Always a good meal whether it's the daily special or off the regular menu. Something for everyone. The fries are the best. The owners are a nice couple that work hard to serve you.

Definitely my new favorite lunch spot! I’m a sucker for places with a rotating daily special, and every single one I’ve tried from Willow has been delicious. Heck, last week I had lunch there 3 days in a row! The chicken Caesar wrap, the prime rib dip and the Cuban were all to die for! I’ve also enjoyed their pulled pork nachos on a few occasions. The owners are so kind and friendly, and the space is very inviting. Highly recommend.

Diane had the pulled pork baked potato. The pulled pork was tender and juicy as well as plentiful. The potato must have been farm fresh because all by itself it had good flavor and not bland like usual. Add all the extras and it was a very large and wonderful meal. I had the highly touted prim rib French dip. Caramelized onions, provolone cheese and thinly sliced prime rib ( I left off the horseradish sauce) on a baguette toasted like a panini. Potato salad for my side. Everything was good. The prime rib was tender, the carmalized onions were good but scarce and the bread had just the right crunch. The potato salad was very good with decent sized potato chunks that were just the right consistency, firm enough to stay together and soft enough to mash easily in your mouth. The seasoning was light but just enough. One issue. The prime rib sandwich was missing some prime rib. I ended up putting both sides of meat on 1/2 of the bread to make a good sandwich. For $15 it just needed more. Service was friendly and good. Overall it was very good. Highly recommended two thumbs-up 👍 👌

We had Willow cater an anniversary party and I have to say the roast beef was the most delicious I had ever had. The food was wonderful. We had a few communication hiccups but all turned out well for our event. Thank you Willow!

Awesome little hole in the wall. Crazy stupid good stuffed baked potato. Pulled pork off the hook! BBQ sauce top notch and homemade broccoli salad. Was my momma in the back kitchen???? 💗💗💗

Oh. My. Gosh! My lunch was AMAZING! That prime rib dip is always perfect. But today…today! I FINALLY got some broccoli salad again! I would buy it by the point! And if I had a pint, I’d eat the entire pint! You guys ROCK!

A group of ladies and I had a birthday lunch at Willow Cafe. The owner is so sweet and accommodating. The food was fantastic. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely go back

While the food was good, I had them cater my wedding. I ordered and paid for 115 people. They admitted to only deliver for 90 people and refuse to refund the difference for the cost of what was not delivered. They did refund for 10 people but owe for an additional 15.

Katie was fantastic! She explained everything on the menu, had patience and was so sweet. The food we ate, no complaints! It was so delicious. Would recommend 10/10!!

By far our favorite lunch spot in Crossville. The quality of the food is consistently great and the photos they post do not lie. The food comes out looking and tasting as good as the photos make it look. We've eaten at events they've catered as well and it just doesn't get any better!

2 years later and we had to stop in while in the area. The food is still top rate. It's such a good feeling to walk in and be remembered after so long. We absolutely will go out of our way to eat here. Love this place! 2021 -My Cuban Panini was SO VERY GOOD - so much like the pressed cubans I used to eat in Florida. And the potato salad was wonderful, too. I don't know what seasoning they used in the potato salad, but I plan to go back and order it again. Hubby had the burger and fries. I tried his fries and found them light and crispy. Hoping to make this a regular stop whenever we are in FFG.

This is a great little place to eat with great service and fair prices. The food was delicious. I had a pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese and it was delicious 😋. Oh and the peanut butter pie is good too 😁

The food is always delicious, and the owner is kind! If want a friendly atmosphere and yummy food this is the restaurant to go to.

We used Willow Catering for our wedding on October 8th. They worked with all of my family's food allergies (there was a lot). Even though our venue was an hour from their restaurant, the food was on time, hot, and fantastic! Thank you guys for helping make our day perfect!

Ok I can't think of a word to describe just how good the piggy patch was! Caitlind suggested to me the other day. I tried it today and OMG! the pulled pork was just perfect. Just have 1 piece of this amazing pulled pork you will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you Caitlind for looking out for someone on a low carb diet!!!!

Sept 2022 I reviewed Willow Cafe and Catering 11 months ago (see review below) when they catered my small event. This past weekend, Willow catered a larger family reunion event for us. There were 50 people from all over the country and a range of ages. Once again, Willow knocked it out of the park! Our Family loves to eat! All of my guests young and older loved the food. The pork and chicken were exceptional. Also, Willow has a knack for putting their unique spin on everyday family favorites. For example, our guests were delighted by Mac & Cheese and broccoli salad created the Willow way. Their professionalism and customer service are stellar. Willow helped to make our family reunion a huge success! We keep recommending them! October 2021 We ate lunch and the cafe and loved it, so we decided to have them cater our event. The catering menu is extensive and they were easy to work with, flexible, and helpful. The food was great! My guests loved the pulled pork and the mac & cheese was a favorite! The customer service was top-notch. They are very professional and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect for our event. We highly recommend Willow Cafe & Catering!!!

My first time here was today! Absolutely the best of EVERYTHING!! The facilities were laid out nicely and it was a very clean and a warm environment! The staff was top of the line and the Cook deserves beaucoup credit also!! All of us at my table were very, very happy with the food!! Seriously…., really, really good! We moved to Fairfield Glade in January from Atlanta and discovered very quickly that while a beautiful area to live…, restaurants are somewhat limited! So Willow Cafe is an extremely great find! As we schedule & have family gatherings, we will be using their Catering service for certain!!! Sincerely, Bill

Our first time in Tennessee, we loved everything we tried at Willow Cafe, but oh my goodness...Miss Caitlind and her husband are from out of this world! The kindness and spirit of service, the good conversation while waiting for our food, meant everything to us. That peanut butter pie was the first one I've ever tried and I just can't wait to come back for more and keep trying everything on their menu. Thank you so much for a 10/5 stars experience

1st time here and it was good. I had a pulled for a sandwich and my husband had the tuna salad special. We will be coming back.

The service was great and the inside was clean & well kept. I ordered the daily special which was the chicken Alfredo & honestly we make it better at home! I honestly think it was the Tysons style premade chicken from a bag & premade Alfredo sauce from a jar or can. I think the toast was even pre made texas toast from a box. Very little flavor that I would compare to a microwavable tv dinner. I don't think this is their strong suit & probably shouldn't be the daily special. alot of people were coming in for the BBQ ,loaded potatos and BBQ nachos so I will have to give them another shot & try something different next time

This place rules. Really nicely decorated inside, and the lady at the counter (who I assume is the owner?) was super friendly. Food was amazing! Legit one of the best Reuben’s I’ve had. Really good fries, the loaded potatoes were killer, and the prices were more than reasonable. Definitely recommend this place.

Working with Caitlind and her amazing family is an event planning dream come true!! Caitlind will literally bend over backwards to ensure the food she provides for your event is nothing short of perfection. Everything is yummy, fresh and obviously made with love. Willow Catering has provided food for many of my events and they'll be my go-to for catering for a LONG LONG time. And of course anytime I go there for lunch the food is incredible :)

Food is great, good variety, usually has a daily special. Owner that runs the front is so friendly and sweet! We like it so much, sometimes we go three times a week for lunch. I have had the bbq potato, the reuban and Cuban paninis, meatloaf special and the grilled chicken salad shown here. Give em a try, you'll be hooked too.
