Always great! Food is amazing. I never have an issues when I come to this location! The staff is typically pretty nice and helpful. There usually isn't a wait in the drive through. The turn around is very fast! Whenever I go inside I am greeted and the location is clean and well kept.

They dont make sweet tea :( but everything else is pretty good. They have unsweetened tea and then they put a little packet in it. The staff is always nice.

For a first-time eating at Zaxby's it was pretty damn good I have to say I think it was actually better than Kentucky fried Chicken

The buffalo Parm fries are my favorite 😊 sometimes the service is a little slow but it a really good place if you really didn't do fastfood

Brought our High school basketball team by for dinner after our game tonight. Had a good post game dinner and time together. We were wonderfully taken care of with prompt courteous service and even rewarded with fresh baked cookies as a special treat by the manager. Update: Have loved this restaurant and frequent it often. HOWEVER, I will no longer buy their zalads. Just ordered my "usual" and it came out at half the size. I normally wouldn't say anything, but the price hasn't dropped, so... The GM happened to be here. She blamed the workers, saying they've been making the salads wrong, and she just corrected them. I've been eating at Zaxby's for 7- 8 years. They've always been a certain size at every restaurant, in multiple states. As a customer, it's offensive to me when you: 1. Blame employees. 2. Think I'm ignorant regarding what is really happening. Either corporate is downsizing their zalad sizes, or every restaurant I've ever eaten at has been making zalads wrong. Final thought: Why downsize the amount of lettuce and toppings? It's not as if the pittance you save on these is worth losing customers.

I've been to this Zaxby's location many times. The service at this location has always been quick whenever I've stopped by. The food is great, just like all Zaxby's. I almost always stop in here when traveling the back roads from West Palm to the Turnpike near Yeehaw Junction.

They have the best Zalad! I wish the would bring back the Mediterranean dressing

Chicken fingers were a little cold which I was very surprised of first time I've ever got cold food from Zaxby's. But I'd still eat here again maybe it was just a mishap

What I got was good, but they didn't put the ranch or give me ranch for my loaded fries, both orders. I was so tired from driving for two days I didn't bother going back. I just put ketchup on it ,ate and went to bed

Just walked pass me and another guy for while we waited to get food. Then when a group of people who look nothing like me walked in employees started taking orders and acting like they see us now. 🤔 food was good tho.

They're food is so good and they're chicken is so tender. My personal favorite is their loaded chicken cheese fries. And their service is so friendly as well as their atmosphere.
