Overcooked chicken. Waste of your time, just go to the north side location instead. The amount of time you’re gonna be waiting here, you can get to the other one and back home.

Nothing like ordering online. Getting there 20 mins later. Then having to wait an additional 45 mins. Wouldn’t have been so bad if I didn’t watch 7 other people get free drinks for their wait. While nothing for me and when I said something the lady was like we’re really busy. Yeah I know I’ve been here 45 mins!!! Couldn’t even put the cheese on my fries. North Lakeland is way better.

Every time I go here food is hot and fresh. Customer service is spot on.

It was ok, I thought the place was a bit dirty. There is no place to throw away garbage .

Ordered food from the website. DoorDash cancelled the order after it was picked up. DoorDash blamed wingstop, and wingstop blamed DoorDash. No one took responsibility for the cancelled order, but they sure took my money. We placed a second order and it was received but the amount of sauce on the wings made them inedible. I was charged for BOTH orders and have not been able to get my money back for the cancelled order. Filing a fraud claim with my bank now. I will NEVER order from them again.

Sit down service took a while. Busy place, lots of take-out and door dash.

The wing quality themselves are actually really good. However, the sauce is where they lack severely. I ordered Garlic Parm and Mild wings. The garlic parm was just parmesan cheese with oil. But the mild wings were the biggest crime against humanity. Completely flavorless. The sauce was literally 85% oil with a tiddlywink of Buffalo. They really need to step up their sauce-game and use a lot less oil. I don’t even know why oil is mixed with their sauces. Do they not strain the oil off of the chicken after it’s fried?

I ONLY GOT 10 WINGS ORDERED 15 NOT TO MENTION I WAITED 45 MINUTES ON A THURSDAY NIGHT THEY PLAYED BAD COUNTRY MUSIC SMELLED LIKE SOMA ZA (give me) but in all seriousness give me all my damn food i even tipped 6 bucks on a 24 dollar order.

Went to this location for the first time. I’ve never had wingstop before either. Myself and another customer went to the counter and began to order food when I looked behind the cashier into the cook line and saw one of the workers actively eating and licking/sucking on her fingers while preparing food. Myself and the other person who came in with me just stared at the woman as she continued to lick her fingers and bag the food. I immediately told the cashier what she was doing and the cashier turned around and saw it too. The cashier then said ‘I guess I can tell my manager’ and shrugged. I looked at the other customer next to me and we both walked out. I am NEVER EVER going back again. Wingstop has been ruined for me. DISGUSTING.

Wingstop is solid regardless of which one you go however the staff and managers of this one are so hospitable and nice

Good food great location don't have to drive to the north side of lakeland and for some reason the wings taste so much better plus the crew that work the store are very respectful, fast and accurate

Customer service is definitely lacking at this place. No one even cracks a smile no greeting when u walk in. It’s a frown and did u order online? It took an hour to get my food. 1 hour! Never an update on what order i was in line. then they were putting completed orders on a rack and by no surprise didn’t even ask if any of those orders were for anyone inside. And guess what mine was sitting on the rack for 15 min before she decided to ask if the order belonged to anyone. No apology or anything. Just handed it to me and walked off.

Just ordered through door dash and spent over $80. We didn’t receive neither one of the cheese sauces or the 52 oz lemonade. Literally robbed me of $10! Will NEVER go here again. The food is cold and the driver came straight here with it and the wings barely have any sauce. Worst wing place ever!

It's a shame this place sucks so bad. Horrible food, the wings are always dry and the fries are always undercooked or they are small skin pieces and unedible. And they never update the online wait time so be prepared to wait.

Employees always loud and cussing in the back. Waited over 20 min for an online order that should have been ready!

Worse customer service ever & not even the girl up front. God for bid they mess up an order and you Politely go back up to get the rest of your order. They willl call you a liar & have nasty attitudes. I could understand if I was being mean and nasty but I wasn't. I waited patiently the first time which took over thirty minutes. Then to get home and find out my order is wrong. I go back up with a positive attitude and get treated like that.

MADE AN ONLINE ORDER AND PAID WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE LADY TURN OFF THE LIGHTS IN MY FACE.

I called to confirm my order on DoorDash I spoke to Carol she was great! Excellent customer service! She made sure to add my blue cheese! I am so great full for nice workers with pleasant attitude when it comes to my food! I will definitely order from this location without a doubt!

The house made blue cheese is fantastic.

I was in the drive thru at zaxby's, and I said Hey let me go to wingstop instead.They have great chicken there. However, yesterday must have been a bad day because the chicken was not that great except the boneless chicken wings. 1st time trying them, and they were really good. However, my server she was stretching her arm, and then she went to get a cup. Without washing her hand and they did not have gloves on. Yes, I was still. Visit wingstop. Because I love their chicken Please practice good hygiene because covid is still out there.

Missing food once again....when asked for what was missing, the lady acted like I was lying and made me empty everything out on the counter. Oh and I made an order for a later time. I arrived 5 min early to find my food sitting on the shelf already done. Got home and it was cold especially after wasting time to empty my bag for missing food. I'm done with this location. Issues every time.

They lied to me and told me they were going to hire me,then hired the guy that got me kicked out and ruined my life.

Employees are awesome here. Very friendly. Let my daughter try a wing in one of the sauces before ordering to make sure she liked it.

Waited 25 mins for chicken sandwich combo. They well staffed and not that busy for it to take that long.

Small place on S Florida only three tables. So we took out. Chicken wings were really good.

I enjoy Wingstop in general, but this location has by FAR the best staff I've ever experienced. Every time I've been here so far they've made sure to check my order (I usually get takeout) to make sure it's correct, and inform me of coupon and savings opportunities for my next order. Stellar service, especially for a takeout customer. My favorite Wingstop location.

Manager took a whole lunch break while knowing there was no ice and all the drinks were flat. How can you sell people meal deals knowing they're not getting a soda and hot flat ones at that? The tables were all dirty/sticky. We were the only ones inside and our wings took forever. I don't know who trained this crew but wings clearly sell themselves for a place like this to flourish. Update- the cashier was really sweet and the food was delicious so I'm going to edit this a little bit...

Ordered take out on the app. The food was correct, hot and fresh. The wings are very good, love the flavors.

Excellent local franchise. The staff is extremely personable and will help you with orders. They also offer to help you out to the car if you have a large order and are taking it to go. They will try to fix any issues with your order if there are mistakes.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I have been to the North Lakeland Wingstop and the Bartow one and this location knocks both out of the park. Fantastic wings, great and friendly staff, very quick turnaround!

Every time I come in the store is clean and the employees are nice and always make sure my order is accurate and fresh.

They are so kind! I even messed up placing my order for the wrong day and they rectified it immediately no questions asked. Highly recommended just based off customer service!

Ordered wings at the counter, no customers were inside and it took 45 minutes just to get my food. Only ordered 20 boneless wings and fries. The fries are wet, greasy and limp. I put them in my air fryer at home and they were way better. The Cajun sauce didn't taste that great but the mango habanero was pretty good. A staff member was very nice and took pity on us. She gave my son a brownie which helped them get the 3 stars.

So I noticed that they were open so me and my daughter stop by placed our orde get home missing and item call the manager Joon and he went above and beyond to make it right and I want to say thank you

Great place to eat with the family. A little busy on the weekends but worth it for the food. You gotta try the Hot Honey boneless wings.
