This place used to be good quality but the chicken(chicken with vegetable and rice) has changed and it’s extremely chunky and different taste. Also with the dinner you get 2oz of rice that includes ton of onions mixed in it. Please give the correct amount of rice it’s the cheapest why wouldn’t you want it customers to have a decent amount of rice. I will go back and change this review once I see an improvement I’ll give it a few months and see if there’s changes. Thank you

The food is consistently excellent. Very fresh, great flavor, great portions. Also, unlike many places, if a menu item is advertised as "spicy", it is. Please don't change a thing.

Everything is fresh and warm, service is very good and staff is nice. Definitely reccomend. 😋

Food is great, only gripe is no indoor seating, but if you’re planning on takeout then its an easy S tier place.

I was introduced to this spot by my daughter. I don’t travel on this side of town very often but it was worth the drive. As a non chicken eater I haven’t had General Tso’s in a long time. I tried the General Tso’s Shrimp and I just fell in love. Priced reasonably I did think there should be a few more broccoli florets in the dish but the side of rice pairs well with the amount of shrimp you get. As a big guy with a hearty appetite I was able to split the meal into two sittings. Will visit again.

Tried for first time today, ordered chicken garlic sauce and crab rangoons. It took about 5 minutes longer than quoted, but when I got home, I saw why. The chicken is substantial and it has an entire garden in there (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, snow peas, mushrooms, bell peppers, cabbage, and a veg I liked but couldn't identify). It was the spiciest and most diverse veg I've ever had in this dish. It was still piping hot after driving 20-ish minutes to get home. The crab rangoons were good but LL is still the one to beat. Rice was perfect and they added 2 sweet and sour sauces for dipping (I don't, but I tried the sauce and it was orange pineapple, yummy!) Would have loved to see eggplant garlic sauce on the menu, but all in all, will return to try something new! *Photo was after I ate my fill and it was cooled.

Visiting from NJ for the eclipse and this is better than most Chinese food you can get in north Jersey

The food here is just outstanding every time. Most recently I ordered the Hunan beef and it was absolutely perfect. My son ordered steak fried rice and we couldn’t believe the flavor. So amazing. But what really prompted me to leave a review is the gentleman behind the counter. Not sure if he is the owner or not, but he is always so friendly, welcoming and working so hard. And all with the giant smile on his face. We are big fans of what’s happening here and will be back again and again and again.

We ordered Gluten-free items and they were delicious! The chicken was high quality and the vegetables were extremely fresh. The Szechuan sauce had a lot of flavor and a pleasant level of spice. It wasn't salty and it was thick enough to stick to the meal. We ordered egg drop soup and wonton soup and these were delicious too. The portions were large enough for leftovers. I highly recommend Yummy Bowl! We'll definitely order from them again.

Best Chinese take out in erie pa!!!! The fried dumplings and homemade duck sauce are a must. Fried cheesecake was amazing.

This was the BEST Chinese food I have ever had!!!!! It was super fresh, you can tell everything was freshly made and just cut or put together that day. Even the broth for the wonton soup was delicious. It wasn’t heavy or doused in grease, it was light and tasty. I will 100% go ONLY HERE from now on for my Chinese food cravings. The guy was super nice to and called me to make sure he gave us enough sauce ☺️☺️

Our neighborhood Chinese food restaurant had not been up to par for a while. We are happy we decided to try Yummy Bowl! We ordered online and food was ready upon arrival. Still hot when we got home! Everything was very tasty and portions are generous. With a large selection on the menu, we'll definitely return to the Yummy Bowl for old favorites and new dishes to try.

Decided to take the plunge and try this place since it’s close to my work and I’m glad I did. Me and all of my coworkers LOVED the food. It was fresh, it was hot and you get so much! The staff was really friendly and the service was so quick. Thank you so much for the great experience! I’m glad there’s still places out there like here that take pride in what they do.

Place is super clean and modern, limited indoor seating, plenty of parking. Appetizers were delicious and my favorite eats: crab rangoon, pork buns, fried dumplings...all Yummy! Also tried the Sweet and Sour chicken, was good but would love more flavor and no corn in the rice. The fried noodles were totally disappointing, got a prepackaged bag full of dyes and other fake ingredients. But Overall, I highly recommend and will definitely go back! Very kind staff as well!

I usually don’t review restaurants, but this place has really delicious food. Would highly recommend. I personally enjoyed the lo mein and the sweet sour chicken.

Pros: Quick. Friendly staff. Able to make alterations. Clean. Cons: Easily the worst Chinese food I ever had. I have never thrown out Chinese food leftovers until tonight. The chicken in both dishes was dry, not tender. Black pepper chicken, which is traditionally very crispy-and breaded, was not at all. It tasted almost as if they pre cooked a bunch of cubed chicken breast and then reheated with the appropriate sauce for each dish. The egg roll was mushy in side, seemed like a grocery store egg roll.

Really great food. General tso actually has a little spice to it, food is hot and tastes great. Rice isn't heavy with grease. Food is always ready for pick up when ordered online, no waiting. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

We ordered for the first time tonight and the food was delicious. The fried rice was so good and so was the homemade duck sauce. We will definitely be back for more.

We are excited to find a good Chinese restaurant in Erie! The food is delicious. We had orange chicken, chicken lo mein and fried rice. The portions are big and fairly priced. My boyfriend eats a lot but he still had left overs. The restaurant looked new and appeared very clean. The owners are so kind and friendly. We can’t wait to go back and try new things from their wide variety menu !

First time there and I enjoyed it a lot better than other places in Erie. The General Tso's Tofu was excellent and the restaurateurs were extremely kind and happy!

Stopped in on Christmas. I ordered veggie pad Thai, I shared it with 3 people😳. It was delicious! They were so warm and welcoming. It is super cute inside. Getting takeout again tonight. Ordered on the app, it was super easy!
