We showed up just before closing and the served us with a smile. Tacos, sandwiches, and smoky Mac and cheese. The brisket and pulled pork both super great. Nice food cart pod here! Will be back.
The owners were very kind and social. Food was top notch. Nice yard area so you can bring your dog while you eat. Great place to stop on your way in/ out of san antonio.
Three weeks ago, I woke up at 4AM and drove to Snows BBQ in Lexington because it’s supposedly the best barbecue in Texas and Gordon Ramsay likes it. I drove 3 hours and waited 2 in a lawn chair.

Coleslaw was to die for. Great brisket and pulled pork. Soft and tender. Got a couple of homemade brownies 😋. Service was excellent and felt like a warm welcome of home.
I sometimes stop here on my trips down I-20. I always look forward to visiting. My kids like the chicken, I love the brisket and sausage. Like Tiny the Tiger says "They're Great!!"
Came across this gem on our cross country trip. Hands down THE BEST summer sausage I've ever had! If you find yourself on Interstate 20 in Baird, this is a must!!!
This place is wonderful!! Not Only Is The Food Amazing, but I can order my kids lunch for school over the phone and they will deliver.. I stay out of town, so this is Very Convenient for me!
