This review is strictly about the pie I purchased through Metropolitan Market. I ordered a limited edition Huckleberry pie. The pie sliced nicely but I couldn't dish a single piece because the entire bottom crust was severely stuck to the pan. It had nothing to do with the juice of the berries but strictly the pie dough, it was as if there wasn't enough fat in the dough to grease the pan. I ended up serving "deconstructed" pie because it was a mess. For $40.00 I expected a premium pie. I am very disappointed with the quality and am surprised Whidbey Island Pies would put their name to such a product.

Do yourself a favor & try all of their pies. It’s a good thing that we live many states away, because we’d be in Langley all the time & be 50 lbs. heavier. Our server was delightfully friendly & welcoming even though he was about to close. One of us is quite a discerning (picky, most would say) eater, & he was VERY COMPLIMENTARY. Thanks for a fun & delicious experience!

Thick flaky crust densely filled with berries. PNW Marionberry (blackberry) is our favorite.

Their pies are incredible!! We ordered pies for dessert at our wedding and people raved about them - our friends and family are normally quick to hit the dance floor but the pie was a temptation back to their seats for a bit! Unfortunately they missed one of my emails where we had changed the numbers of each type of pie and asked for several gluten free pies to make sure our celiac family members had something they could enjoy. When I realized the mistake after our family members picked them up, I called their office and they quickly corrected their mistake, even going so far as to hand-deliver the gluten free pies were were missing. We were also refunded the difference in the number of pies, so we paid for fewer pies then we ended up having available during the wedding. It was a stressful moment the day before our wedding, but it was so brief and so professionally handled that I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Whidbey Pies, I can't wait to have more!

Reasonably priced pies that are out of this world. The flakey crust is so delicious and I can't stop thinking about it. I ordered the triple berry. Flavorful, tart and sweet! I love the vanilla ice cream as well!

Fantastic place! Pies live up to the hype alright so buy the whole one, not just a slice 😁. And oh, the seafood soup is AMAZING...highly recommend.

Amazing pie, but the hours on their website and on Google Maps appear to be randomly generated. It’s a roll of the dice whether or not they’re open whenever I visit. Current hours on their door are Thursday-Sunday 11-5, but who knows if that’s accurate.

Terribly inefficient service, weak coffee, and fantastic pie. I wish I could give a better review but it just wasn't on point this visit. We'll try again to see if it was just an isolated incident.

The Loganberry slice of Pie is definitely worth $6 a pop! (5/5 will be coming back if the future.)

Obsessed with Whidbey Islands Cherry pie. I recently became a PCC member and I love how I can get slices of a variety of the Whidbey island pies, seeing the cherry pie when grocery shopping I felt like a kid in a candy store. One of the best cherry pies I’ve ever had if not THE best. Highly recommend and so happy to be able to get them locally when I’m in the mood for some pie.

I love me some pie, and man oh man did I enjoy the pie here. I got a whole rhubarb beauty and it was some of the best pie I've ever eaten in my entire pie-obsessed life. Definitely the best crust I've ever had: dense and rich and custardy but still flakey (how??). Absolutely worth the price IMO. I've been trying to save up money to buy some land, but this place makes me want to blow it all on pie.

Great pies, of course. Lots of alt-milk choices for your coffee too. There's a nice wine shop next door.

You really cannot do better than this place for a homey, small town, Cafe experience. They make all of their own pies fresh and they make a bunch of different kinds. It's a beautiful environment next to a pond. They serve a very solid straight-up breakfast, but honestly the Highlight will be the pie and you can take one home with you. It's in a wonderful little area surrounded by antique buildings and barns which are home to a bunch of little handcrafted stores with artisanal cheeses, local wines, arts and crafts made by local artists. Really worth checking out.

The entire place is an experience, from the from Gardens to the fresh made Pies, to the Wine Tasting Shop. I enjoyed my Birthday lunch and captured some unforgettable images of the place. A must visit when on WHIDBEY ISLAND! ENJOY

Fantastic pies. This is a tourist spot for sure but the prices are significantly lower than what you'd pay at the Met Market.

The food is solid, but the pie is the reason to go. The crust is perfect, and it's super fresh. This place alone is worth the trip to the island!

Went here when I was running the Northwest Ragnar relay. Our team ordered pie to go. My only disappointment was that I discovered too late that they gave me the wrong kind. But what I got was so amazing that it didn't matter. Highly recommend!

A darling small Cafe with imaginative soup and sandwich and a destination place to go get handmade pie. Located in the middle of Whidbey Island a greenbank adjacent to small shops with art, wine, cheese.

I started to type ... My mouth is drooling. Stopped for breakfast but - opens at 11. Came back for lunch. Exquisite food. At a moderate price. You MUST include dessert. I knew my favorite pie would be phenominal. Oh what a feeling .. I got a scoop of ice cream, a la mode. It is also gourmet.

Extremely delicious pie!!! We got the marionberry and the one with strawberry/blueberry/marionberry. Also got a huckleberry spritzer which was amazing. Make sure to get your pie a la mode. Really sweet and friendly staff and a cozy vibe to make it a wonderful experience.

My favorite place to get lunch!

Possibly the best pie I've ever had and it's at a farm on an island north of Seattle. What a hidden gem. Their Shephard pie and grilled cheese were also delicious. We will be back.

If you like an old farmhouse style pie (soups and sandwiches too), this place is IDEAL. The home made rhubarb and boysenberry were excellent. We can fairly assume any choice would be just as spectacular!

When you go to Whidbey pies cafe I would definitely start with a bowl of their seafood chowder (or stew for those who don't want cream base) followed by their ruben, and finished off with a slice of caramel apple pie. The food here is top notch!

I drive 25 minutes for a piece of Whidbey Island pies. This little cafe is wonderful, the food is fresh and they offer gluten free options. I'm so grateful for that. The apple pie is super sweet so i dont like it but the other pies are magnificent! Truly worth the drive because of the poles and the area.

The seafood chowder is absolutely delicious but just get a cup so you have room for pie. And even though the bread is really good, save room for pie. Or just buy a pie and take it home. But all the pies are super, so choosing is a challenge.

Scones to die for. WPC is my favorite local spot for lunch and pie!! Has never disappointed!

Who doesn't like apple pie... try the caramel top served warm a la mode with a steaming cup of coffee. You'll be back. From then on, traveling up or down Hwy 525 is torture without stopping in. Remember that Oscar said the best way to deal with temptation is to yield to it.

Waited 15 minutes for a table. Very limited menu. I thought my quiche was average and I wasn't crazy about the dressing on my salad. It was a cold day and every time someone opened the door the wind sent a shiver to the front of the restaurant. Why don't they funnel people thru the gift shop or build a vestibule.

Came with my husband and mother-in-law and both the chowder and fish stew were excellent and full of all kinds of seafood. The bread was unusual, but delicious. We had blueberry and Logan berry pie which I would rate A- (I'm a pie conniseur!). Service was friendly. Cafe a bit cool in winter with the door opening frequently. Might be better in summer.

Nice cafe with soups, paninis, and savoury pies. My lunch companions raved about the savory pie. Fruit pies are extraordinary. Available by the slice or whole to take home. Great location with specialty shops next door.

I was here for an evening fundraising event, so guests chefs came in to cook dinner for the Red Spatula fund here on South Whidbey.
