I LOVE when I find a place like this!! Truth be told we have wanted to visit for a long time but never caught them at the right time. Today was the day! My husband and I went in and we each picked a soup to try. I picked the Thai sweet potato and carrot and hubs had the mushroom barley. Both were fantastic, but mine was so good I got a quart to take home. Then we each had a Cuban sandwich and they were awesome!! They were HUGE!!! My husband finished his but I definitely have another whole meal leftover. We also got dessert to go but haven't gotten into it yet. We will DEFINITELY be going back and next time I'll try and remember to take pictures before I dive in head first and inhale my lunch, lol.

Nom nom nom, we had Cubans which are tasty and well made, bread was fresh and niceky pressed (if you use good ingredients lime they do , it's hard to mess up a Cuban). soups are great!! This cute little place can sit about 30 people indoors. You can't tell if you drive by it. That's a plus.

I usually go for carryout, at times I actually have my meal there. It's a small restaurant with about a dozen tables. The menu and daily specials are listed at the window where you order. All the food is very good, especially the soups. My favorite is the cook's bread pudding.

Love this place! The food always taste fresh and the staff is so friendly. I usually pick it up to go, however I recently dined in with a friend and it was a great experience. We wanted to try the cabbage soup, but they ran out. The waitress was so sweet and gave us a little sample taste of what was left. It was really good, but between the two my favorite is the Yankee bean soup. I saw on another review and I didn't know that they have Thai coconut chicken soup. I can't wait to try it!

I can't believe it took me this long to try the Yankee bean. I've wanted to since it opened and finally made it. They knocked it out of the park in terms of quality and inventiveness of their soups and sandwiches. I started with a Thai coconut chicken soup that was phenomenal. Even the super quality oyster crackers they served with it were a cut above the usual ones. I followed up with a curried chicken salad on pumpernickel that was perfectly seasoned, lots of chicken and such fresh bread. And the hibiscus tea they make in house is the perfect refreshing drink to round out any lunch. My friend Cory loved her sandwich and soup as well. Cozy dining room, friendly service and lots of yummy and creative options. Definitely worth stopping in anytime you're in Tarpon for lunch. My neighbor Frank treated me to lunch today, and it was a real treat. AMAZING Cuban sandwich! He had the Turkey and Salami on marble rye with their Yankee Bean soup. Fresh, clean friendly! In Tarpon Springs for a visit consider stopping in! Delicious!

My friend and I go here about once every two weeks she's been going here for a while I just started and I have to tell you I had one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time about 2 weeks ago there we're due to head back here shortly

Love the homemade soups, they have at least 5 soups to choose from. Then they have a meriote of sandwiches and Salads to complete your meal, oh let's not forget at least two homemade deserts to choose from on a daily basis. A great place to meet friends and have a great meal!!. Prices are between $8.00-$11.00 per person. I would give Yankee Bean a 4.7 * 🌟 STAR.

Incredibly good soup and such a nice family running the place!

Wow they sure did yank my bean!!! I came here on my worst day of living and boom the yankin Of the beans here cheered me right up like a windmill on a sunny side up afternoon. The baked bean burrito bounty burnt burger special is my favorite thing on the menu. The waitress was so sweet like a cherry on my pie I ate that up. Thank u for yanking my beans day and night without a fright for a might of peed in my car woops I gotta go like kung foo poe panda peen

I’ve been going to Yankee Bean for over 10 years now and it is just as good as it was when I first started going there. Quality and taste are top notch and it’s definitely the place to go to for a great soup and/or sandwich! The owners are amazing also!

Had lunch there today with a friend. Super helpful staff and unique selection of food. I had the spicy Cuban and it was excellent.

I would rate this place as the second best sandwich restaurant in Tarpon Springs (Muzzies is first). Yankee Bean has more healthier options than others and is a great place to enjoy a meal. My go to option is the avocado turkey sandwich on pumpernickel bread and it is my favorite item on the menu.

Cozy, excellent service. Food was quite tasty, not crowded at 12:49 pm on a Friday afternoon. Don't go into the shopping center. It's just north on the shopping center entrance, tucked in the corner of an L-shaped building. Small parking lot, but I got my truck in there, first shot.

A great local restaurant business in Tarpon Springs if you are looking for a sandwich and soup. Salad are served here too. All soup are homemade and made from scratch. Often you will see different soups on weekly basis, up to 5 varieties. Their sandwiches has a few versions of Cuban, such as turkey, Italian, etc. Their space is small like a sandwich/soup shop. About 6 tables that seats 30 people at once. It’s a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to eat at. Servers and owners take the time to chat with customers sometimes. Take outs are popular here too. My opinionated cousin was turned off by the styrofoam cups but turned her attitude around once she tasted the soup! I also always appreciate a faith based business with scripture quotes above the door and quiet soulful music in the background.

Find this hidden treasure and enjoy. Very friendly, clean, delicious. I loved the Thanksgiving Sandwich. I will be a regular here. So many healthy choices. Can't wait to have a salad. They looked very fresh and appealing.
